La Quinta at Santa Cruz 🥳🩷

Almost everything, the staff was super friendly!

Since our room was on the first floor (which I did like) we can hear the steps from the room on the second floor. That they don't have umbrellas in the pool 😢

We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The location was good. Rooms were good size and comfortable. Parking garage cost extra but was well located, felt safe and was easily accessible.

While the location was close to the boardwalk, the views from the room were not as good as they appeared in the pictures. Access to the water was not too far but looked closer in the pictures.

Mit eines der besten Hotels auf unserer Reise und das zu super Preisen.

Sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal und wir haben sogar ein Upgrade erhalten, da unsere Tochter Geburtstag hatte. Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse wirklich sehr gut.

The stay was cozy and comfortable. Apart from the hidden fees my daughter and I enjoyed staying here

The hotel was very clean and beds were very cozy! Also felt very safe.

The deposit was $100 and I was not told it would be on top of the hotel rate. These fees should be upfront. The parking was $25 and a bit high

A must stay mini resort!

The balcony, ocean view, fridge and coffee maker in the room, the breakfast

I was not able to get the UCSC family discount. No one was able to help and by the time I got ahold of someone on the phone, the window had closed.

Periphery was nice enough, parking situation was awful.

$700+ for room… okay fine… but you couldn’t even wrap up parking into the price of the room? I booked the room AND I had to pay extra for parking? BS.

Would stay here again

The architecture outside, the modern inside. The 2nd floor patio with view and overlooking the pool. Short walk to Boardwalk and beach.

The tv slow programming. Also guide didn’t match with actual program

Clean, beautiful, good breakfast.

Super clean, nice breakfast, walking distance to boardwalk. Secure parking behind gate.

Elevator super slow. Front drop off only fits two cars, so if there is a few people checking in, you have to keep circling around.

Perfecto, muy cerca del Pier de Santa Cruz

El desayuno es variado, hay cereales, fruta, huevos, panificados. el lugar de desayuno es amplio y moderno. Las habitaciones son amplias. Se nota renovado hace poco , porque todo está impecable.

Podría haber más variedad de frutas frescas y jamón o queso en el desayuno. El parking se cobra aparte, se puede estacionar en la calle con parquímetro.

Breakfast was great! Room was clean. Staff was pleasant. Cleaning service was prompt and up to satisfactory.

Room was small and there is no fan in the bathroom, which makes for an unpleasant time. Shampoo and soap provided are unpleasant as well. No toothpaste provided.

Would gladly stay here again and again!

The breakfast was delicious, I was happy that it wasn't pre-packaged sandwiches. Coffee was delicious. Staff had everything ready. I loved that a light was on for my late arrival so that I could see and not stumble around for a light switch upon entering my room. I loved what seemed like weighted blanket I slept comfortably! I loved the fact that parking was secure -- no worries about my vehicle.

Great location, new, comfortable rooms but get your act together on breakfast and parking

New. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Great bed. Excellent location.

As others have said here, the breakfast is an experience worthy of a Fawlty Towers episode. There is little on offer and not enough space to sit. It ends at 9 am sharp. The little there is gets taken away while families are still trying to feed their kids. People get understably upset and angry. Also, if you sell parking space then make sure that there it is actually there.

Hotel with good location and very clean, but needs better check-in time.

1) The location was very good (close to beach). 2) The facilities were very clean. 3) The mini store next to check-in desk was convenient.

1) The price was a bit high. 2) The parking spots were very narrow, that an SUV does not fit and need to find an end stall parking. 3) The check-in time of 3pm is just too late. 4) The check-out time of 11am should be 12noon like most hotels. 5) The staff to eager to close breakfast station.
