Peccato una sola persona possa rovinare il soggiorno e il lavoro dei colleghi

Quello che mi è piaciuto, è stato rovinato dal pessimo servizio di Rebecca la responsabile del ristorante Safari. Mi dispiace per gli altri colleghi che al contrario erano gentili, ma Rebecca ha fatto di tutto per farmi sentire scomodo

Ho prenotato (una settimana)mezza pensione, e per me mezza pensione è colazione + pranzo o cena. In realtà la struttura permetteva di fare solo la cena. Ho chiesto spiegazioni alla reception e mi hanno detto di parlare direttamente con il ristorante se fosse stato possibile invertire la cena con il pranzo. La prima volta il responsabile (un signore) e stato molto gentile e ci ha fatto il cambio. La seconda volta (e sarebbe stato l'ultima) purtroppo come responsabile di sala c'era una signora (credo Rebecca), e ci ha negato il cambio in modo arrogante...dicendo che precedentemente era stato un errore fare il cambio. Io gli ho risposto che non era stato un errore ma un FAVORE a un cliente...lei evidentemente non ha capito che il cliente in vacanza va trattato con riguardo e non con arroganza e questo è il motivo principale della mia recensione negativa. Inoltre la mattina successiva, poiché mia moglie non stava bene, e miei figli erano stanchi, sono sceso da solo a fare colazione e ho chiesto di poter portare dei croissant in camere per far fare colazione ai miei figli. REBECCA , la responsabile di sala, mi ha detto che solo con certificato medico che diceva che i miei figli stavano male, potevo portare su i croissant. Sono rimasto senza parole e non capisco in una struttura del genere come possa esserci un responsabile così ignorante. Tra le altre cose la mezza pensione non la consiglio poiché il cibo è ripetitivo specialmente per i bambini. Riguardo alle stanze, trovo inaccettabile che in 7gg di soggiorno, non è prevista la pulizia dell'appartamento. E per farla bisogna pagare quasi 100 euro

Le balcon vue mer ainsi que la baignoire dans la chambre Le complexe est simpa

Le ménage qui n'a pas été fait pendant une semaine incomprehensif ainsi que les.serviettes ne sont pas changé .....je ne comprend pas le matelas pas du tout confortable literie bof Le personnel très désagréable au restaurant sauf Vanessa la seule qui a le sourire les autres il faudrait changer de métier....on n engueulé pas les clients leur seule souci c est quand que le client s en va vraiment très mauvaise expérience au petit déjeuner, Les femmes de ménages ont quand même réussit à nous couper l eau alors qu on faisait nos bagages L accueil à la réception top simpa

Heerlijk verblijf gehad en raad deze accomodatie ten zeerste aan.

Zeer luxe en comfortabel hotel, hygiëne en veiligheid zijn uitstekend geregeld. Het is zeer ruim opgezet en alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Het ontbijt was echt het hoogtepunt. Ook fijn dat we van verschillende zwembaden gebruik konden maken.

Te harde matrassen en het appartement was redelijk gehorig. Op de laatste dagen werden er handdoekjes gelegd op de bedjes bij het zwembad. Veel personen die dit deden heb ik de gehele dag niet bij het zwembad gezien, gevolg was dat er te weinig bedjes beschikbaar waren

La suite etait vraiment spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Le personnel etait vraiment top

La population est assez agé de ce fait a 22h30 on nous a signalé de baisser d’un tont car ça gênait les voisins ..

Excellent stay.

Great place for family with kids. Lot of facilities and food places + great pool area. Lot of sightseeing places around. Anyone who is considering going to Andalucia should choose this place. Highly recommended.

I did not have any negative comments about his place.

Le ménage n’a pas était fait tout le long du séjour et le mec qui contrôle le jacuzzi arrive dans la terrasse sans prévenir et le petit déjeuner se répète tout les jours et pas digne de cette établissement plis les gros cafards voilà

Paying for cabanas that were free in previous years Being placed in San Diego resort rather than Santa Cruz. SD is much noisier in the evenings due to live entertainment Resort train only running hourly (previously every 30 mins) and missing some key times in the evening Overall paying more to get less

El personal muy atento, todo súper limpio, las habitaciones muy completas. Muy contentos en general.

Las almohadas y los horarios que están muy enfocados a turismo extranjero, comidas, piscinas...y los precios de comidas también están algo elevados pero eso se podía esperar.

Everything was perfect except for the staff

It was our second time staying there and the appartment was really nice. We had a great view and we enjoyed our time there.

The staff was unfriendly. The last time we stayed there everything was perfect but this time its like the staff completely changed. From the reception to the guest service. The guest service didnt even want to help us with recommending things we can do in malaga. She was like “ we are not here for helping, we just organise trips to marocco, thats it.” On our previous stay, we got full information everything was covered. This time it was a full disappointment. In the end, the receptionist didnt even bother to ask about my stay, if everything was ok. The staff at the restaurants were nice. It would be nice to let us know in advance that the pool area in santa barbara heights are closed.

Schöne Anlage

Schöne Anlage die an manchen Stellen schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Trotzdem war alles sauber und für uns vollkommen ok.

Wir hatten nur eine Nacht für einen Zwischenstop gebucht und waren spät Abends noch unterwegs um was zu essen. Bei der Rückkehr (nach 24.00 Uhr) hatten wir keinen Zugang mehr zu unserem Zimmer. Vermutlich, weil die "Zimmerkarten" falsch programmiert wurden. Für uns ärgerlich, da wir so mitten in der Nacht zur Hauptrezeption fahren mussten (ca. 1KM) um das Problem beheben zu lassen.

Vacaciones en familia con niños pequeños.

El apartamento me gustó mucho, era muy amplio y con dos baños ideal para cinco personas, estaba limpio y las camas cómodas. La cocina estaba muy bien, pero echamos en falta cosas básicas que si habíamos tenido en otros apartamentos: algo más de menaje, un rollo de papel de cocina, aceite, sal y vinagre, básico aunque sea en porciones individuales, creo que debería facilitarse por el apartamento, había lavavajillas y productos para el mismo, sin embargo para la lavadora no había productos. Lo demás todo muy bien, el acceso a la autovía es demasiado repentino, pero es así en toda la costa prácticamente, y está muy bien comunicado y céntrico sin quieres moverte por la Costa del Sol.

Lo que nos gustó menos es que es un complejo con mucho turista extranjero y los desayunos y comidas si querías comer en el complejo, estaba hecho a la medida de los extranjeros, sobre todo ingleses.

Puente de la Constitución

Las instalaciones y el apartamento son realmente espectaculares. Todo muy espacioso, y con todo lujo de detalles. Volveremos sin duda.

Por decir algo, la hora del check out a las diez nos pareció un poco pronto. Aunque es algo que ya sabes al reservar.

Free parking , very clean

Small room, limited seaview (you have to stand up ),noisy street ( hard to sleep with open window), small bathroom full of stuff , strong smell of desinfectant,15 min to the beach, beach can only be reached through a tiny tunnel or a bridge close to a crowded street,staff mostly unfriendly and not helpfull at all

We had 4weeks in March23 & 3weeks in March24 in the resort and were slightly disappointed this year.

We were self catering in an amazing apartment with a hot tub and sea view. Spotlessly clean, serviced by happy, helpful and very polite staff. We did have breakfast on a number of days. It was fabulous. We expected continental breakfast, however the choice was amazing from lovely fresh fruit, cereal, cold meats, cheeses, pastries to a full cooked breakfast - eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes etc. Loads of it and piping hot.

Safari Restaurant - super staff and amazing chef the food was delicious HOWEVER there was no other restaurant open and the menu in Safari, as good as it was, had not changed in a full year!! The programme of evening entertainment had changed also from the previous year. It was severely curtailed this year which was extremely disappointing!

Schöne Urlaubsdestination mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Abendunterhaltung war meist sehr gut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Teilweise gab es happy hour (wahrscheinlich wegen Vorsaison). Es war wenig los und die Pools daher prima. Im Sommer aber nur für Familien mit Kindern geeignet.

Das Abendessen im Restaurant Safari hätte ich auch kochen können, obwohl ich normalerweise nur Eier abkoche. War wohl aus der Konserve. Die Cocktails die wir getrunken haben waren unterirdisch. Der nächste Strand ist nicht wirklich zu empfehlen (klein, Felsen im Wasser, nicht sehr gepflegt)

Good location, staff very friendly, especially in the Safari restaurant! Clean hot tub, clean pool, food very tasty. Resort train was running to make it easier for people to get around resort (resort is huge). 30min walk down to the city centre.

Ants in the room. Booked room with garden for my 2y old boy as he enjoys playing ball and got room with balcony, when questioned we were told that booking.com has up wrong photos of the room(wanted garden for my little boy so he could go out and play ball etc.) room was very small also, no housekeeping for the whole stay, but you can request it I think.

Great trip.

Feel and quality of the area. Pool was very nice and plenty of choices of pools. Bars are good and staff very nice and all spoke good English. Gteat place for a relaxing few days and we would return. Good on site shops. Train around resort. Taxi ranks nearby, and you can even order uber eats if wanted.

Food in the restaurants was not that great and priced at higher than the quality it was. Although the breakfast at Safari was good. Quite a walk to Fuengirola but we didn't mind that and was OK.

Nice and big resort close to the beach.

Very spacious appartement with a jacuzzi on the roof terrace and ocean view from the dining terrace. Nice pool area and fun restaurant on site.

El baño estaba muy completo y cómodo

La cantidad de gel y champú. Solo había dos botes, uno de cada, para los dos. La cama no era muy cómoda. La parte de la terraza no daba mucha intimidad. La ubicación si quieres ir directo a la playa no es muy buena.
