About this apartment rental

Step inside this stunning home, and you'll be greeted by a sophisticated coastal townhouse packed with period features. On the ground floor, the living and dining rooms feature original wood floors, ornamental fireplaces and a sizeable southeast-facing bay window that makes the most of that early morning light. Finally, there's a sleek, contemporary kitchen out the back, with direct access to the patio and a staircase up to a private hilltop garden. Up the stairs, the first floor consists of two individually decorated bedrooms, each with its own character and a shower room shared between them. One final flight of steps takes you to the second-floor en-suite bedroom, with a vaulted ceiling and views over Brighton from the skylights. Step out, and you're a short walk from Preston Park station for trains into the city centre, otherwise, you can walk it in a little over thirty minutes. Home truths: *The fireplaces are purely decorative. *Access to the home is via a private entrance. *Guests are not permitted to take drinks from the whiskey shelves. *Good news for parents and dog owners, the garden is fully enclosed. *The nearest supermarket is a ten-minute walk away. *The stairs to the main bedroom are quite narrow. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility. *You won't find a welcome hamper or basic essentials here, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started. *You won't find a hairdryer at this home.
