Fue un poco descepcionante

La verdad las personas fueron muy amables cuando hice el check in fue sencillo y cuando hice el check out la señora fue muy amable y me ofreció café o lo que quisiera.

La alfombra está demasiado sucia huele un poco a húmedo es pequeña la habitación y el baño o tienes agua caliente o fría

Not the best but we just need to stay one night so we toughed it out.

Our check in time was 3pm, we got to the hotel at 3:15. Front office gave us our key, we went up to the room & saw our assigned room door wide open & room still a mess. Maids were in another room laughing & dancing. Told us to give them 30 mins to clean. We were tired & had drove 9 hours. Then when we got settled in, the tv didn’t turn on at all. We had random extension cords around the room. Wallpaper was peeling off the certain spots on the wall. Parts of the bathroom ceiling were drooping. While taking a shower the water pressure was weak & came to a complete stop then the water came out cold, & had to cut the shower short.

It was inexpensive and fulfilled my needs, but I won't be back and don't recommend it to anyone else

The location was good. It was an easy drive to Universal Studios, where we went on our trip. There was free parking at the hotel. The pool seemed ok. The beds were only ok; they were a little too firm, but that is ok for me.

The A/C unit in the room wasn't large enough to keep up with the room, so it was too hot well into the night. The room wasn't very clean. It felt like things were sanitized, but the floor was dirty. The carpet was old. The fixtures were not well installed, and the room felt sloppy.

For the price it’s “OK” but not recommended if you have kids.

Near Universal Studios. Ice machine in property.

As you walk into the room there is a nasty smell. AC was not working properly. The bed was stained underneath like they had not clean in months.

Great location and close to Universal Studios Hollywood. The area felt safe.

I was extremely disappointed. The area felt safe, however the pictures and amenities advertised are not at all reality. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. So many health and safety violations!! The amenities advertised were not available. The only outlets in the room were overloaded with power strips. The bathroom was dirty and smelled of mold. I found the source in the shower. I was so upset and frustrated because I have small children and could not afford another room in the area... Many were 3 times the amount I was paying and others sold out. Staff was not accommodating at all and seemed to be oblivious to what the rooms really looked like. Trying to get them to answer the phone was ridiculous!

Trip was good with the exception of this facility.

Leaving! Glad to be gone.

Everything! The free breakfast offered was not available. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke & body odor. Roof in bathroom was falling in & smelled like old water.

In need of refurbishment!

The beds were clean and the water hot

The room was very outdated with old decor and was in desperate need of refurbishment. Couldn't get any channels on the TV and the bathroom door lock was broken and hanging off. The bath was clean but had cracks in the paint. There was mold on the ceiling

No breakfast at all and no hot water in the room the services are so bad and waiting more than 20 minutes to someone answer us at the phone. Never back again to this motel. Not high recommended for the other people.

You can tell they don't clean up in the rooms didn't feel comfortable touching things the sheets were clean the bed was very bad but the sheets were clean LOL

One of the rooms had a boat lock that was ripped off the door and the wall there was holes in the wall it just seemed very difficult to get comfortable

nothing really, you can’t even smoke on the property but the rooms look like they’ve been smoked in. there was one house keeper and front desk person that were polite but the other house keeper was rude and had an attitude when I asked for a 12 o clock check out. bring some bleach & blankets with you

Mediocre stay

Thr staff was accommodating and friendly.

Unfortunately the hotel is very run down. There were water stains all over the ceiling, there weren't any blinds and the curtains didn't close correctly, the door latch to lock the door was broken, the shower was not sanitary, I could go on. The bed also isn't comfortable, it felt like sleeping on the floor. Overall, you get what you pay for. If you need a quick last minute place to lay your head to rest while on vacation it works but not for a couple days or a sanitary place to shower.

Uneventful.

Location was great, beds were comfy and the shower had decent pressure.

When we booked the room, breakfast was included. Upon arrival “we don’t do that anymore.” Rooms are TINY….Parking lot even tinier. TV remote had batteries that kept falling out and barely worked. Just don’t expect a lot

when I went to check in no one was at the front desk. I had press the ring several times and no answer, called and no one answered. so my family and I had slept outside in our car and the cops came by and told us we looked suspicious and asked us to get out the car. my husband and I explained why we are outside sleeping in our car and so they went to the front office and witness for them selves no one answered for the front desk.

I want to say I got my moneys worth, should of been a little cheaper for the poor qualify and no morning breakfast

The location, the room AC, and front staff was so nice

Bed was too hard and uncomfortable, you could hear the running water all night from the bathroom, part of the carpet was pointy before entering the bathroom for some reason, the closet must of had a new quick paint job because the paint made the door too hard to open so we couldn’t use it, and the bedding cloth felt like it was wet and air dried in the room.
