Lovely Apartment with Washing Machine & Dryer.

1. Clean and practical. 2. Easy self check in 3. Easy parking 4. Good wifi and smart TV 5. Washing machine and dryer, provided washing powder and many hangers. 6. Towels and blankets. 7. Very nice body shower and shampoo. 8. Love the toilets. Good water pressure! 9. Great location. 10. Direct access to Feringgi beach. 11. Walking distance to Feringgi night market. 12. Many eateries around. 13. Very comfortable beds. 14. Owner was very helpful, informative, and very responsive. 15. ACs and fans were good. 16. Near to ESCAPE Penang.

1. The sofabeds are very uncomfortable. They do not match the excellent condition of all the other things in the apartment. We had no choice but to use them. Please consider changing the sofabeds to better ones. 2. The masterbedroom AC - water had been dripping all the time we were there, but we didn't have the time to inform the owner to repair it because we were busy going in and out. Hopefully, next time, the AC should be checked before any new check-in. 3. I would like to suggest a little complementary coffee, tea, and sugar so that we can make one or two cups of tea/coffee when checked in after a long tiring journey before going out again. It would be a great pleasure!

Overall we had a good stay, we will come again.

The unit is very clean and the living room is very spacious. Drinking water provided by the host Location is good, plenty of restaurants nearby and walking distant to the night market.

The pillows are very hard, not comfortable. Sofa bed is not in good condition, suggest to change.

Great Short Vacation

Great place to stay and we all love it. Very spacious and equipped with all the necessity. Very convenient location nearby the famous Ferringhi night market. Will look for this place if we're ever come to Batu Feringghi again.

By the sea but not...😒

We liked the condo itself. It was spacious and clean and each room was ensuite. Liked the layout a lot and it made us all feel comfortable. Location-wise its central with lots of places to eat and drink.

It could use better towels and floor rugs. We had no idea we were directly facing a mosque. It says in the ad we were sea-facing. That was hardly our view. Also we were in the middle of many 'halal' restaurants. Couldn't really find non halal places without driving out.

Great location, easy check in

Location was great, few min walk to beach, night market and wonderful food options. Only a few dollar taxi to the water park (which was amazing!) Having access to washing facilities was a game changer for us, made it so much easier being able to wash and dry clothes during our trip! Host was great, easy check in, and very responsive, a pleasure to deal with. Not a hotel though, is a residential building. Not a problem at all for us, but I didn't know in advance so good to share that detail if those booking are expecting a hotel experience.

Bare essentials provided, but everything you may need is so close it's not an issue. Having tea and coffee available would have been a bonus for me, but honestly, no complaints at all from us!

Very friendly and responsive. Comfortable, private and clean, perfect if you prefer self catering. Very good food options and mini markets in close procimity, so can easily manage.

Would have loved to have some basic amenities (e.g. coffee, sugar, tissues, salt, pepper, etc., so that you don't have to purchase for shorter stays)
