Nice stay, comfortable and big room

room was comfortable, good beds. Good bathroom. People at the reception nice

It was a bit out of the center. In the room was only a big lamp. Small lamps would be nice. With open doors (double doors) a lot of noise from traffic from a busy road . And you notice the traffic lights. With closed doors it is quiet But with hot weather you need some air.

Excellent, nice, spacious and clean room

The spacious, nice and clean room, the friendly staff, the large opening hours of the reception (24/24) and the quietness of the building

It would just have been a bonus if we could have used the bath on top of the normal shower

Cheap and cheerful 😀

Property is nice and clean. The room was spacious and internet worked perfectly. Staff were friendly. Location is quiet.

It offered very limited services, there was no food available despite being a students’ residence. However, there are options nearby. On arrival I was given a dirty room, then changed. The only available option is a vending machine that I wouldn’t try for coffee.

Good value

Good sized room clean, comfortable, quiet. Good value and free parking. Walking into town is easy, it's a long main road. Walking back is a bit harder as it's uphill slightly, but it's ok. Probably 25-30 minutes depending on how quick you are.

Check out was early, 10am. There wasn't anyone at the desk when I arrived, I waited for about 20 minutes I think, so not too long. Also they asked for my details which should have already been provided by booking.com not a big deal of course but odd...

Great location easy walk into town, very quite clean modern room. Lovely shower . Parking outside great easy access from the main road.

Nothing for us really, ideal for our passing tour of Northern Spain. Thought it might be a problem as it's listed as a student related accommodation, but we only saw one student during our visit very quiet

The bedrooms were clean and spacious .the bathroom was good Nd the double bed was really comfortable

The complete absence of bike security other than lock your bike outside in the cap park .Since this 9s a student hall of residence as well this is particularly surprising given the city centre is about 2km away .

the building is very recent and comfortable, with lift, self service laundry and a gym

the whole facility is built for students and used for tourist off university season, so soma basic services are not available ( such as a glass in the bathroom or a hairdryer, not even at the reception)

Good for a short stay

Good for a short stay in Oviedo. As it says in the name it is a University Campus, there are students and teachers in the building but that wasn’t a problem for us. The room was spacious and it looks just like a dorm. It has a big parking and just 20 minutes walking to the center.

The rooms could improve a little but I understand is University Campus.

best option in Oviedo

it was wonderful. the staff are very nice and the facilities were great. they didn’t offer soap or shampoo for the shower because they are primarily a university residence. there also wasn’t a tv in the room, but the room was great, especially considering the price. it’s about a 20-25 minute walk from the center.

the vending machine in the comedor sucks. it ate my money many times and then it said “producto perdido” but it didn’t give me my money back. i kept trying because I had a lot of coins I wanted to use, but it ate my money 3 out of 5 times and then it just completely stopped working.
