A lovely hotel in the heart of Queenstown. The staff were all very friendly and the room was clean with the essentials. We had a good lake view from the room. Good value for the money. We enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it!

3 day stay. Full rubbish bins not emptied even when we put them outside the door. Ran out of toilet paper 24 hrs before departure. Nothing to flip an egg in the fry pan. Big tree outside dripped lots of sticky honey dew over our new ute, reception didn't seem to bothered.

Nice spacious room with plenty of room to chill out, was lovely to sit outside and look at the lake while drinking a cup of tea. You 100% MUST book the hot pools - they give a discount for guests and its soooo nice, I enjoyed it more than the onsen place tbh, felt more peaceful and less busy.
Honestly not a lot I didn't like, only thing is that when you're outside you can hear the planes as its in the flight path, but inside the rooms it wasn't loud at all.

My flight got delayed so my young son had to fly to Queenstown by himself, reception staff were very helpful and accommodating looked after my son while he stayed there by himself.

Great location, right on the lake! Nice and very comfortable cabins. Very clean and friendly staff.
No running water in the cabins and the clothes hooks in the shower are on the wrong side, clothes get wet easily.

The panoramic views of the lake and mountains were stunning. The studio had everything we needed - all comms were very clear.
This wasn't a biggie but an FYI -
The layout of the room. It was slightly awkward to enjoy watching a movie in bed after a long day out as the TV didn't extend out far enough, so we rearranged the room to suit and put it back the way we found it. It would've been nice to have a sheer curtain to enjoy the view during the day without the cold beeeze as there was no privacy when we pulled back to curtains back and at night when the light is on... it shon onto the RVs below, which made us close the thermal curtain.. other than that, it's a cute villa.

Views were great.
there is nothing not to like.

The lake view is the highlight of the stay. The location of the accommodation is also very convenient. It’s close to a lot of stores and supermarkets.
We stayed in the cabin. The water pressure in our unit was too low and inconsistent. We got cold water when showering that we needed to turn the tap off to wait for the water to turn hot again, which was quite hard when you were already in shower.
Not sure how the bathroom floor heating worked and couldn’t figure it out so bathroom floor stayed wet after showering. Would be great that when people check into the room that the floor heating is ready.
Cleaner must have missed replacing the dirty tea towel in our room.

This is the best holiday park in New Zealand.

Location of the property is awesome being in Frankton at the bottom of Lake Wakatipu. The cabin has a magnificent view over the lake. The amenities are brand new and sparkling clean. The cabin has a great balcony too.
The cabin was perfect but being a cabin you don't get an ensuite. Access to the main road into Queenstown can be problematic if you're turning right at the intersection; the main road is very busy.

Loved our stay at these cute bedroom units. Beautiful view across the lake from the room, and walking trail to great breakfast, coffee, beer stops right out front. The bathrooms and kitchen were fantastic even though they were communal. Unit has fridge & kettle. Beds were super comfy.
Nothing everything was great

The room is very clean and modern with nice kitchenette and a Nespresso machine. Even though it’s not located in the city center, it is close to the lake with lake view from the living room.
The sink in the bathroom is small and with no countertop to put my stuff.

High quality facilities. Campground very well laid out. Excellent showers. Good view of lake and mountains from my cabin's wee balcony!
Cabin door was a bit awkward to lock and unlock I found.

Very clean and modern property, the beds were very comfortable. The shared bathrooms were have heaps of showers and toilets.

Cabin was modern, warm and comfy. 10/10

location and cleanliness
no water or tap in room which meant you had to carry your equipment to the kitchen to wash up. Unfortunately there was no buckets to carry the equipment so had to make many trips. We are cyclists so little things like a sink would really assist.

we stayed in a cabin overlooking the lake with everything perfectly appointed. The communal areas were incredible, suitable for families , single travellers and the grey nomads. definitely would come and stay here again. the hot tub experience was an added bonus to our stay.
4.7
Great location, lovely space, well equiped.
Stayed two nights but the second day they don't replenish milk or coffee and tea facilities so need to purchase your own. I arrived back 7pm and the women in the office reluctantly gave me some more milk after explaining I didn't have car.
4.7
very well located and amazing views.
the fact that’s it’s like a camping with shared facilities, despite of renting the cabin.
4.7
great location by the lake
great sunset view
clean and new room, modern equipment
nice common bathroom
should have private bathroom for the price they charge
