Overall a great place to stay.

Good Cleanliness is maintained. Staff at front Desk, Shreya was super helpful and helped us with an early check in. The Housekeeping staff was very cooperative. Overall a good experience.

The Washroom Flush kept leaking and that water loss was a killer sight. We changed 2 rooms on the 6th floor, but somehow the problem continued. Hope the Flush work is being taken care off and no such thing happens especially with a well branded hotel like HAYATT.

It was an amazing stay experience with Hyatt.

The service was great. They are really punctual with the service they are providing. Food was great, Abhishek from Zing was very helpful. Staff were friendly. Room was excellent and clean. It was an amazing stay experience with Hyatt. Definitely I will visit again.

Best hotel experience of my life.

Best hotel breakfast we ever had. Staff helped us with every query and issue we had. Truly a five star experience. Felt like a celebrity the whole time. Could not be happier!

Breakfast was excellent. Cafe at reception person was very friendly

Front desk staff not friendly . No greetings at all in the morning , no smile & not welcoming. Even my Mum felt the same. When checking out the guy was miserable.

Only 2 Elevators. Long waiting time from 1st Floor ( Restaurant Level).

Wouldn't stay there if i had a better option to be honesy

Nothing honestly!

Check-in took more than 20 minutes by the watch. The staff kept trying to get the previous guests entire itienary and cars for several days booked. It took too much time specially since i arrived at 10PM and i had an early morning!

A Damp Squib!

Buffet had a lot of options.Location was convenient for me as I had a meeting nearby

Rooms are horrible.The room was so damp that even dry clothes got moisture laden.The floor was wet and slippery that you couldnt walk barefoot. Moulds on the wall and a stained carpet which was damp.The phone didnt work and the management dosent seem to bother as inspite of complaining they were least concerned to oversee. What they tell you is that job has been assigned and it has been done without even physically inspecting. My advice dont waste your money here and instead look for some other five star property.They ruined my stay.Have attached a few photos with foot marks on the wet floor and some moulds on the wall and the dirty carpet

Great stay overall and very comfortable

Very well maintained property with good spacious rooms and friendly staff. Had a good pool and fitness facilities.

Only single restaurant on this property thus offers limited dinning options. Breakfast options may be improved for non vegetarian guests.

Birthday celebration was very good. However, there was poor lighting. Better location could have been chosen or better lighting could have been provided

Strange that there was no welcome drink, which is a common feature even in 3 star properties

Hyatt Management Knows how to maintain Band Value.

First of all, they have liftup my expectations as per their band value.. Property is well maintained and well manged, staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was awesome, staff was very interactive and helpful. Overall 10 out of 10 to them.

Lovely stay

Lovely hotel and the staff was very courteous and patient with the kids. The food was amazing and could cater to the kids' palate as well. We loved that at the reception they have a registration form for kids and they have to choose their favourite food. The hotel surprised us by providing the mentioned meals.
