What an amazing apartment! And what a great host!

This apartment deserves a score 10 out of 10! It is better than a 5-star luxury hotel room! Very clean, quiet and spacious! Also, the host is very kind and very responsive! I'm literally extremely satisfied with my stay! I wish that all the listings in booking were like this one! And what a great value for money! Thank you very much! If I visit Thessaloniki again I will definitely choose it again without a second thought! Thank you! I wish you all the best!

הדירה במיקום מעולה!!! היא נוחה, ולמרות שהיא במקום מרכזי עם הרבה מסעדות היא שקטה. בעל הדירה נחמד ואדיב. ממול ממש על הפינה יש בית קפה שווה ביותר

הדבר היחידי שקצת העיב על הכל הוא שבאנו לשבוע ולא היה שירות ניקיון שכלול במחיר. על ניקיון ביקש 20 אירו. על שבוע שהיה אפשר היה לכלול ניקיון לפחות פעם אחת.

Και οι δυο χωροι του καταλυματος ειναι αρτια επιπλωμενοι και εργονομικοι. Το καταλυμα πολυ καθαρο και σε πολυ καλη τοποθεσια., πολυ κοντα στην πλατεια Αριστοτελους και την Τσιμισκη .Ο ιδιοκτητης πολυ φιλοξενος και εξυπηρετικοσ σε ο,τι χρειαστηκσμε .

A pefect place to stay at the heart of Thessaloniki

A perfectly clean and comfortable apartment at the very heart of Thessaloniki, close to the promenade, shopping streets, Church of St. Sophia, etc. A public garage is nearby, so if you need the place to park, make sure you ask your host to arrange it for you. Despite being on the ground floor at the city centre, the apartment is very quiet and good to sleep in. The two singe beds are very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again and recommend the place to anyone, especially to families with children.

Είναι αυτό που θέλεις και δεν το ξέρεις μέχρι να μείνεις.

Έχει πάρκινγκ! Είναι ένα εξαιρετικό σπίτι, προσεγμένο στη λεπτομέρεια, στο κέντρο του κέντρου της πόλης που πας με τα πόδια σε όλα τα σημεία που αξίζουν. Είναι πάνω σε πεζόδρομο, σε 2 λεπτά συνεργαζόμενο πάρκινγκ, που χωρίς αυτό απλά δεν παρκάρεις ποτέ. Πολυτελέστατο, άνετο για μία οικογένεια 4 ατόμων (2 μικρά παιδιά). Φύγαμε με τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις και όταν ξαναπάμε εκεί θα μείνουμε. Είναι αυτό που θέλεις.

Grateful to find such a great place. Can't recommend it enough.

Host: I've travelled around the world quite a bit, and I have never met a host as friendly or as professional Vassilis. We were stuck at a border longer than expected and he was kind enough to wait until 11PM and book parking for us. The apartment was spotless and he had good recommendations for us no matter what we needed. Our car had some issues that needed fixing and he was even kind enough to help us find a car mechanic who helped us fix it in less than a day. Always smiling, always kind. Literally the best. Location: The apartment is perfectly placed. In a pedestrian area but close to large boulevards and parking. But surprisingly quiet and cosy. Close to the waterfront and to most touristy points of interests. There are supermarkets nearby if you want to fix breakfast or something. And if you need an uber, the waiting time is 3-5min at the most. Really good stuff. Facilities & Cleanliness: modern and ergonomic set up. Recently renovated with an eye for minimal design but good quality. Comfortable beds. Could fit 4 people easily. One bathroom though. But a really nice bathroom. Genuinely a great place with a lot of thought and care put into every aspect of the client's experience. My family and I were grateful to find such a great place.

I wish we could have stayed longer, though we'll probably go back.

So comfortable and a great location

We really appreciate that Vassilis met us at 2:30am because our flight was delayed. The apartment is so comfortable we slept until 12pm the next day. The location is excellent - walking distance to the waterfront and lots of other landmarks.

Perfect location in the city center. Quiet and very clean place to stay. You have everything you may need. Vassilis was kind enough to book a parking for our vehicle. He waited to welcome us, showed where to park and where is the apartment.

There is no such thing.

It was worth the money.

Very clean and a very good location. Fully equipped and very functional.

The apartment is on the ground floor but almost feels like a basement due to some high surrounding walls, so not much of a view out the window.

Everything was great! Vassilis is super friendly and welcoming; the place was clean and exactly as shown in the photos; heating was always on, hot water was never an issue; the apartment is centrally located, close to everything on foot; would definitely stay again.

There was noise from the elevator which is located just outside the apartment's entrance; other than that, everything else was great.
