C’est assez grand et l’emplacement est bien et calme

Pas d’activité, le bar / lounge/ snack est pauvre mal exploite. Pour moi c’est pas un endroit pour les petits enfants .

Que du bonheur

C'est la seconde fois que je viens dans cet établissement. Le calme qu'on y trouve après la ville est plus qu'agréable. L'espace autour des bâtiments est super, Le personnel adorable, les chambres propres et confortables. Tout est parfait

Hotel immerso nel verde; atmosfera di vacanza anche se il centro business è pieno di partecipanti.

Schlechter support vor ort: nach 4 Rückfragen keine Abrechnung erhalten. Personal an der frontdesk nicht gerade motiviert zum helfen. Schlechtes englisch und keine Ahnung über Produkte resp Aktivitäten die an der Reception aufliegen.

Excellent séjour pro et familial

J'ai aimé l'emplacement, les structures innovantes, la qualité des suites et de la literie. Nous avons été super bien accueilli.

Léger soucis de ménage dans notre chambre, un axe à améliorer pour être au top. J'ai noté l'absence d'un micro ondes libre service dans le restaurant ou on prend le petit déjeuner, peut être un point à modifier.

Très beau cadre, bel hôtel et belle chambre, agréable et assez confortable dans l'ensemble. Parking sécurisé. Très propre. Ayant bénéficié d'une remise, bon rapport qualité prix

Manque de pression dans la douche, la qualité de la literie est moyenne (le lit grince à chaque mouvement), la qualité du wifi n'était pas très bonne dans ma chambre (2ème étage, batB) et l'hotel est assez isolé sans grand chose à proximité pour se restaurer (mieux vaut le savoir en amont)

Radiateur sèche main en panne, poignée de store cassé. En plein passage alors que d’autres chambres disponibles. Dommage par rapport à la première fois.

Nous avions déjà séjourné à "the camps" et c'est avec plaisir que nous y sommes retourné. Chambre spacieuse, très bien équipé Le petit déjeuné est super avec du personnel au top incontournable pour notre famille

A great option to stay in on this busy part of the coast if you don't mind a bit of dust intrusion.

Breakfast was great. The outside sport facilities are wonderful. Location is away from the mad world and seemed super quiet on August 14 2023.

The place is moving into that almost grubby feel stage. Quite a shame really. Fantastic idea. Lots of dust in and around this camping hotel which gets everywhere. The cleaning needs to be worked on. There is no fresh air getting into the rooms as windows don't have mosquito nets and cannot be tilted.

Beautiful property in the middle of nature, near Aix en Provence

Great breakfast! Pretty, peaceful location with good facilities. There is even a washer and dryer for guests on-site which was great for a family like ours. The room was very clean and pretty.

When we arrived one of the two rooms was not cleaned. The cleaner had left and there was no similar room available to accomodate our family, so we got a smaller room for the first night on the other side of the resort and we slept with 5 ppl in 2 beds. Thankfully the next day we got the first night refunded.

Disappointing

I was told when we arrived (and not before) that the pool was in maintenance for the entirety of the stay. Since it was the main reason I made the booking I was extremely disappointed. Other than that, it was nice.

A recommendable hotel with a spacious area

Staff is very kind and helpful, especially at the breakfast. Regular rooms are small, but very well designed, i.e. they feel much larger. A real closet a spacious and usable desk and a comfy bathroom. Great and clean rooms. Breakfast is great value with plenty of options. A beautiful location with excellent opportunities for hiking or running around the hotel. Plenty of space in the hotel area with outdoor sport activities, gym, etc.

The only window is close to the bed and opening to the corridor connecting the rooms, i.e. air conditioning is mandatory over night. Room prices offered for extending the stay are much higher than booking.com rates. Standard rates are acceptable for events, but not competitive for individual stay.

The location is amazing, very quiet and you are being surrounded by nature. Rooms have a nice design.

It’s a pity that rooms have such small windows. It would be nice to enjoy the view from the room. I arrived on Sunday evening and options for eating was limited to a pizza take away. Just be aware.
