Relaxing, peaceful and very enjoyable

A nice quiet hotel , excellent swimming pool, lovely room, staff very polite and helpful, it was a great touch when the maid presented the towels shaped and covered in flower petals, maid service was daily, room was very clean, great job

The Hotel offered a snack/lunch menu from 1.00pm until 5.oopm, range could have been better with more snack type meals rather than main meals.

A very pleasant stay for a good price!

A lovely stay and good hotel for a decent budget! It was very quiet when we went hardly anyone sat by the pool, although a lot of the time we did also spend most of our time in beach clubs too! Really close to centre of old town, hotel staff were really lovely and accommodating, gave good advice on the area, helped booking taxis and were quick on requests such as an iron and a thicker blanket. Great iced lattes!

Food was a bit hit and miss! Breakfast was nice but ordered a couple of things for lunch which was ok and I would say good for snacks but we often went out for lunch instead as you can find better meal quality for cheaper!

Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is very well run and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Spotlessly clean, staff extremely friendly and efficient. Rooms spacious and airy. Pool area fabulous.

Another fantastic holiday at the Rhapsody!

We were delighted to have been given our favourite room, which is spacious, light and has a great view of the bay. The increased breakfast selection was an excellent start to our days, and afternoon tea and cake by the pool was a lovely extra. Ozge was extremely helpful and went out of her way to negotiate a private tour of remote historical sites for us. We really enjoyed the music selection at the pool. As always, the cleaning and housekeeping services were excellent: the hotel is spotless.

Breakfast would be even better with a choice of freshly cooked eggs at breakfast?

Good value for money x

Very friendly and professional staff from cleaning staff, reception staff, bar staff to management. Very clean rooms, pool area, breakfast area, spa etc. Great views and only 10 minutes walking distance into town/restaurants, the town beach, beach club Indico and water sports. Cleaning staff surprised us with flower petals all over our bed room and bathroom. A very romantic gesture! The Spa and Turkish bath are a MUST and was private and tailored to our individual needs.

Unfortunately, town had intermittent problems with electricity which consequently effected our electricity supply and aircon system too. However, management and reception staff kept us updated all the time. Lack of hanging facilities for towels in bathroom.

Great value for money, lovely quiet location with a fabulous view and helpful staff.

Great location , lovely view. Quiet and a gorgeous pool. Staff are very helpful and the hotel is spotless. All in all a lovely stay and we would recommend to others.

Air con was a bit loud and some of the room could do with some tidying up and maintenance.

Great Hotel but not a 4 Star

The Hotel was very clean and staff helpful and polite.

Booking.com advertised the room with a private pool. This was not the case with the room we booked and was very disappointed upon arrival. The Hotel had no comment. No hot water in the mornings and the WiFi was very hit and alot miss. A short walk to the Town but is hilly in parts and is a jaunt in the heat! Expensive to eat and drink.

Potential of being a great hotel but it wasn't

Breakfast was ok , very repetitive but there were choices . was probably the best part of the experience

The rooms were clean however needed wallpaper stuck down and repairs to flooring . I could not use the safe and was easy to lift out of the wardrobe and walk away with it . It was locked and no one knew how to get into it . Blaring horrible loud music played at the poolside which also was very much heard from the sea facing rooms . Gentle relaxing music would have been fine . Could not get a decent cup of coffee during the day . Work still being done to some rooms although manager said they were only putting up pictures but that took 2 days ! Arrived late and the member of staff on was very good .

Perfect relaxing stay

It was lovely. The staff were great and so helpful, the room was comfortable and the location was perfect. The free cake in the afternoon was a nice extra. They also accommodated us arriving super early and allowed us to check in.

Excellent location , dissapointing staff

Spa services were excellent

Works needed , peeling wallpaper , worn floor ,general wear & tear should have been done before hotel opened for the season , endured 2 days of banging , drilling etc on the floor below us , impossible to be in our rooms whilst this was going on

No lights in room other than bathroom lights, hairdryer did not work, when I asked staff to fix the lighting it was not done, bar had no white or rose wine at all

Enjoyable experience all round

The location was spot on. Good pool bar area . Lovely little touch tea and cake served at 5pm each day .

We did not find anything to spoil our time there . All staff helpful and friendly .

We had an enjoyable stay and a warm welcome from the hotel staff.

It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager, Özge, was particularly helpful in sorting out a few ‘start of season’ issues for us and in arranging trips and transfers. We also really enjoyed our Turkish Bath at the Spa. Again, the staff were friendly and professional and we had an excellent experience.

The room lighting. There were no individual bedside lights so the whole room was lit or not at all - not great for reading in bed. Also the bathroom - we had a premium room with enclosed shower but our son who had a standard room found that the shower flooded the whole of the wet room floor which was not ideal. Ongoing renovation work in part of the hotel was a bit noisy at times.

The hotel is very good

The staff was not very happy to help us. First, the person at the reception didn't want to give us the same room but further from the music speakers. However, we asked another member of the staff and he provided another room for us. Next, we asked the same person at the reception about a place where we could have breakfast, and he didn't give any advice, but just said "Out"
