Quiet retreat from heat

Close to campus, quiet, air conditioning!

Bedroom door to outside has tempered glass window in it and flood light outside lights up room too much at night. Shower was hard to not get water outside due to lack of shower door. But used floor tower provided to keep water off floor for too long.

Price was good and no cleaning fee was great. I made sure to leave unit as I found it. Comfortable for a 2 night stay.

I reserved for 2 adults and 1 kid and there were no spare sheets for pull out. I didn't need since there were just 2 people after all.

It was a really comfortable little spot and we enjoyed the stay. The amenities were very well appreciated.

Location, separate bedroom, spacious.

Not very clean: Dishes and floors were dirty, couch pretty stained and crumbs. Initially no sheets for couch bed or enough towels. Ran out of hot water after one shower.

not at all restful due to hospital helicopter traffic.

nice location in the avenues near where I lived in the 70s. great walking neighborhood.

on the helicopter landing path to the hospital. during the night was woken six times by helicopters slowing to land two blocks away. not possible to sleep uninterrupted. I can understand why you would not mention this in the description but it made my stay very aggravating instead of restful. I was an EMT and was thankful for medivac but during the night not what you are hoping for.

Very good

The location was great- quiet and calm area. We had a 9 hour drive and it was important for us to arrive in a place where we could be well rested and peaceful. I liked that my family and I were able to stay in an actual house and feel like being at home- relaxed and safe. We had all the essentials needed.

The one thing that was unpleasant is the odor as soon as we entered the house, but just needed some ventilation, open windows for some fresh air.

Perfect place for our family to stay for the night. Great location, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Way better than a hotel room and for the same price. This was my first time renting a bnb but it won't be the last. If your looking for a place to stay in Chico I highly recommend checking this one out.

I actually liked everything but my teenage daughters wished there was a floor length mirror, lol.
