Sehr schönes HOtel

Der Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausgewogen.

Einzig die Fotos des Hotels lassen ahnen, dass das Hotel alleine, freistehend ist. Dies ist jedoch nicht so. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade neben vielen weiteren Hotels und Restaurants. Sehr belebte Gegend.

Amazing hotel and great location

The location and the object were in one word AMAZING. First row to the beach, the object is beautiful and really well maintained in the style of true Dalmatian stone property. Inside is beautiful and magical just as from outside. Special thanks to receptionist Hristijan who was polite and helpful since he greeted us and full professional around the object and overseeing if everything was ok.

The waiters were polite bit very slow. The restaurant has good food, but we waited 10minutes or more just to have our table clean and to be noticed.

We liked the proximity to the beach, the hotel's appearance, the comfortable bed, and the breakfast.

We didn't like that we had to reserve loungers on the same day and pay for them, as it's not mentioned anywhere. The price for two loungers and an umbrella is 28€. They could consider adding disposable slippers too.

Beautiful hotel in great location

Everything in the hotel was absolutely immaculate, the rooms were beautifully designed and spacious. Even though the hotel is right on the main strip of Tucepi, as soon as you step in it feels tranquil and relaxing. The courtyard is perfect for an afternoon drink!

It was unforgetable.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully renovated and has a stunning location – right on the Tučepi beach. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Air-conditioning was quiet and effective. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly, especially Hristijan. I had a birthday during my stay at the hotel. A bottle of wine and a birthday card awaited us in the room. It was a really nice gesture.

This hotel is a gem!

The hotel exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect! This is probably the best hotel in Makarska region. Renovated & beautifully decorated, awesome staff (especially Hristijan at the reception), delicious breakfast, clean and big rooms (you have everything you need in the room). The hotel is in the beachfront and the beach is awesome (it can get crowded because there are other hotels nearby). We loved the atmosphere in the courtyard! I highly recommend it to everybody who is planning to visit the region.

Would definitely not recommend to a friend.

The property is renovated and well styled! The staff at the reception is polite.

Everything apart from the look and the location. The food was terrible, the staff acted like they were doing you a favor with the hospitality. Majority of the hotel’s common areas are not even open to the public, they don’t even have indoor seating for the midday heat. The hotel doesn’t even have a valet, nor anyone to greet you when you arrive. It also doesn’t have direct access by car. They don’t even provide the service of getting you a spot on the beach - in their literal words “find someone that works on the beach that can do this for you.” They charged me for a trip and never refunded it. For the price you can find a much better accommodation.

Really nice new hotel. No pool. If you like pool they offer to go to sister hotel. 1 million small kids in pool, overcrowded and super noicy... dont go there !!

We were upgraded to a larger accomodation upon check-in. Staff helped us with parking. Complementary lemon water in lobby. Hotel looks great, newly renovated, staff is great. Room had a sea view. Included breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Everything as advertised.

Outstanding hotel!

Amazing and lovely decorated hotel in a beautiful setting with lovely and friendly staff and an amazing restaurant on site. The rooms were conformable, spacious and spotlessly clean and the location is literally perfect, just opposite the beach. I would highly recommend staying here and we very much hope to come back soon.

Comfortable, clean and friendly stay!

The hotel staff were very professional, kind and helpful. The rooms, as well as the whole hotel, was super clean thanks to the housekeeper Nena! The location is superb!

I did not like, since we stayed there with little kids, that the surrounding hotels played very loud music (hotel is near the pool complex of the neighbor hotel) all day and long into the night. Another thing was the chaos on the beach, the hotel should offer deckchairs at the beach for the hotel guests, which would make it a five star resort, as it is done in the foreign resorts.

This was the second time we visited Residence Kaštelet, everything was great, staff was helpful and professional, food was excellent. Entire residence smells nice (sandalwood). Location is perfect, on the beach. We will return for sure next year.

The room was amazing, more of a suite and plenty of space. Very clean. Comfy bed. Lovely sea view.

Parking was tricky and a little confusing to locate the hot due to it being apart of the Blu hotel next door. Coffee machine would have provided that extra touch.

A beautiful historic hotel building with a very well-solved reconstruction.

Good location to the center and to the beach. A quiet room with a beautiful view of the sea. Very good breakfast.

Insufficient staff to serve breakfast. We had to wait half an hour for service. The hotel should consider increasing the staff, or switching to a buffet style breakfast. Small parking capacity.
