Perfect Family Stay

More like, what didn't I like? This was perfect for our family trip. Very clean, great location, amenities were over the top. Very happy and will recommend to others.

Fantastic time to spend with family even though there was some minor issues.

The views, the space for our family to be able to breathe compared to a hotel room.

The pullout bed in the main area was broken and unable to be used. The AC filter was very dirty.

It is clean, quintet and comfortable. The indoor parking and nice kitchen are great benefits too.

Nothing. It's always a challenge to remember the gate code for the first few days but that's not really a complaint.

Home away from Home!

We loved the location, the décor, the space. We had everything we needed, as if we were at home. The view was awesome, and the access to the garage was the best, considering we had a few random showers!

We didn't dislike anything! Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice Relaxing time

I loved this Condo. I specially love the pool and the lake. We had a wonderful time. Everything was so nice and clean. Thank you again for letting us stay with you guys. thanks Tammy

The Beds were nice even the couch had a memory foam on top of the mattress.

Will book again when going g to Hot Springs.

There was no breakfast provided but the amenities were excellent. Didn't explain what to do with dirty linens and towels upon departure.

I don't like stairs!!! Bad knees 😀!!

Good trip

The rooms were bigger than expected, house was clean, stores were near by, and plenty of choices on door dash.

The pool was still closed even though the listing said it would be open. the trash can in the kitchen was broken. There was a sign by the lake that said Risk of Electric Shock swim at your own risk.

Home on the lake.

The place was wonderful. We had everything we needed to feel at home. There was plenty of space with a beautiful view of the lake. The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Fantastic

The villa is recently renovated, & thoughtfully furnished, with enough seating for many. It comfortably fit our family of 6 for sleeping, eating, & gathering. I love a water view, & this didn't disappoint for my early morning moments of reflection. The location of in a quiet part of the city, but central to great restaurants & only a short drive from the attractions we came for (the Mid-America Science Museum & Quawpaw Bathhouse). My husband appreciated our own garage for parking. Would definitely stay again if we einen to Hot Springs

The Villa and the Host with the Most.

The host was very kind. She allowed us a late check out because we arrived kinda late. The location was just as beautiful as the photos suggest. House was very clean and even had extra linen and a few necessities in the kitchen like oil, milk and (big plus +++++)seasonings. I cannot wait to visit again and I only hope this Villa is available. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Everything was phenomenal. My only regret was that I was so busy enjoying myself I didn't take any pictures in the house. Sorry guys, I guess I was just in the moment.

Awesome place to stay

We loved looking out at the lake from the deck. The house was nice and well maintained. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It was a very relaxing time.

clean and bright nice updates plenty (of well) everything amazing views lots to do within minutes of location excellent outdoor lighting (safety) owner is super attentive and pleasant

Hard to walk out of the property because of the privacy gate.

Very comfortable Beds The villa is beautifully decorated and clean We enjoyed staying there, and we would recommend it to friends.

The stairs are steep, and may be a problem fir some people. We were fine.
