Terrible absolutely DO NOT BOOK WITH VACASA!

Location was very nice. Close to the beach. But our overall stay was terrible and they wouldn’t refund us anything for our inconvenience of having to sleep on the floor and wasting a day waiting for the cleaning person that never came!

We weren't able to check in on time because there were issues with the air conditioner. Amanda came up and she was great trying to get us into another room. The other room however was not clean. She said someone would be there to clean that day. We had to stay in the apartment and wait because there was only ONE key and the code on the door didn't work We were also short a bed because our other apartment had an additional bed. Another bed was supposed to be sent up but never came. The person that was supposed to clean never came either so we sat in the apartment all day waiting and they never came. Amanda did bring us a bag of sheets and towels but we had to change everything ourselves and clean the apartment ourselves Then on the last 3 days of our stay, way early in the morning there was banging that didn't stop until about 6pm! The apartment above us was renovating their place. That banging was unacceptable. I sent a few emails that were never answered. I talked to the front desk and they said they thought it was the owner doing renovations.
