Great small hotel away from the main tourist centre. Staff really helpful. Easy to get places as transport (metro/buses) all very close by.

Facilities were poor as furniture needs replacing, the bed and lights were particularly bad. Staff was very friendly ☺️

The staff were very polite and helpful and communicated really well in English! The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of food. The hotel is close to the Metro station Rato and good bus routes.
4.5
Great location to get around Lisbon. Very kind staff. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The price was just right for a single person visit.
I wish I had known that I didn't have breakfast included. I typically do. It was nice, but there are lots of fun coffee shops nearby if yo want to get out.

The staff were very helpful in finding us another room when the workman outside started drilling in the morning.

Great location, clean, good value for money. Staff super friendly, especially Paolo Miranda went above and beyond to make our stay special.
Will return in the future and recommend to
friends for sure!

Excellent location close to train stations and bus stops. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and in general we really enjoyed our stay.
The shower leaked so the bathroom floor was quite wet after a shower. The pillows on the bed were hard and uncomfortable. But these are minor issues.

Nice vintage comfortable room in a good neighborhood. Very good breakfast selection. Considering it was New Year's Eve and people were partying outside, it was quiet enough in the room. Although the toilet had a mechanical problem when we first arrived, staff had a plumber come fix it in a reasonable amount of time.

Really nice staff, reasonable breakfast, lovely old building with nice features and tiles.
Room could have been cleaner. Tea and coffee facilities were shockingly bad

The room was a good size and the air conditioning was superb. It was close to the metro so getting there was easy by train. The hotel retained its typical Portuguese character. There was a good choice for breakfast.
There were no tissues in the room and no bottled water. Both these would have been particularly helpful as my husband had a bad cold. A small fridge would also have been very useful in the room to store water as it was over 30 degrees outside. The mattress needs to be changed-it wasn't comfortable to sleep on.

Wonderful stay with exceptional service from staff especially to Susana who helped us sort out a small error from booking.com and made sure we had our breakfast sorted. Loved the cozy vibes of the hotel and comfortable bed.

traditional style
The small window in room 205 needs a blackout blind , I had to cover window with the towel to block the light.

It's an old Portuguese house and has that old charm. Very beautifully maintained and has a taste of its own. The staff is really helpful, the place has few cafes, small restaurants around. It's in a good neighbourhood
The location isn't particularly great, it's a little away from the centre. And the hotel doesn't have dinner or lunch options. However overall a great place to stay!
