very pretty cottage in pretty town. Close to amenities but very quiet. beautifully furnished. well equipped. warm and comfortable
Lovely area. lots of walks. buses very useful. pub was great as was pizza van.
Parking is challenging especially with a big car but this is because the village is quaint so few wide roads. it was free but have to bear it in mind.
there are 2 lounges. if there were 6 of you , I'm not sure you would all fit in one lounge.
take wood!

Painswick is a magic place and Lovedays Cottage was idyllic. It was lovely to have milk bread and eggs waiting for us on our arrival. We had everything that we needed. Also the instructions as to where to park was very useful as Painswick isn't the easiest place to park.
Nothing.

Location , handy to visit other places, very clean and tidy with everything on hand . As winter the heating was easy to work. Lovely pack on arrival of local butter, bread , eggs and milk. Beautiful maintained enclosed back garden which was ideal and safe for the dogs. Great Sunday lunch at The Oak.
Has parking out the front for a car but was taken up the whole time , we were not guaranteed to park there but was penned in by another car and had difficulty getting out the front door.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped in an excellent location
Beautifully clean and well appointed

The beds are comfortable, and the cottage is in a great location in the village. Close to a great cafe, and pubs. The Falcon Inn had great food.
Stairs are narrow for heavy baggage, but not really anything you can do about it. So it is.

The supply of local goodies, very convenient for exploring the Cotswolds. Had every thing we needed for a family of four. The lovely garden and nearby church with its amazing yews. Local convenience store. A very cosy home from home.
Cars parked too closely together outside making it difficult to enter with luggage and children, we had to squeeze through a very small gap to enter for our two night stay.

The dearest cottage in the perfect location. Beautifully furnished with everything you need for a luxurious weekend away. The hot cross buns, milk and butter left for our arrival were a nice touch.
Loved it all!

Situated in the heart of the village, bright cheerful decorations throughout the cottage, amazing fireplace, very welcoming hosts, brilliant stay! we’re definitely looking forward to coming back
Mattresses could be a bit harder, though I did have a good sleep.

Excellent location in such a pretty village. The cottage has a lot of quaint character. The stairs are steep so be mindful of that if you have anyone in your party with mobility issues. But for us, we didn't mind at all. It's such a lovely property and we will definitely be back!

The cottage is perfect! My wife walked in and said, "This is my English country vacation dream come true." Everything was beautiful, incredible views on both sides of the cottage....fantastic location in the Cotswolds. Extremely charming and cozy. We always had parking very close to or directly in front of the entrance. Great experience! Highly recommend!

The attention to detail was impressive. All rooms had a fan, which was needed. On the second day we managed to lock ourselves out of the cottage. Rebecca came out straight away to let us in.
Parking wasn't the easiest, although not a major problem since there was a free carpark nearby.

Cottage was beautiful. The hosts had thought of everything. My husband particularly appreciated the coffee machine and pods. There was a fresh loaf, organic butter and fresh eggs in a basket, and some organic milk in the fridge. The garden was really lovely. There was a barbecue too, which we did use. Painswick is a very pretty village and the cottage is situated across from the church and it’s famous 99 Yew trees.
Little shop and a very nice pub within a few yards too. Perfect.
Nothing.

Perfect cottage in the perfect location! The rooms are beautiful, really comfy beds and clean and modern bathrooms. The kitchen is great, all the essentials are provided and we even got some tasty welcome gifts :) the garden is gorgeous.
The location is fantastic, in the heart of Painswick and walking distance to some great local pubs and walks. We had a wonderful stay, will definitely come again.

House was beautiful and immaculately presented. Spotlessly clean and worth every penny.
Nothing to dislike.

Gorgeous cottage with all the facilities you could wish for. Great location, local pub and convenience store make for a proper chilled break!
Whilst we managed to park pretty easily nearby, I’d imagine it could get busy at peak times - that said, there’s a large car park a 2-3 minute walk from the cottage. Communication with the property owner was great, even checking in with us after Storm Eunice to make sure we were all ok.

Everything was just perfect!
