The property exceeded my expectations. The king size(?) bed in the main bedroom was a dream, so comfy, clean and HUGE!! Except for the bed - my husband still talks about the size of the shower cubicle. It was a two bedroom unit which we had to ourselves (my son and his friend couldn’t make it), not that we complaining! The kitchen had everything I needed to make breakfast or other meals. Pity we couldn’t use the hot tub, because we came too late from the Love Supreme Festival (25min away). The place is secure, quiet and we had a lakeside view. Definitely a place to relax at after a busy day out.
Nothing to complain about- it was perfect!!

Lovely lodge furnished to a high standard, clean and very well equipped. Was a perfect location for our needs.
Well, I struggled to think of anything other than it would have been nice to have some small windows we could have left open when we were out. Obviously, nothing you can do about that, but if you have to replace them worth considering.

I have had a brain injury, I wanted just to relax and unwind. I came back refreshed
It was spacious, clean, with a Homely feeling

Nice setting and quiet
Beds not the most comfortable and paying extra for to get an iron/ironing board was not expected. Also no washing machine
4.5
Quite and nice hot tub
Main bins would be better if signed for or inside the gated area

Great size, extremely clean and comfortable.
Nice and peaceful.
We thought 10 am was too early to be out on the last day and 4pm was a littler late to check in.
Having paid the £150 security deposit before entry was a little nerve racking I felt like we were tiptoeing around and not fully able to relax.
The property was extremely hot too, with no fans.

The lodge itself was beautiful, we were in Lodge 7 which was a perfect spot as was out of the way and private. Interior was spotlessly clean, modern and well looked after with bedding, towels and a well-equipped kitchen. It was plenty spacious for 3 adults and everything needed in terms of beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining/living area.
Location is great, about a 10 minute drive to Eastbourne and again about 10 minutes from Polegate so plenty of dinner options and places to visit. The park itself is peaceful and quiet, lots of wildlife nearby which makes for a beautiful backdrop and noise.
I’m pretty sure our hot tub wasn’t working properly, the jets just never turned on or were very very weak. However admittedly we did not bring this up with any staff as we were only there for 2 nights and didn’t feel worth bothering anyone. We could still enjoy the warm water.
Personally, I was genuinely a little scared reading the reviews about the £150 holding charge and all the rules. I was sent a message a couple of days before to send my email to be sent a link to pay the £150. I did feel this was a little blunt and not very professional or welcoming. I’m not sure what other ways you could pay this charge but it came across quite rude, just a bit of feedback that’s all.

Beautiful finish inside with quality fixtures and fittings and very comfy beds. Lovely quiet and secure location. Larger than pictures suggested with lovely relaxing atmosphere. Despite teething problems would definitely stay again now we know what to expect.
No fan, watered down soaps and washing up liquid. Lovely hot tub but unclear instructions for use, jets would not stop running cycles at night. No staff anywhere at any time, fine for us but might not suit others. Biggest issue was the confusing and poorly communicated long list of rules. Multiple different warning signs and conflicting information, slightly unfriendly language and not communicated at booking and security deposit not communicated until 2 days before check in. Fortubately not an issue for us with any of the rules but transparency would be appreciated.

The location, the facilities, the cleanliness, the quiet. It was a great place and I would definitely stay again.
The only thing I could complain about was that the duvet on the twin beds had a cover that was too small.

Everything was amazing it's our second visit and will definitely return
Having to come home

Really high quality accommodation in a lovely peaceful location

The property was so lovely, clean and comfortable!
Everything was pretty spot on! If I was to pick anything out I would say 1 toilet roll in each toilet for 4 guests over a 3 day weekend was not enough, especially as it was really thin you needed more than normal.

Location was very peaceful, but easy to get to the beach. Great size lodges. Kids loved the hot tubs. Very clean.
Not a dislike, but you need to be aware that parking is not directly accessible to all lodges. Fine for us, but best to check if you have access needs.
4.5
Really clean and well maintained all over the site!
The only thing I would say is the curfew about the hot tubs having to be off at 1

Absolutely loved the place. It was so peaceful, and a far change from the concrete jungle I am used to. Sitting back and listening to little chirpy birds in the morning instead of seagulls was pure bliss. Hot tub was a great feature however in July heat you don't want to use it too much. Will definitely be returning. Perfect place for a peaceful romantic getaway.

Absolutely perfect for a peaceful getaway. Lodge was clean and comfortable and had a relaxing and calm experience. Will definitely be back. It was a beautiful place to stay.

Location, space of the rooms, bathtub
No shampoo or shower gel, just two rolls of toilet paper, temperature of bathtub too hot and there was no chance to change it, very loud boiler

Ideal location for accessing Eastbourne and surroundings. Secure site with spacious and modern accommodation.
Nothing to dislike.

The lodge stay was peaceful with beautiful views and the hot tub was perfect!
Our key didn't lock the door from the inside or outside which made us concerned about our safety at night and our possessions when we left for our activities for the day.
Also, I wasn't impressed to find out 7 days before our stay that we had to pay a security deposit. This information should be on the booking page and visible so people know what the final payment they need to pay. I know it can be refunded, however I appreciate it if it was made more obvious from the beginning on Booking App or website in the final payment screen when you enter your card details and not hidden under 'house rules'.

Clean, spacious accommodation.
Up there with the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Shower was poor, holder for shower head broken and if anyone uses a toilet or runs a tap the hot water goes.
4.5
Very spacious for 4 people. Location was lovely, so peaceful.
Only thing missing was a corkscrew as we didn’t think to bring one! Couldn’t find anything we didn’t like though.

Location and accommodation surpassed our every expectation. I'd honestly trade my house to live here permanently. Complete relaxation and we was sad to leave but will be back without hesitation.

Grear size chalet, lovely hot tub, super clean, quiet location
Would be nice to be able to walk to a pub but that would just be an added bonus

Warrenwood is the perfect location for a weekend away where you want to stay in that location and chill out the whole time, the hot tub was a great addition and the kitchen is really well equipped, the sofas are very comfy too. The garden centre is great down the road but in Hailsham there isn’t much going on there. We had a lovely full English breakfast at The Crown but apart from that there isn’t a lot there. The handy thing is there is a Tesco or Asda to get some bits. The actual lodge its self is lovely.
The only thing I can think of is maybe although it is self catering, for the price I think they should leave more tea bags and fresh milk as this was the only downfall for us and we only had 3 sachets of sugar in the Tupperware box, that again could of been a little bit nicer. The only other thing to make it more special I think would be to add some fairy lights round the hot tub area just to make it more appealing.

very clean, quiet, the beds were super comfy and the hot tub was lovely

Wow, amazing lodge. This was a perfect mini break. Tucked away , so relaxing. Wonderful being able to relax in the hot tub and star gaze. The lodge had everything you need.
Staff could be a little more welcoming. We had to say hello to them. Would of been better if they said hello and just politely asked if all was ok.
