I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay. The lower deck room offered a unique and private experience, with a partial sea view that was particularly breathtaking during sunset. The comfortable bed, air conditioning, and private entrance enhanced the overall comfort and privacy of the room.
The lower deck, along with the other two rooms, is ideal for large groups, accommodating up to 10-12 people. It's a perfect choice for family reunions, friend gatherings, or corporate retreats. I would choose this room again on my next visit.

Relatively new, modern hotel with tastefully decorated rooms cozy beds with good mattresses, refrigerator, quiet air conditioning, television, enough sockets. The upper 2 floors have a private balcony with large windows and sturdy fly screens. Great location on the mountain with sea views. A bit remote so you need a tricycle to get to the next town, but it's a quiet location. Nice place if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle Often very windy to stormy due to the exposed location on the mountain
The rooms on the restaurant level are a little noisier, depending on the guests. 2 small, pleasantly cool small pools that are cleaned regularly. WiFi in the hotel is completely ok, you get a voucher that is valid for 10 days, upload and download speed of 5120 Kbps is completely sufficient and unlimited. Room cleaning is - as indicated by an information in the room - available on request, also daily. Staff very friendly, attentive and helpful, Unfortunately, sometimes it was "confused" - there was always incorrect information from one person, the rest was very quick and clever.
At the beginning we wanted to change the room because it didn't match our booking. After consulting with the manager, we got an upgrade, which was very unproblematic and quickly resolved by the hotel. We were able to enjoy our stay very much, many thanks to the team and management We can fully recommend the hotel.
Water in the shower fluctuated uncontrollably between extremely hot and cold (in the family room and the suite, in the deluxe room it was ok...we stayed in all 3 room classes)
Distant location to city center, you have to take a tricycle every time

Clean and spacious rooms with breathtaking views.
Elevated place not advisable for old people as they only have stairs with no lifts although their staff are willing to help to carry the baggages. Food was great but small portions only but a bit pricey. The hot water on the shower was unpredictable as it gets too hot then too cold.

Superb view, one of a kind place amongst other accommodation in Puerto Galera. It’s a great combination of having a quiet place to stay and relax and just few minutes away from the busy streets and markets. There are some few issues which are being fixed by the Manager.
Place and customer service.

The staff was exceptionally great. They were so anxious to assist. The tricycle service was excellent also. Food was very good. View is excellent.
The steps are a bit challenging for the baby boomers generation. Maybe some hand rails would provide more ease!

Location is fantastic, with beautiful views out over the sea to Tingloy don't mind the steps up to the property fine if you are reasonably active. Two adequate small pools at the property for a dip whenever you want to cool off
Three things I feel I need to comment on.
1. The hotel food quality is low even by Philippines standards we tried several different dishes and breakfast each of the 4 days. My brother ordered a mushroom soup one day and it neither tasted of mushroom nor contained any. They do not have adequate staff for the kitchen and cannot cope with more than 1 group at a time so you may end up waiting a long time for food. We also waited over 25 minutes for a bottle of beer on 1 occasion.
2. Don't get rooms on the 2nd floor, they all open out onto the hotel reception and dining communal areas meaning it can get very noisy, also walls were only gypsum board and not hollow block so not well insulated for sound.
3. Hotel advertises free wifi but in reality the ticket they give out is only good for 5 MB (enough to upload a couple of photos and its finished) before you need to ask for another one. Couldn't get my head around this especially as unlimited internet is less than 1,800 php a month. My advice get your own data load before you arrive

Pool and room is beautiful
Hot water wasn’t working when I arrived so had to spend time waiting for the staff to fix it. It wasn’t properly fixed

This hotel could easily be an 8 or 9. The 'infrastructure' is great. The rooms are lovely, and the views are fab from some of the rooms and also from the pool and breakfast area. The pools are relatively small - but they are big enough - and very nice.
A few of the staff are great - for example Norhiya - and the young man who works on Reception and basically does everything when the (useless) female staff aren't around. The Security Guard (there at night) is also very helpful.
Note that guests receive various emails pre arrival. One of these emails says that you can't check in after 9pm because the management are worried about the noise re the other guests. This isn't true. The real reason is the Reception staff go home at 9pm - so there is no one there to check guests in after that. I have never stayed in a hotel (and I travel a lot) where Reception closes at 9pm.
The hotel management is truly terrible. There is no 'stock control', so they run out of basic food items. There was chicken curry on the 'Specials' board - but they had no chicken. There was no tamarind in the 'Pork Sinigang' because they had no tamarind - which is a key ingredient. There was no mango for the mango shakes. Proper management stock control doesn't exist a this hotel.
The food takes an age to arrive. The staff always tell you the food will take 30 to 35 minutes - and that's regardless of what you order. We ordered 2 breakfasts on one of the mornings. That took almost an hour to arrive. The typical excuse is: "There are lots of orders". Looking around the restaurant area there was literally no one else in the restaurant either eating or ordering breakfast. The so-called' English Breakfast' is the worst I've ever experienced in a hotel. 1 piece of awful fatty bacon. A potato hash brown and a friend egg with a few baked beans. No bread. No tomato. No sausage. No mushroom.
On another occasion we ordered dinner for 2. Simple local dishes. Having waited 50 minutes I went to Reception to offer to cook the food myself. The female Receptionist told me the food was ready - then asked if I could wait another 10 minutes while she took a "10 minute 'break". This is the main problem with this hotel - the female staff think they are more important than the guests. They spend most of their time looking at their mobile phones. TikTok most likely.
I tried to help the staff by telling them that, like all other hotels, they should put salt and pepper on the tables. That way the guests don't have to ask - and the staff don't have to go and get these things - thereby saving the staff time.
If I owned this hotel I would immediately sack the entire Management and Reception staff (except Norhiya and the young man) and replace them with staff who know how to work and who understand customer...

The views and the pools were great, the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, arranging tours, massages and more, sending helpful info prior to our arrival so we were prepared for registrations, ferries and fees.
The portions of food for the costs weren’t great, we had to double up on meals to feel satiated so would suggest either reducing the price or increase the portions to avoid double the bill at the end of your stay! Also, no ‘normal’ toiletries provided, no toothbrushes or slippers, although the slipper delivery was delayed. Many power cuts but potentially related to electric shower overuse.

Located on top of a hill with fantastic views of the sea. Nice infinity pool. Convenient in-house restaurant. Sea facing rooms are spacious and bright.
Steep ramp going to parking lot. Poolside room was a little damp.

The location is amazing
We stayed here 10 years ago and it was amazing. Unfortunately under new management the property has fallen into a bad state and our room was very dirty. The staff was friendly by not qualified. Food was poor beyond belief

Very nice hotel and stuff, modern room design. I recommend to live on the second floor, as there are many frogs and lizards at night on the first floor. There is a nice restaurant with the sea and the pool view. The hotel is located on the high hill. It is easy to travel by the tricycle and go to the beach.

Spacious room, and the view in the room was amazing!
Kind staff were always ready to help guests.
And they had board games so we could enjoy our nights
I would really recommend this suites for your holidays.

Staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Charmaine and Rose really made sure our family was well taken care of. We had most of our meals at the hotel and the food was good! They helped us arrange a snorkeling tour which was so much fun! The views were stunning and the pool was fun. The beach is within walking distance and was nice without vendors and too many people. Their tricicad driver was kind enough to drop us off and pick us up so we didn’t have to find transportation.
There are a lots of stairs which gives you opportunity for exercise!

View from the balkony and pool area, very romantic!
Not enough place to hang wet stuff in the room.

The views are AMAZING. the pool area. Also the room is big and confortable. Very calm área and good internet so it was perfect to work with incredible views and sunsets. The staff is very welcoming
When you get there you need to take really high stars since the reception is on the top floor (and nobody helps you) so if you are above 50 years old, its going to be a hassle.
Also, you need to take trycicle to go to restaurants since at night its not wakable.
It would be better if the restaurant in the hotel closes earlier because 7:30pm is way too early. Although, the food is good (except the for the pizza) but a bit pricey.

The place is awesome, quite, relaxing and fresh air. The view is breathtaking, mountains in the other side and infinity beach also on the hotel front. Our room is very big, clean and relaxing and front of the colorful swimming pool. My child is very happy and enjoy swimming. Aninuan Beach is 5 minutes walk but it very clean, nice view with mountain background and the water is very clear and not crowded.👍👍👍✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️🎯101%

Nice place for comfort stay. Tasty food in hotel restaurant for reasonable price. 10 minutes walk time from the beach. The beach is nice - you can make a photo of turtles in the sea.
Not very comfortable way to the beach if not to book tricycle.

I love how accomodating the staffs are.
People are friendly.
Room and facilities are clean.
Peaceful and quiet area.
Ambiance is superb... 😁
The availability of food are up to 9pm only. And there aren't stores available near the hotel.
I hope you can make food available 24/7 since your guests might not be able to go out in the middle of the night to look for available restaurants.
Otherwise, please allow us to bring food from outside the hotel.
This is just me being a night a person. 😁

My wife and I enjoyed the spacious room, we like the two pools, and the food was acceptable. The view was spectacular, and sitting in the days or evenings out in the pool area was comforting and relaxing. The Duvet was a nice touch if you wanted to crank up the AC. Front desk tried very hard to be accommodating also.
The shower worried me, I am older and thought I was going to slip and fall. The hike up the hill was a bit of a pain, but they were working on constructing and drive way up the hill. I also did not like that the light on the balcony was not controllable within the unit, and they left this light on at night blaring into the room.

Great view and staff; super friendly! Infinity pool full in the sun all day :-)
Littel further away from white beach and a steep climb up to mountain to reach the main entrance. Difficult to get a tricycle outside.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The infinity pool has a great view overlooking the beach. Location is less than 5mins from White beach which is perfect as it is very quiet at night so you can relax and sleep peacefully.

Location is superb with a great view. You get more than what you pay for. Staff are friendly and very accommodating.
Kitchen closes at 8pm so if you plan on having late night drinks your options would be outside of the property, so plan ahead. Transpo won’t be a problem since the staff will also help you with contacting drivers nearby.
