Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Terrible! Furniture was falling apart. Mouse in the kitchen area. Bathroom door didn’t open from the inside. Called to complain & was asked for a photo of the mouse to prove it was seen. Photo is completely non-representative. Didn’t feel safe

Worst night of my life

Great for a one nighter

I want to start off with that we only stayed for one night and I think this place is perfect for those who only need the one night to stay then move on travelling because the price was cheap and the bed comfortable. We did like that the bed frame seemed to be a wooden palette that's been repurposed for a bed frame. Towels for the most part were clean and fresh. We had all the appliances we needed like a refrigerator, electric stove, sink and cleaning equipment. There was a TV and a chest of draws for clothes.

The floor was dirty as my wife had just got out of the shower dried herself off then looked at the bottom of her feet to see they were dirty again, the blinds were broken ( you could pull them down but couldn't wind them back up) the shower head was off the wall with a hole in the shower wall still there, the shower had appeared to be painted recently but you could see big water bubbles under the paint and one of the towels appeared to be dirty. The room seemed to have a sort of old hospital smell to it at 1st but then when you opened the toilet door the faint smell of sewage appeared brief times (no we did not use it at those times)

Um quarto com potencial mas com pouca manutenção

Gostei do aproveitamento do pequeno espaço que me deram, principalmente pelo facto de conseguirem colocar uma kitchenette aqui

Não gostei de muita coisa. A mesa era bamba e abanava sempre bem como a mesa de cabeceira tambem e era demasiado baixa em relação á cama. Também tem a questão da TV, que como se não bastasse o comando não funcionar. Esta também estava segurada ao teto por apenas dois arames, o que me preocupava pois está podia cair sobre mim enquanto dormia. Os cortinados também tinham bolor e dava para reparar que não eram limpos á anos. No duche tambem estava cheio de buracos e a água demorava muito a descer pelo ralo o que era um pouco incómodo. Mas o que mais me chateou foi o preço, paguei 117 euros para duas noites neste quarto o que a meu ver foi um absurdo tendo em conta o estado do quarto.

If you want to feel like a volunteer in a developing country, this is your place.

Comfortable bed, hot water, close to airport and bus.

The room we stayed in was outside in a shipping container that looked like a home build. Construction was going on and the worker's quarters were off the kitchen which means they were constantly coming through while we were cooking and eating. There was no ventilation in the bedroom so everything was wet after a hot shower and mold was present.

Pior que uma camarata militar.

As cortinas brancas estão cinzentas e meio desfiadas. Não tem isolamento sonoro. O ruído dos camiões na rua dificulta o sono. O colchão está em cima de um suporte em madeira não polida que arranha. O duche está num estado lamentável, tem meio metro de largura e não se consegue rodar o corpo. a mangueira do chuveiro não tem suporte. Uma camarata militar para soldados estaria em melhores condições. Detestei.

Quarto fedendo a urina, cheio de moscas, e mal atendimento, entramos em contato para pedir outra acomodação já que a nossa não estava em condições e ninguém fez nada, disseram para cancelar mas não devolveram nem o nosso dinheiro. Room smelling of urine, full of flies, and poor service, we got in touch to ask for another accommodation as ours was not in good condition and no one did anything, they said to cancel but they didn't even refund our money.

Great time for me.

El alojamiento está en un buen lugar cerca de la estacion de buses y facil para movilizarme por la cuidad.El anfitrion fue amable en todo momento y me permitio salir un poco despues del check out. Tenia, TV, cocina, microondas, platos, nevera,vasos y cubiertos.Una buena señal de WIFI.

Podria mejorar por ejemplo en poner una taza para bebidas calientes. Por otro lado el jabon para lavar los platos y para uso del baño era poco.

Indignante/OUTRAGEOUS BEDBUGS ⚠️

This is a completely SHAME. The worst experience ever. Please never go to casa vale if you care your health and never trust Booking as they dont guarantee in any way that you get a stay with the minimum conditions. First. The pictures on the web do not match AT ALL with the place, and I have proof of this attached. There is no one who can assist you, I was at the indicated check in time and I had to wait for hours until a girl that rent a room kindly helped us and call the "owner/hoster'' so we could get in. Second , the room was unacceptably DIRTY, I promise, I wanted to cry once there and no one could assist either through booking or the chat to talk to the responsable. As we had already paid for the stay for 2 nights we decided to bear with it and not ruin our short journey... The worst thing that I could never imagine could happen to me there were BEDBUGS. YES BEDBUGS, it was outrageous, I attach the photos as I still with an allergic reaction to its bites and applying ointments to deal with this, I am fumigating home to try to defenitely get rid of this. Please if you travel and overall if you go with your family never go there do not put their health in risk and go through this horrible nightmare we are going through these days. CASA VALE SCAMMERS AND SCOULDRERS

La habitación era muy pequeña con muebles muy antiguos y rotos, al entrar a la habitación olía muchísimo a humedad al ducharnos entendimos porqué, salía agua por la pared y se llenaba la habitación de agua por todas partes, el baño no tenía puerta era una cortina y al tratarse de un contenedor de transporte de barco reutilizado y ser la habitación de el medio estaba mal insonorizada y se oía todo lo que pasaba en las otras dos habitaciones, el lugar estaba como abandonado y la persona que estaba allí ni siquiera saludaba, para colmo el último día no nos pudimos duchar porque no había agua en todo el establecimiento. Una muy mala experiencia…

It was so damn tiny, cracks everywhere, walls, bathroom, on the floor! It smelled of damp everywhere in the room. We even found a dead rat outside our door of the room. Couldn’t find any other hotel nearby so I thought to give it a try but was disgusted.

Filthiest place, smelly, rats at night. YES, we had a rat eat our food!! Kids were scared to sleep. The sheets dirty with hair and we even found some small insects on them. We had to lay our towels on top .The smell was teribble.We couldn't sleep with windows open because anyone could get in so in that smelly place we had to close the window( was on bottom floor of the building) The dishes left the for us were dusty and rusty! The carpet if you can call it a carpet full of staines. I never thought that I will have such an experience!!! It should be checked before saled!!

The novelty of sleeping in a converted shipping container. I had the best container facing east with the full benefit of the morning 🌞 Good catering facilities in the separate kitchen. A convenient bus service.

No staff on site . This place is out in the suburbs. Even the taxi driver had problems finding it.No information on public transport, I had to find this out by asking local people. A notice board would have been helpful. Just one eating option in the area.

Uncomfortable and arranged

Only good one is the sink of the bathroom.

Firstable we don’t have any contact with the staff, for issues and advices, so we don’t know how to contact them. Now about the apartment: First one: sink tube in the kitchen broke, so we have been obliged to wash dishes and everything in the bathroom. Second: after the first night, we discovered the presence of various insects likes badbug due the dirt and dust. Infact when we arrived, we found a lot of dust and also a dirt moquette. Third: Absence of a closet replaced by a coat rack with 3 hangers (absolutely not sufficient for one person, imagine for 4!) into an a little and empty room. Bathroom: only one positive thing is the sink, the shower was clogged and uncomfortable. In general, the apartment is not suitable for group or families ( max for 2 person in my opinion ), the main door was in part broken and also we can’t close the apartment from the inside. For the staff: you must to work very hard in order to solve this issues. Actually the apartment isn’t ready for hosting service

Location Easy access and check-in Microwave cutlery plates etc.

Place is noisy. You need earplugs to sleep properly. Sheets are not clean and old. Shower doesn't have a handle to hold the shower head. For one two nights it is ok. For more than that, one has to look for a better place. Also expansive.
