Güzel bir konaklamaydı.

Temiz,düzenli ve konforlu. Eşyalar güzel.

Kurallar aşırı katı. Elbette komşulara saygılı olunmalı fakat “Saat 22.00’den sonra balkonda konuşmak yasak” gibi bir kural çok abartılı gibi. “En ufak bir komşu şikayetinde depozitoyu geri vermeyeceğiz” deniyor ve bu bir müddet sonra “tehdit” gibi algılanabiliyor. O yüzden konaklamamız boyunca biraz tedirgin olduk.

SATISFATÓRIO

Não GOSTEI, porque na véspera da nossa estadia, entramos em contato com a proprietária, para saber sobre as chaves do apartamento e combinar o horário de chegada, daí ela nos informou que tínhamos que fazer um depósitos de cem euros, caução, mais 36 de taxa municipal e passou o numero da conta. OCORRE QUE NÃO CONSEGUIMOS FAZER O DEPÓSITO, PARECE QUE TINHA QUE TER ALGUMA AUTORIZAÇÃO, do nosso banco. E JÁ ERA NOITE, Sábado, Indagamos se poderíamos pagar em espécie, ela disse que não, pois não haveria ninguém no local e pra entrar no apartamento ela iria passar um código para acesso, mas ISSO só após o comprovante do depósito. Por sorte, conseguimos contato de um colega do meu amigo que mora na Belgica e ele conseguiu fazer o depósito, se não fosse isso, tínhamos perdido a reserva, pois pra cancelar, pagaríamos uma taxa no valor total da reserva. O certo seria sermos informados disso com antecedência, no ato da reserva.

ENTÃO FOMOS PEGOS DE SURPRESA, o apartamento fica numa área de tráfego limitada. Não tínhamos essa informação. No site diz que tem estacionamento no local, com pagamento de uma taxa, porém, não achamos o estacionamento, entramos em contato com a proprietária para ela informar o local do estacionamento, até hoje estamos aguardando resposta. No final, o carro ficou na rua e estamos aguardando chegar as multas, ESPERO QUE NÃO.

Nice appartment if you are with a big group

Big and clean appartment. Communication with the host was easy. Be aware that you need to pay quite some extra tourist tax and stuff after booking. It is written in the advertisement, just not super clear.

Kitchen was really bad equiped. It was 11 of us and there weren't 11 wine glasses. We decided just to take the soda glasses, but there weren't even 11 wine and soda glasses in total. This led to some people drinking wine out of a mug...

We stayed at this appt last week.Found it as described.Really happy and highly reccomended.

Terrace door lock was broken and few doors handle were loose.

It was clean and neat.

After that I couldn't cancel the apprtment and only a few days left to the actual travel day, the owner asked 200 euros for deposit. He should have put this in the info or at least send the message before the canceltion due.

Superb

Lovely place, spacious with easy access . Clean and well equipped.

The Internet wasn't working at all. It wasn't even plugged in. We tried but it still didn't work. One of the bed was a bit broken so I was afraid to sit on it .Otherwise it was all perfect and lovely stay.

Terrible experience, not worth it

The apartment was clean and in good condition. Decent kitchen equipment.

The property host asked for a damage deposit of €200 to be paid, we paid using PayPal - 'Friends & Families' as suggested by the owner but when the same was returned back to us the exchange rate was terrible and we ended up losing almost £20. So you might think this apartment is cheaper than some others and then you end up paying more anyways Also the property host was terrible in managing the deposits and mixed us with someone else without checking the previous conversations and we had to spend a lot of time justifying to her that she mixed us up with someone else The property WiFi was pathetic and we just couldn't connect to it. Overall experience apart from stay was unpleasant and we ended up spending more effort on chatting with her long before our stay and almost upto 7 days after the stay for sorting all of these things for a stay of just 1 day which really feels unnecessary

The property is nicely located, clean and spacious . The fact that the keys are available via a code is convenient ( no need to make an appointment/ wait for the owner)

the long list of don’ts and the fact that a deposit for damages of 200eur needs to be wired on the owner’s account for a one night stay is a bit off putting, but the deposit was payed back straight after we left so at the end all was good ; I suppose the owner had some bad experiences in the past.

It was a pleasant stay!

It was really easy to receive the keys with a code. Also located middle in Antwerpen with many shops and restaurants. The place was also very clean and nice. Also a nice kitchen and many beds! Was a pleasant stay.

There was a rule that you had to be quiet after 10pm but there were still neighbours and kids that we heard shouting.

Very nice apartment, nicely located

Big, clean, nicely situated, lots of space.

The wifi did not work during the while trip. It was not a big problem for our group as we spent most of our time outside of the apartment but it should be fixed.
