Could have been better.

Great location, beautiful hotel.

When we selected the hotel, One of the selling points was the roof top bar/restaurant, however, we never got to use it as they had a private function. They are also open to walk ins, not making hotel guests a priority. We went to the main restaurant but were rushed to order and rushed through our meal as they close early. A huge disappointment.

My family and I all agree that we would definitely stay at Hyatt Centric Buckhead again when traveling in Atlanta.

The decor is stylish, smart, and clean, and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. It is an excellent location close to Marta, Lenox Square, and all of beautiful Buckhead.

Destination fees and parking add another $100 to a 2 night stay. Breakfast was not good. Bacon wasn’t tasty.

Everything went well except for the lack of information about the parking when we got there.

Cleanliness

No one informed us about parking when we arrived and we kept paying for the daily parking for the 6 hrs until the valet manager told us how the parking worked.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooftop was our favorite place to visit. The property is greatly kept up. Thank you all for helping to make my husband's bday more wonderful ❤️

Hot and Cold

I always enjoy my stay at the hotel especially the amenities. The vibe of the rooftop is amazingly beautiful. The ambiance of the restaurant is always excellent and the drinks are strong.

The front desk staff is a hit and miss. Some of the staff members speak and acknowledge the guess while others just stand there with an attitude as if they don't want to be bothered. So it's a definitely a hit and miss and that's something this establishment should work on

Wonderful stay with friendly staff.

I loved how clean the place was. My room was awesome. I was on a high floor with corner windows and could see Atlanta midtown and Buckhead city. The bed was comfortable, shower was hot, staff was friendly and accommodating. It was overall a great stay.

The cost of the parking. I was charged for valet when I parked it myself. But it still was only a $5 difference.

It was a perfect getaway for my husband and I and our friends!

Very convenient to nearby restaurants and stores. Everything looked brand new and looked like it was well kept!

The drinks from the rooftop were watered down and appeared to have mixed with drinks that seemed to been open for more than 1 hour.

Very enjoyable made more so by the whole staff.

We liked the decor and newness. The staff were wonderful. Very helpful Very caring and kind. The breakfasts were exceptional. The location was good for us as we were in The Buckhead area for our entire visit.

Nice facility, staff needs professional development training

The property was well-maintained. It was very clean no issues with the place itself.

The staff was definitely a hit or miss as the other reviews stated there was one specific lady who was extremely rude and disrespectful over me asking for a bottle of water. There was no vegan meals on the menu so if you are a vegan plan to order out.

Modern, clean “Afro Disco Hotel”

Nice restaurant, swimming pool and deck. Great location near train. Friendly staff

low water pressure claims to have a “hotel shuttle” but it’s a golf cart that drives less than a mile. Thursday night, the hotel turned into a racially homogenous Afro club; literally 99.9% of hotel lobby, restaurant and rooftop lounge becomes an African American party house. Over a hundred people, not a single Asian, Latino, or Caucasian.

Das Frühstück wird sehr gut zubereitet. Kein Buffet !

Im 15 Stock ist eine Bar oder Club der von auswärtigen sehr gut besucht wird. Dadurch kann es mal ganz schön laut werden in der Nacht auch in den Zimmern.

Great hotel, terrible practices

The amenities were my favorite.

The way they billed the rooms caused major problems with my bank. You pay for the room in full whenever you check in, then they bill you daily, and at the end of the stay, they are supposed to return the first payment, but it could take days. So you end up paying double. The room was around $1500, and we paid a total of $3100. For that reason alone I will never stay there again.

The facilities and the pool especially

We were asked to leave the outside fire pit/patio by a man with a badge hanging from his neck? telling us this area was closed. When other people walked up and sat exactly where we were sitting, they were NOT asked to leave fire pit area! So rude! ALSO, there were NO bell carts to take our luggage down. We had to hand carry our luggage to parking lot. The hotel entrance/unloading area is way too small.

Amazing stay

This hotel looks very new and nice. I liked the area. I went to Lenox mall across the street one day and loved that. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
