Recommended to stay

Stayed 3 days 2 nights with family in Sept 2024. Very nice homestay and very easy to check in via whatsup provided by the owner. This homestay is clean, tidy and provides sufficient mattresses and pillows. Close to food stalls and batu feringghi beach.

Cheap family holiday home

Excellent location. Owner was very helpful. Lots of space and cold aircon. Easy walking distance to town and food. Great price considering it has 4 rooms. Toaster and fridge.

Disappointing

The host was very friendly, responsive and let us do early check in. Spacious property, very close to the beach and town center. Free car park, quiet neighborhood.

The facilities were poor, leakage in bathrooms and not very clean. No bins, toilet paper or hand soap. Found leftovers in the washing machine, couldn't use it to wash our clothes.

The house near the beach & many stalls, not worry about food. So many delicious foods nearby.

The master bedroom air cond malfunction. No fan in the room. Very hot & we have to stay there for 2 nights 🥵 The 2nd bathroom on the 2nd floor has a manhole in the ceiling. It looks scary at night.

Spacious, family-friendly stay, nearest to tourist spot.

The host was very thoughtful. He did gave me a manual how to open the lock door & how to use the tvbox/ free wifi. He's friendly as well. All rooms equipped with air-conditioning. Location is bonus! Walking distance to feringgi beach/night market The house itself very spacious. It has backyard space with table and also some books which my kids love it.

The rooms doesnt have fan. For my mom, its quite cold for her. No jug to cooling down boiling water. But again, other than these, everything is okay!

The house is huge an spacious. Everything is perfect. My family enjoyed the stay. The backyard area was cool for chit chatting sessio.

Improvement in cleanliness. Unit is clean but can be better especially the backyard area and all the balconies. Washing machine is nit permitted. Good if it is allowed.

Big house close to BF beach

Large house for families or/friends, kind host, 10’ from the beach. Lots of restaurants around. Terrace with table and chairs outside.

Not well equipped for travellers : no towel, bath mat, not even glasses. No basic like tea/coffee/salt… provided. Can’t use the washing machine. Only bottom sheet and blanket. Quite dusty and even some mold on furniture. Need a good cleaning!

Budget accommodation in a good location.

Location was great, within walking distance to the beach. Host was very responsive and friendly.

No towels provided, no stove for cooking, and sign saying guests not allowed to use washing machine or dryer. House needs a lot of maintenance and is quite old. But because of the great price, we weren’t expecting something amazing like the Hilton- so we were okay with it. Place needs a good vacuum under the beds. A LOT of dust underneath.
