Very comfortable, warm and cosy - lots of room - plenty of appliances - easy walking to everywhere.

Location was great - easy access to shops/walks/beach. Cottage was bigger than we thought, very light and airy in the built-on areas, with a cosy wood fire lounge for evenings with plenty of logs. Garden was big. Dining area caught the morning sun so was perfect for breakfasts. And, the best bit, our dog was allowed inside and she made herself very comfy with her beds and blankets in various areas - by the fire or in the sunshine. She said to say thankyou!

The bathroom could have been bigger and lighter - you wouldn't want to leave to blind open into the family room if there were a few people present. Nowhere to put your clothes when showering.

Wonderful stay with our dog in a great location close to Robe’s Main Street.

Fabulous back yard for our dog, great kitchen facilities and comfortable sitting areas … so much space!

Lovely location!

The location was good, yard was great fireplace excellent and very well set up to have a lovely fire at night. Overall a comfortable stay.

The bathrooms very outdated, needs some work and the house wasn't really clean with hair and dust around in the bedrooms.

A very pleasant and large house only a short drive to everything. We would stay there again.

Pooh Corner was a delightful place to stay within a vary short drive to the main attractions of Robe. The house was easy to find and the self-check-in went smoothly. We especially liked the open fire place, the charming veranda and the lay out of the house. The bed was very comfortable and we could see ourselves coming back and staying there again, perhaps with family (the layout is perfect for families or couples or two families traveling together. The kitchen had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable and the house had a lovely beachy feel. With a name like Pooh Corner we did expect to find at least some homage to AA MIlne, like a picture of the characters, somewhere in the house. They were not to be seen anywhere.

There was nothing we did not like.

Very cute cottage. Cosy and full of character. Excellent tv and really comfy couches.

The location was excellent

A few little flying insects in the bathroom. A little more lighting. Lack of internet coverage but understood it’s a whole town issue.

The PIN number for access to the keys was incorrect on the Booking.com confirmation and we had to call the owner to get the correct number, so this needs to be updated.

Superb

Pooh cottage is cosy and comfortable, well fitted out with everything you could possibly want and a short walk to the main street and the beach. We really enjoyed our short stay.

Very cozy, comfortable and clean.

The property had a specific address, which was 34 Sturt Street. On arrival in town we found the street but drove up and down several times looking for 34. I finally located the house when I flagged down a local and he pointed it out to me. Although there was a small sign on the gate showing the name of the cottage, there was no placard with a "34" on it. For some reason, many houses in the area didn't have number plates displayed, so it was hit and miss until I flagged down the local. Solution: Put up a friggin' 34 number plate in front of the house!

JJ went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even when there was an issue in the kitchen, trying to remedy it as soon as it occurred. great customer service. Very cute property, comfortable beds, great wood fire. Small heaters provided for the rooms which was essential with slate flooring.

Cosy and convenient! Atmospheric and charming.

Brilliant location in a gorgeous old home. We loved the house. The cosy fireplace and beautiful kitchen with the long table! So great to be able to take our dog with us too! Weather at that time was fantastic! Walking distance to the beach and walking paths!

Lots of mosquitoes at that time of year!

Disappointed with accommodation. Robe town, very quaint.

Sorry to say,disappointed with cleanliness of property. Dust covered everything in Loungeroom. Front gate difficult to open and close. Needs repair. Front lights rusted. BBQ dirty In need of clean. We did not use because of this. Microwave was dirty. Had to wash before use. Washing machine needed a good clean out. Dog excrement in back yard. Bikes could not be used because of flat tyres. We turned the mattress over in the second room because of discomfort of bed. Had to fix slats on bed. Overall I would not recommend this place to stay. Loved Robe. Beautiful friendly.don’t like to give negative review but cannot ignore these issues.
