We stayed with our 3 sons in one room the day before flying back home. We had a pleasant arrival, very friendly and helpful personeel (helped with taxi for next day and earlier breakfast). The jacuzzi was prepared for us so our family could enjoy. The boys had a lot of fun with the dog trowing the ball endlessly. For diner we went to Chester’s pizza just a few minutes walking and we had great pizzas, definitely worth visiting!
The beds were comfortable and the place was clean and quiet. Only small minor thing was that we couldn’t get the shower with hot water but it was okay.
Our breakfast was on time. Breakfast was good and enough, so when the taxi arrived we where ready for our flight back.
Definitely a good place to stay!!
Hot(ter) water in the shower

Location. Good veggie burrito place near by. Helpful staff. Cute dog.

The place is super clean and beautiful. I wanted to be in quite a place near the airport on my last day in Ecuador, which this was a perfect place to stay. staff were great and very, very helpful.
The water and electricity went out the next day before I left, so I wasn't able to take a shower and shave. I understood it wasn't their fault, but let's good to have a backup energy surces for places like this.

Breakfasts were good. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice and taxi transportation was easy.
They took us from the airport to a different property the first night, and we weren’t sure why. It wasn’t as nice, but it was fine. Then they came at 4pm the next day to tell us they were moving us. Then we stayed at Quinta San Felipe which was much nicer. The purpose of this was lost in translation. Wish we stayed both nights at Quinta San Felipe like we reserved. Neither place had hot water longer than 30 seconds.

Good breakfast, clean and modern rooms, nice surroundings.
Not enough hot water. After a very quick first shower the second person didn't have hot water.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Quito's airport. The room was very comfortable and wifi worked great. I opted for dinner at the hotel and it was delicious.
There was airport noise during the afternoon, but it was quiet at night.

Definitely easy and close to get to from the Quito airport. Reasonably clean and comfortable bed just for one night.
The host of this property was unbelievably strange and weird to me. When I first arrived he was obviously very high on something, probably weed. As a single woman he was asking me if I was single and why I was traveling single, then he asked to go to dinner with me. I felt so incredibly weird because he knew which room I was staying in and that I was alone. It took about 15 minutes to get his attention to open the front gate which was infuriating because I knew he was just high. He kept trying to give me his phone number and when I refused started to get angry with me. Honestly I couldn’t wait to get out of there!!
As a note I am 41 years old and a world traveler so I know how to handle myself in a situation‘s but overall it was just extremely creepy.

4.3
Comfortable beds, clean room and nice floors.
No heat, clear light under and around the windows and payment was not made up front for a "purchased" "non-refundable" room. We left at 3:00 am with a prearranged taxi (by the hotel) only to get a call from ownership to the taxi driver that we hadn't paid. (The office was dark when we left/walked by it and what I believe was ownership/management face to face confirmed that the departure time the afternoon prior.)

The rooms were decently sized and there was plenty of space. Room was very clean as well as the washroom. Did not get to use the pool since we were too tired but it was available for use and looked great. Room looked onto beautiful garden. Breakfast was good with very juice as well. Very friendly and helpful staff who ordered a taxi back to the airport and allowed us to use their microwave for heating up leftovers as well. Great stay overall!
Could use a dresser and hair dryer in the room but otherwise everything was great.

Safe. Clean. Modern. Decent breakfast. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Quick drive from airport.
Getting in and out the main gate required asking for help but otherwise it was great.
