Would recommend others to stay here.

Amazing views, well-maintained facilities and delicious quality of food. Staff was also very warm and welcoming, going beyond their extra mile to help us.

Everything was great but one downside was there was a housefly in our room.

Le rêve

La situation de l'hôtel et juste magnifique on a une vue à couper le souffle. Hotel très propre. À notre arrivée on étais stupéfait de l'accueil La gentillesse du personnel la vue de la chambre et juste magnifique. On dirait qu'on est sur un bateaux l'hôtel et entouré de verdure et une piscine à débordements juste wooww.

beautiful ocean view resort

Everything was good. Since we arrived as the check in was smooth, room clean, swim pool clean, buffet breakfast with many options and espresso Bali caffe excellent. Also, we tried the Spa and I had the best massage of my life. I will said everything was perfect!

Far from the airport we spend 1,5 hours in taxi, as we been stacked in traffic jam Not all the employees speak English, but in them way everyone tried them best to be kind and helpful. There is anything around by walking distance a bit isolated

Einfach WOW! Wir wurden so liebevoll empfangen, Fahrt zu unserem Zimmer mit einem Buggy war ein exclusive feeling, die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer einfach atemberaubend, das gleiche am Pool, vom Restaurant aus, einfach überall hatte man eine unvergleichliche view! Die Bilder werden dem fast nicht gerecht. Wahrscheinlich eins der besten Hotels die wir je besucht haben!

Luxe hotel met uitstekende personeel

Uitstekende service, vriendelijk personeel en luxe omgeving. Wij hadden per ongeluk een kamer geboekt met twee aparte bedden, dit hebben ze kosteloos voor ons gewijzigd in een betere kamer. Op een avond moest ik plots naar een ziekenhuis. Het personeel heeft ons direct er naar toe gereden en dit ook weer kosteloos gedaan. Zeker een aanrader!

Beautiful hotel facilities in a wonderful location. The hotel was clean, and every corner had a magnificent view. The staff in particular were very friendly and accommodating.

Limited food selection and not very tasty for a luxury resort. Breakfast in particular had very limited options. Pool time limited by 6pm closure. Pool Beach club music very loud and inappropriate. We couldn't enjoy the view from our room in the evenings because of the very loud music and disco lights shining into our room.

Exceptional

This is one of the most impressive properties i have every stayed at! The incredible views, the immaculate and beautifully presented rooms, lovely and accommodating staff, I have been in awe. Also the food is outstanding. I came alone for 3 nights and have added on 3 more with friends now joining - and I can’t wait to see their reaction. Very easy to do a memorable day trip to the Gilis from here.

comfortable stay with a Greek design theme - a hotel you don’t want to leave ..

design is pleasing - location with a good view of Bali - welcoming staff - nice spa

in soft opening and a few small issues to resolve - we visited during Ramadan so advise to taste the wine first (as not many are drinking it!)

everything is great. all rooms are facing the sea and spacious. still clean and new. sitting at the pool area is the best. the location is good for the sea view, but not really close to other attraction/city. nevertheless it is also a perfect place for staycation in the room/hotel area all day.

Nice view for honeymoon but boring after 830pm. not for long stay kinda resort

the staff very friendly. excellent the hotel is very new the view, design is exceptional. same as published in photos many great places to take photos the breakfast is over expectations. the taste n the menus available for breakfast is very professional ans tasted like a high end restaurant for free!! the mini bar in the room is all free of charge the design of the room are well thought the service from reception to room helper is 5 star. they will solve ur problem n fulfill ur needs for whatever it takes

very boring, the place feels dead after 830. no activity at all. we have to go out central to enjoy our night out. the pool is very small for a huge hotel jacuzzi chargeable? i think is a joke, no resort in the world charges jacuzzi.
