Location.
The rooms are compact. Your bed corners need soft corners, I walked into them several times and it hurt!

It is very small room, not so clean, the entrance of the hotel is very hard to find, looks like entrance of the night club, not the hotel. High price.

I liked the bathroom lighting and the bed was very comfy
There was no clean towels when we asked them about are pets they said there not allowed there but online it says pet friendly and when we checked in they saw the pets but didn’t say anything till we came down from the room the room was very small not enough room to move around with the animals had to keep animals in the bathroom

The room was great few stains cob webs and rubbish left on the balcony the staff was very rude when entering no uniform no hello and in a very loud voice told me in front of lots of people that my card declined when it didn’t then on check out the cleaners that came to me was a blonde European lady with black jeans and a grey n black hoodie woke me up and was so rude I thought I had bailiff at the door but the room was nice so what can I say

We liked that it’s new and modern and a good price for a last minute booking to see the foo fighters concert . Near the tube station so easy trip to London stadium on the Elizabeth line. Recommend this for a cheaper base for attending concerts and parking around the corner.
We were very annoyed that we had to pay a £50 hold fee when checking in. We complained that booking.com did not state this on the page when we were booking. We are very annoyed about this as it took some of the spending money away that was budgeted for the evening . We are going to take our complaint further to say this needs to be stated somewhere before booking the hotel, as it can leave people short of money when it’s unexpected.
The staff were a little rude and lacked empathy. They said if we don’t pay the hold fee we can’t stay, even though the room was paid for, we travelled down from the north east with no other accommodation back up so we had no choice. There was a lady next to use that booked 2 room for her family and had to pay a £100 hold fee, I can only imagine how frustrated she must of felt.

Clean room and good location.
Contacted the hotel after our stay as in the morning the shower was completely unusable as the water only came out scalding hot. We had to go to an important work event without a shower. Customer service was great to begin with and we were promised a voucher however they never sent it and ignored all further correspondence from me. Disappointing as we have to travel to Romford reguarly for work and was hoping this could have been a great hub.

Reception was good. Room was small, very clean, nice comfortable bed, & good ensuite facility.. Location in the heart of Romford so abundant choice of restaurants and pubs.
Insisted on deposit but then on checkout not providing vat invoice & receipt. I need these as proof of stay and payment for business expenses. Still awaiting email with these. Review questions should include some questions relating to deposits, invoices & receipts..

New, very clean, comfortable, modern, great location. Friendly staff and overall amazing place. Also, it 100% worthes the money paid. We will definitely be back!

The room was extremely small and found it hard just to move around the room as soon you in the room your stright on the bed so very poor for the money and won’t be returning ever again

Location great, close to transport links and amenities, comfortable rooms with lovely design and good bathrooms. Staff really helpful. Security deposit was a reasonable amount and was returned within the morning of checkout
Security deposit was a surprise, no bins in rooms, no milk for coffee/tea. Floor layout was a bit of a maze in terms of getting to the rooms but easy to work out after a bit

The window was tinted, no light coming in. A bit annoying especially if i was meant to stay in the room during the day. It would be black all day with no light on.
A little bit of nuisance in the corridor from other stayers. Sometimes too noisy in the evening.

Good location, modern, clean. Friendly staff.
Couldn’t get in to start with. Pressed the “call” button, but no one answered. Other guest with a key opened the door for me to get in.
The room was very hot, but maybe we didn’t master the aircon :/
Would be nice with few water glasses in the room and some milk for our coffee. Couldn’t ask anyone to bring it, as there’s no phone in the room.

The hotel was exceptional clean and room was very nice
As I've learned during my stay, hotel. Opens up after two years and is bit to do. One thing that did let me down was lack of staff as receptionist was doing jobs of host, bar staff and breakfast host. And we nearly missed our train as we left out bags after. Check out and no one on door let us back in and phone was ringing but no one around to answer it
