Not clean

The apartment is old the pictures they have is from when it was probably new. Things where rusty. Some things didn't work. Marks all over the floor. Was not clean at all. Then I couldn't get in touch with the property staff I tried a few different numbers. There was a very strange smell as I walked in. Also they never give me my deposit back had to go through booking.com. People running this where not reliable at all.

i liked the location and accesibilty of the property, the quiet environment, the comfortability of the apartment

i did not like the heating facilities, there was no hot water and i called the so call 24hour maintenance but no one came through. called and texted severally but no response

It was a great place to stay with my family, comfortable and clean and ideally located for the event we were attending.

The location, secure parking, clean modern facilities, spacious, affordable.

The check in process, having to request bedding for a third person even though they knew three of us were staying. TV in the bedroom didn’t work.

i love the location and the cleanliness of the place there are lots of take away on the door steps,

breakfast was not available but there are lots of takeaways close by

the place was very clean and very comfortable, a few snags where there was no hot water in the taps only warm water from the shower. we couldnt switch the cooker on (we brought our own food so microwave was sufficient), the telly in bedroom didnt work properly has a mind of its own came on when it feels like and shut off on its own. however i will stay there again when i visit Huddersfield but please get the hot water and cooker and bedroom telly sorted.

The property needs to be deep cleaned! The kitchen was greasy and full of weird smells, the toilet floor was yellowish, the bed was... (you know it)

I am disappointed

The set up of the apartment was nice

The cleanliness was appalling as stated the bathrooms were not clean. I had to clean the shower before having a shower. The sofa downstairs had stains on it, the Sofa bed downstairs was very uncomfortable as the springs are totally gone, I couldn’t sit on the sofa to watch a movie as I had planned to do so with my partner as the sofa was uncomfortable, I felt as if the springs were going to come out and hurt our bottoms. The curtains also had stains on them. Overall the cleanliness was appalling. The springs on the sofa ruined out movie night in as we wanted to watch a movie whilst having a take away night, however we ate our food on the dining table and went upstairs to watch a movie! Even our bedsheets had stains on them. Pictures will be posted.

Could have been great….

The apartment was spacious and mostly clean. The guest bed was comfortable.

There was no welcome pack provided. We booked the apartment for 3 people, there were only two of any amenities and towels. Only two chairs provided at the dining table. Had we needed to cook whilst staying we would have struggled with hardly any kitchen equipment or cutlery. There was a chunk missing out of the hob. There were no tea towels and no tablets provided for the dishwasher. There were ripped cushions and stains on the sofa. There was a mop left in the downstairs restroom. There was no hot water!! The sofa bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, no under sheets were provided. No covers on the pillows provided. The towels provided were tiny. The bedside lamps had no bulbs. The remote for the tv in the bedroom did not work. There were used bottles covered with hairs in the bathroom cabinets. With a little time and effort this could have been a lovely stay but unfortunately it was not.

Would stay again!

The flat was well presented, had all the facilities that we required and in a great location to supermarkets and takeaways. The owner was so good to deal with, really friendly and made sure we have all that we needed on our stay. Would definitely stay again! The secure parking was excellent too, with cameras and floodlights so it felt very safe.
