Bad hotel, not recommended

The location is perfect

The room is full of cigarette smell The breakfast was of low budget hotel. In my room there was no internet or weak. Every time I need to go down to the reception to get internet there!

It was a good stay , everything went smooth and i could relax after long flight.

Property was very clean, stuff corteous and helpful

I missed selection of tea bags in my room, would expect black, herbal and green tea, coffea and coffear creamer. When i called black tea and coffee bags were brought. Spa had a very good massage therapist but manicure i had to cancel in the middle because of lacking equipment and skills. Therefore i also rather cancelled the facial. So that could be something to be improved.Food was very good, but meat and veg section at the bufet could be clearly marked and separated . I was actually expecting pure veg, dont know why. So that is why i dont prepay food next time.

The front office staff is extremely busy for no reason. They barely make an effort to even understand wgat your concern

The staff is confused, utterly clueless, and would try to turn it around on you!

Zero value for money. Staff is clueless Pathetic customer service. Not safe! The locks were broken and I didn’t feel safe staying in the room. I will avoid this property at all cost. Recommend you do too.

Pathetic Experience

I booked for stay till 20 Jan 24 but had to leave on 19 th Jan 24 morning due urgent requirement at office. I was not given refund of one day stay. Please clarify if this is the standard procedure else I will go to the Consumer Court. They took full stay payment on check in itself. The front desk staff were rude, inefficient, laboriously slow and disinterested. The restaurant staff was untrained or plain not interested. One cup black coffee with three sugar sachets were requested and it took me two waiters to repeat the correct order. Sugar sachets were finally bought in hand, no plate. I waited for 30 MINUTES in the hotel lobby after Check Out for airport drop vehicle to pick me from the hotel. The corridors were stinking. So was the front lobby. Your Website mentioned total amount of stay as around Rs. 26000/-. But it did not mentioned the TAXES that would be charged. Actual toal was around Rs. 34,000/-. This is unfair practice on your part. Misleading clients. Nowhere was it mentioned in your website.

Convenient, pleasant and hope to come back.

Near to airport. Secure. Helpful staff. Good work ethics employing people with disabilities. We were considered to have a early check in.

There was no hotel Manual in room to get information about hotel facilities.

Fantastic restaurant. Lots of friendly and helpful staff.

Stayed here at beginning and end of my trip. Booked the same room both times but on the second stay the room was considerably smaller…not sure why.

Price reasonable. Good location. Breakfast staff were efficient and courteous

The bed springs were so loose that the bed was bending downwards with the pressure. The wc and washbasin area was very squeezed. TV too small for a five-star. Room service on phone was impolite

Good for short stay with good access to mall and Metro n

The location is good, very close to Aero city metro ( 5-7 mins walk) and airport. World Mark , high scale shopping complex right across the hotel with wonderful eating places. The house keeping staff really responsive and good. Pool with some chairs. Good value in comparison to other options in Aerocity.

The beds are really soft and saggy. Pillows should be replaced, some really old. Delux rooms with basic facilities, shampoo and soap, no conditioner. Wifi, patchy, keeps disconnecting . Can't do any serious work. IT sometimes difficult to reach . Front desk efficiency is ok but some employees can use customer service skills. Very mechanical on the phone and talks for 30 seconds before disconnecting. Sound proofing poor, can hear everything from hallway and next room.
