Flumes End is an absolute treasure!!!thank you!

Gorgeous hidden gem close to down town. Was very surprised at how beautiful and magical the garden view room was.

Lovely spot overlooking stream and waterfall -- easy walk to center -- Terrific ambiance and decorating -- Great continental breakfast -- convenient parking -- Room was cozy while snow and ice outside
The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but still comfortable -- Slight negative far outweighed by all the wonderful aspects of this BNB!

+The decorations throughout the house
+the creek and the sound of running water is soothing and very inducive to sleep
+the garden space looks nice and comfortable, without rain, we could have spent more time in it
+the host is super nice and responsive
+the breakfast is beautifully laid out
- we stayed at the bottom floor, the room is a bit cold (it was much warmer one floor up at the same time )

This is an amazing place, and in fact, so amazing I really want to keep this place a secret. Everything is wonderful; the amazing host, the breakfast, the room, the entire facility. Everything

The location, the setting and the decorating captured the historical vibe of the area. Our room overlooked the flume and the natural beauty of the surroundings. Our host was very friendly and welcoming.

The hosts were outstanding. The place has loads of quirky, original charm. The continental breakfast was excellent. The location is ideal. The grounds and view are lovely.
The room was small, which wasn’t a problem.

Wonderful breakfast and views!

Flume’s End was what we wanted—great location, different and not a chain, funky in fact, reasonably priced. That comes with some things not perfect— steps down to the room are steep— we just carried back packs then. Room is small but had everything we needed for a short stay. Continental breakfast was laid out very well. Not for every one but we enjoyed it! Loved the deck over the creek in particular and the highway noises were just white noise to us.

Priya was a wonderful host and made a lovely help-yourself breakfast every morning - we looked forward to fresh fruit, yogurt and sourdough english muffins each morning. The property is delightful and cared for very well by Priya and her husband. We had the Running Water room (think that's what it was called) so right next to the running creek which was so nice. It had a little deck overlooking the creek, Room was a bit small as the bed takes up most of the space. Fridge, coffee, ice and water were just outside our room in a common area. The stairs to access the room & breakfast area are steep but not a problem for us. Thank you Priya for a relaxing & nourishing stay!

Location is so quaint. Easy walk to town area.
Pretty decor and hidden treasures. Love the layout of the house and yurt.
Breakfast was good, but being gluten free, egg free and dairy free, fruit was the choice.

The folks running this B+B are so friendly and inviting. The house is old and absolutely beautiful, filled with really cool antiques and oddities. The yard has a creek running through it and many plants and cool art work throughout. We stayed in the yurt and loved it. The amenities are fantastic, the breakfast spreads were cute and delicious. Will return for sure!
Nothing bothered us.

Don’t need to get in car. everything within walking distance.
I loved everything. We stayed in the cottage. It was perfect. There is noise from highway, but hearing the creek right outside our window made us not care.

Very Good
Too Many steps. Room a bit small.

Our room, Falling Water, was great! We had a private deck with a view of the water.
We enjoyed talking with the host.
The breakfast was nice.

Great location, view, price and wonderful hosts
Room was a little small and the heating was inadequate at times

The cutest and quaint little place!!

Breakfast was yogurt parfaits. The property was landscaped nice.
Bigger cups for water.. the tea cup was very small.
No fireplace in room like advertised.
I think it was smaller than 400 ft
We had music playing, it wasn’t offensive, just classic rock, with the patio door open, and was told to turn it down. It was 7pm on a Friday. Apparently the woman staying next to us made a noise complaint.
With that being said, you could hear the upstairs inn keepers walking around. It’s an older building, so creaks in the floorboard are definitely heard.

Very personable and attention to detail. Decor was beautiful and the caretakers were very sweet and made you feel at home!

Our room had a wonderful outlook over the river. The breakfast was interesting and delicious. The property is an easy walk to the centre of Nebraska City
The soundproofing wasn't great, we could hear our neighbours coming and going outside and upstairs.

Contintental breakfast, good selection and fres. Eggs, juice, yogurt, fruit, pastry, coffee…
No complaints.

A really unique place with eclectic and whimsical decor. Awesome kitchen and continental breakfast. the backyard and creek with waterfall was wonderful.
Our bedroom was a little small and the floor was freezing but they had a plug in heater that helped.

When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the owner, Priya, and immediately felt at home. The continental breakfast was laid out beautifully and we enjoyed dining in the communal room taking in the creative decor. The facility is decorated thoughtfully and tastefully all with a guest's pleasure and comfort in mind. The owner exceeded our expectations in every way by paying close attention to the little details that make a stay great! As an example, there was a tea and coffee station outside our room along with water and ice. Drawers were labeled as to where to find everything. The location was beautiful! Our room was quiet, comfortable and clean. It is just a short 5 minute walk to the downtown area. The entire experience was a delight and we plan to return again in the Fall.

So welcoming and such a beautiful setting.

Clean and felt like home.
Smell of marijuana from next room late at night from other guests and got a little too comfortable when undressing that I forgot to draw the curtains and neighbors were walking around creek by my window. Also could hear neighbors vomiting first thing in the morning. Aside from small interruptions, it was a great quick romantic getaway for 2.

Priya and sean are so warm and welcoming. It's a fun place to stay at with all of the dishware and various other decorations . Loved her dog! Thrilled when we got home late from an event (in which we had to miss dinner) to find midnight snacks set out.
So.pine street busy and a bit noisy at times but i slept great anyway
