Perfektes Hotel mit sehr netten Leuten.

Alles war perfekt und die Aussicht ist traumhaft! Das Essen und die ganze Atmosphäre ist der Hammer. Schon wenn man in der Lobby ankommt ist man entspannt und kann es voll genießen. Außerdem kann man über die Unterkunft Tagesausflüge buchen. Wir hatten Juni als unseren Fahrer/Guide und er war echt der beste Fahrer den wir während unserer gesamten Reise auf Bali hatten. Er hat uns alles erklärt und uns alle Orte gezeigt. Man kann MAUA wirklich nur empfehlen. Einfach alles top und es gibt nichts negatives zu sagen!

Beautiful luxury, remote location.

The property and facilities were beautiful as well as the views. The hosts were lovely, very helpful and patient. The spa was also beautiful, and the massage was amazing.

Although the restaurant was beautiful and the food was great, it would have been good to have more options because of the remote location. There were plenty of bugs around so keeping them out of the room was a bit of a task and it's very much a place to go and lounge, not a lot of easily accessible activities.

A private and blissful stay! Loved it!!

I would believe this is THE best property to stay at! The staff are lovely, the rooms are spectacular!

That’s it’s a no smoking zone with the exception of the bar area but I guess that a good thing for most 😁

Like a James Bond hideaway. Can’t wait to return!

My wife and I stayed at Maua Nusa Penida for three nights and from the moment we arrived we were blown away . The view from this resort is nothing short of spectacular our villa had an even more unforgettable view . We had breakfast, lunch and Dinner and thoroughly enjoyed every meal we had . The staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was ever too much trouble . We stayed at four Hotels on our Bali trip and this one is a must return.

L’emplacement , la vue sur Gamat Bay , sur l’océan et coucher du soleil depuis la piscine privée à débordement. Le service impeccable, propreté irréprochable. Tous les jours, des petites douceurs déposées dans la villa en fin d’après-midi. La gentillesse du personnel, son professionnalisme, et son sourire. Un grand merci donc à toute l’équipe ! Mention spéciale pour Hery, Andre, Dinda et Kadek ! ***En conclusion, vous pouvez réserver au MAUA Hôtel sans hésitation **

Un petit bémol concernant le manque de navette gratuite vers le port qui est à 15mn de l’hôtel.

Maua est super bien placé avec une vue à couper le souffle. Tout est fait avec goût. Nous avons bcp aimé les petites mises en bouche tout au long du séjour

Le seul point négatif viendrait de l’extérieur de l’établissement, en effet, des chants sont présent sur la colline d’en face, assez fort au micro et ce ne sont pas des chants agréables à entendre.

Best Honeymoon Stay in South East Asia.

Herry (Potter) accomodates to us like a magician. One of the best services anyone could ask for. Best place for honeymooners with beautiful scenery of the Bay and sunset from our bed. Food services are tip top and peaceful environment of nature surrounding us throughout our stay. Thank you Herry and the staff team who serve us well with tip top care. We will be back.

Stunning location. Beautiful room with pool. Highly recommend a massage. Book your evening meal in advance if busy.

Stunning views, and the room was absolutely beautiful. The pool area, bar, restaurant and library area all very clean and beautifully designed. We had a couples massage which was probably the best massage we’ve ever had. The reception team went out of their way to accommodate anything we needed help with (transport) and we’re very friendly.

The hotel was busy that night so it would have been advisable to share we should have booked a table for our evening meal. Instead we walked into a very busy restaurant and asked to take a seat at the bar but we were forgotten about by the bar staff and waiters for a good 20/30 minutes sadly. This won’t be our lasting memory as it was a fantastic stay, but for 5 star you don’t expect that.

Food at the restaurant was not very topical, mostly international and not locally sourced as a sustainable accommodation should have. Arranged taxis service for the harbour very expensive, a free shuttle should be available given the hotel rate Steep road to the main pool and restaurant, not suitable for older people ( should call a taxi from room to reach common areas)

Top class service in an incredible location!

I had an incredible experience at Maua Hotel! The service was absolutely top class, and the 2-bedroom villa we stayed in was stunning. The breakfast was excellent, and I must give a special shoutout to all the staff who made our stay memorable. Hory and Miki went above and beyond to take care of us when we fell ill, and their care was truly exceptional. Thank you, Maua Hotel, for an unforgettable stay!

The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of choices that we really enjoyed. However, we felt that for dinner the quality was slightly below par for the price paid and there wasn't much variety for those who don’t eat seafood or spicy. Offering more diverse dinner options would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

The rooms are amazing and the staff are excellent. The setting is perfect and the staff were very helpful both prior and during the trip. Breakfast was lovely.

Need a few more machines in the gym and the food dinner offering could be more international.

Beautiful hotel. Restaurant and pool area was lovely and the staff were fantastic. Helped with our day tours around Nusa Penida as well as offering taxi’s to take us to and from the harbour.

Beautiful villa. Clean and well kept. Would have liked a kitchenette. Only reason a for a 9/10 is there were no options for food for my daughter who has allergies and staff was not accommodating and there were no places close by to get food.

First, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They were always making sure we were happy. The food is amazing with plenty of options to all tastes and has a breathtaking view of Gamat Bay and Nusa Lembongan. Our villa had a private pool also overlooking Gamat Bay and had a clean but cozy decoration. We look forward to going back to Maua and highly recommend the place for a romantic getaway.

Beautiful place to stay I would recommend to other travellers.

Beautiful property, fabulous views and amazing food.

Very isolated so require transport to go anywhere. Restricted to rely on resort for all meals and drinks. Luckily the food was excellent. Staff were very friendly but were not quick to offer assistance we had to ask for service especially around the pool area.
