Pas mal !

L'appartement est vraiment propre, silencieux, bien entretenu et le lit est très confortable. La salle de bain est très bien aménagée malgré sa petite superficie.

Parking payant à 5 euros par nuit, eau chaude capricieuse qui peut devenir glacée durant votre douche et smart TV minuscule. Et bien sûr pas de petit déjeuner à ce prix !

I would come back for a long stance.

Very interesting location. It has several interesting restaurants nearby. The tramway has modified the roads slightly so you would need to improvise a little when following Google Maps. They provide daily cleaning if you leave the room key.

Excellent studio type in best suburb of Rabat.

Perfect family apartment in city centre.

The place is located in a busy business district with a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby including a large mall. Practical for a city trip and apartment possible to travel with children as a family trip. Parking options also possible on nearby streets.

Elevators was small but this can not be changed. All was good in general.

Pleasant place with very rude staff

Well furnished rooms with everything you need. Nice terrace and view

The staff was really unprofessional, condescending, and rude. Upon checking in the receptionist did not have change so he promised to give it to me later but never did and never left a note about it and we had to wait while checking out and made to feel as if we were somehow in the wrong for asking for what was ours. When asked if there was something else about our stay we did not like we mentioned the shower and how the temperature did not stay warm beyond a couple of minutes and went ice cold, which is quite unpleasant in December. Rather than simply saying they will look into it the guy started arguing with us both about how we probably did not know how to use it properly. As if a shower knob was some sort of advanced technological invention that required complicated mathematical skills. We politely told him we were familiar with the concept of showers and faucets but he just condescendingly sneered at us. It's too bad the staff is so unprofessional. It really ruined an otherwise pleasant stay for us.

It's good but it could be better

I liked that it had a kitchen, a tv, and the size of the room. The staff was helpfull but they could only communicate with my wife when she was there.

Missing some utensils for cooking food(sharp knife, strainer, cutting board). Most of the staff didn't speak English. No tv Chanels. The table was incredibly unstable so i put things between the table glass and the legs to make it stay still but there was a gap of 3cm. The toilet seat was loose and did not stay in its place.

Disgusting bedding...

This is the second time i stayed here, location.

This apartment has some serious issues. Number 1 i do not believe they treat their staff well. They have no confidence to make decisions. My story, I arrived at about midnight the staff at night were nice and pleasant - no issues, but when i went to go into bed it literally had hundreds of what appeared to be pubic hair. I refused to accept this. The staff came to the room and did not have access to new bedding so started shaking it off. It was 1.30 am. I was like are you serious? They then had to call someone to see if i could get a new room which was authorised. This was after me refusing to accept this position. Even this new bedding had hair but less, I eventually went to sleep at 2am. At 2.45am i was awoken by the staff at the hotel saying i needed to come down to reception to pay some money. I said no as i was already asleep. The next day I realised it was 2 euros for city taxes as i had already paid booking.com. This experience was terrible and one would have thought there would have been some effort the next day for a manager to introduce themselves and apologise - nothing... do not be fooled by rating, it was nice when it opened but very quickly gone downhill.
