Affordable clean accommodation nice cafe around the corner

It’s was very confusing trying to get into the block we arrived after hours after a 10 hour drive and just kept getting emails after Email to read no clear instructions of the exact unit number we stood in the hall way for half an hour trying to navigate the pages very tired and no help

Not as good as last time.

We have stayed at these apartments before and was looking forward to an easy stay, as per our previous experience. The location is great, only a 5 minute drive to the train station. The room we booked was big enough for 5 people. It was easy access once we had received the access code.

There was some difficulty with our security desposit. The money had come out of our account however Kula was stating it had not. The dishwasher did not work. Kula was happy to organise someone to come and look at it, however this was an inconvenience as we were out all day and did not feel comfortable have tradespeople in the apartment without us being present. The apartment was overly clean, however there were a number of areas where vacuuming had been missed, especially in the bedrooms. I think the most disappointing thing was the showers (we had two bathrooms). The shower head kept falling off, which did result in my elderly mother being hit on the head and another family member also having the head fall on her whilst in the shower. The en suite sink mixer was also loose, which potentially could have caused an issue as we had to be careful not to pull the levers up quickly to avoid it from disconnecting from the basin.

Loved the self assist check in process and the clear instructions provided in your emails.

The peaceful, simple, comfortable, clean and homely apartment. The provisioning of kitchen ware, cleaning materials/equipment and toiletries was very much appreciated.

We couldn't find a supermarket within close walking distance.

Our stay at KULA was so beautiful, thank you

The apartment was nice and clean and comfortable and amazing value for money. Sometimes when you rent apartments to stay in, the couches smell funny but these couches were so comfortable and didn’t smell at all the cushions were nice and fluffy and the beds were super big and comfortable

Spacious, clean and comfy appartment with free parking - thumbs up!

Spacious rooms and dining/living area. Free parking and reliable, fast wifi.

Not sufficient cuttlery for 4 people and no frying pan in the kitchen. Kitchen bench seems a bit blocked by the microwave. Squeaking entrance doors could use a drop of oil.

I recommend Kula to other travellers as it’s value for money

The room was modern and had great white goods. Beds were comfy. Good space not so squished which was great for my kids.

The stay was great, we had heaps of space and the space was very comfortable.

The check in process was easy, and having no keys made the trip even more easier and convenient. The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was very spacious and had all the basic amenities. Having a washing machine and dryer was helpful.

There were no spare towels and there were no spare blankets/ throws. A vacuum would have been nice given that daily cleaning is not offered.

Do not expect a luxurious stay. Not worth the value.

Good location. Easy to get in using the codes. Parking is good.

Refrigerator not working, Near to none amenities. Didn't provide handwash, cheap dishwasher tablets thats too gave only 3 for a 5 night stay, cheap dish washing liquid, cheap shampoo and conditioner, dirty towels. Aircon only in lounge room only so Bedrooms are hot as... no fans so it heats up like crazy. Cockroaches in bedroom near window. They should fire their room service team.

Would stay again if closer to station.

Clean on arrival. Beds comfy. Quiet enough area. Amenities good. Facilities great . Good response team.

Lack of cooking tray for items in oven. Big cockroaches outside on balcony. Main bathtub needs grab bars. Too deep and awkward climbing in or out for shower. Outside seating could use an upgrade. Bit far to walk to nearest train station. Taxi drivers are a rip off. Beware.

Satisfied with our stay but needs to inprive the facility for the aircondition in the bedrooms.

This unit was central to the places we needed to attend. It was more than enough for two people.

Five minutes drive to Westfield Parramatta. Central to many locations from the City of Sydney to out west, to the South of Sydney. Great location. I liked that it had a designated car space in the basement.

Great location but very disappointing.

Free parking and location for our needs. The mentos bowl was appreciated. Keyless entry is great.

The apartment felt grotty. It could have been a lot cleaner. The blind in the main bedroom had something?? splattered all down it. The ensuite floor was not clean. The windows were all smeary. The filters in the washing machine and dryer had not been cleaned out and were full. This was our second stay at these apartments and both times have been similar. The garage door was broken so car security was compromised. We were there for a week and wanted to cook at home, the kitchen supplies are very minimal, not even a pair of basic tongs. 2 coffee mugs had large cracks. The whole place has been set up on the cheap.

Disappointing

It was pretty easy just need to put the door code!!

About the cleaning,smell inside the house smell like dirty mop ,poor cleaning hygiene and worst part was bed 🛌 total disaster,dirty quilt !! Did not expect this after paying 260 Per night !!

Apartment was clean , easy access , close to shops . A good car rental place five minutes away.

Location was great / easy access to apartments especially as our flight was late at night. Place was nice and clean. Great having washing machine & dryer so convenient.

Need few more towels & more blankets.

It was disappointing

I was disappointed with the service that I received during our arrival at the property. Initially we booked for three rooms and we were promised to have two rooms ready while the other was still being cleaned. But when we checked in the room was only one ready, the other could not be accessed and turned out still occupied!! When I asked the property, the answer only apology for not knowing the reason they allocated the room. On the same day we tried to reach the customer service but there was no response. At first when we demanded refund for inconvenience there was rejection for giving us refund. Overall, I was disappointed due to their management and communication because it caused mishaps within my team who was supposed to stay comfortably. At the end we were promised refund but we still have to wait for seven until 12 days.

Apartment is nice and clean, location is also good.

Room heating system is not enough. may be need a bit bigger heating system. We had to buy additional portable heater by our own to survive on cold night which is very upsating.
