A modern hotel in Islamabad!

I could not believe that a hotel in Pakistan could match up to international standards. It is a modern design hotel and we loved our stay here. The rooms are spacious clean and modern. The staff are exceptional. Shout out to Miss Amina at reception and bell boy Nasim. Actually all the staff are amazing, courteous and professional. I used the Gym and it's decent. The location of the hotel is prime! Small details were taken care of! Carpet slippers in the room, universal power sockets to accommodate any phone chargers, Central heating and cooling, and so on. Would definitely stay here next time.

Honeymoon stay at Best Western

They upgraded the room to family suite and we loved it. It was because of non arrangements but they compensated us very well. The floor Manager was very helpful and he offered full support.

Must stay for a foreigner

Friendly staff, secure with comfortable rooms. In a nice location. Staff will try to accommodate all requests you may have. Tea/coffee facilities in the room. Choice of dining options. Our favourite hotel during our stay in Pakistan

Pool area needs some upgrades, good cleaning and better service overall all etc towels readly available. On the second day of our stay pool was being drained and therefore not available to use.

A very good hotel

Loved the breakfast variety and taste. Room was very comfortable. Front desk was very helpful and welcoming. Business center was very good. Overall ambiance was amazing.

The pool had a very sudden very steep drop to 6ft. Not kid friendly.

I had a wonderful experience at the (BW). The room was clean, very comfortable, and noise free. The staff at this property are all great! They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Islamabad.

I believe that improvement is required in entertainment, no Netflix. Breakfast every day same menu.

Perfect relaxing environment

Clean, family friendly and comfortable. Loved the beds, and the fact that the room has a balcony where you can take your tea/coffee out and just relax. That breakfast was also good, you are provided with everything that you need.

Members of staff tried to make sure I feel comfortable. They welcomed me with warmth.

It was so welcoming, I felt safe there. The staff treated me with so much warmth and tried their best to make sure I am comfortable and that I have everything I needed.

I ll recommend three persons Saboor Hamza Muzafer There skill of communication so excellent I really appreciate them they are professionals I hope to see them again but there is a staff I ll not mention him by his name totally unprofessional misbehaved man otherwise service was amazing hotel was fantastic location is beautiful but staff should know how to treat to guests but in the end I ll very thankfull these three gentlemen love u Pakistan, Pakistan zindabad

Amazing location and a more amazing room.

We booked for one night but ended up extending for more due to the superior service. A special thanks to Ali Hamza for providing us with whatever we need and taking our concerns with utmost professionalism. The hotel is almost perfect, the rooms are top notch with even modern flatscreen TVs.

The gym can use a bit of renovation as well as the breakfast dining hall.
