La mejor estancia en pleno centro de Novi Sad

Estancia excepcional , la manager y todo el personal outstanding , cuidando el más mínimo detalle para que la estancia fuese inolvidable. Servicio , atención , limpieza , la comida deliciosa , la ubicación perfecta en pleno centro. Estancia de 10 , inmejorable!!! Adriana, la manager destaca por su profesionalidad , amabilidad y saber hacer

Perfect stay.

Everything about this property is just perfect. Room was very modern with more than enough space for 3 people, everything was clean and the jacuzzi was a cherry on the cake. The staff was very helpful and polite, everything we wanted we got without any complications. I will deffinetly come back in summer because for the price and not to mention location which is located directly in the heart of Novi Sad. Breakfast was 10/10. We were very well taken care of and we really enjoyed that trip. I forgot an item there and the property owner was very kind and helpfull, so i managed to get that item back thru delivery which she sent me. Loved this place and i really recomend it for everyone.

Sjajan smeštaj u centru

Lociran u šetačkoj ulici, sa divnim osobljem. Doručak se servira u restoranu u okviru smeštaja sa velikim izborom jela. Soba je bila apsolutno tiha. Higijena na viskom nivou. Privatna garaža je na 5 minuta od smeštaja, lako dostupna što je bitno zbog kofera,

Prozor je okrenut ka hodniku, ali nam to nije preterano smetalo.

Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν τέλεια μας κανόνισαν μέχρι και που να παρκάρουμε, η κοπέλα στην ρεσεψιόν ήταν ευγενεστατη. Το πρωινό από τα καλύτερα. Και πολύ καθαρό. Στην καρδιά του Νοβι Σαντ. Παρόλο που φτάσαμε αργά μας εξυπηρέτησαν χωρίς πρόβλημα.

Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε εξωτερικό παράθυρο αλλά μικρό το κακό.

Impolite staff

The staff from the Corso Cafe was really really very rude. It was an experience I would like never love again. The receptionist was always not in place . We were looking for her every time we needed something.

Perfect & clean.

The room is very clean & tidy. Also, the receptionist was professional & friendly.

Nothing to mention except 2 things: 1- No kettle in the room but it’s mentioned in the room equipments. 2- It was kinda creepy when I wanted to smoke outside the building in the night after 11PM. Despite the message on the main entrance doors “use the restaurant door to enter after 11PM”. I couldn't get out. I found both doors were locked. (Main entrance & the restaurant entrance). Luckily the key was in the door of the main entrance.

Very nice personnel, excellent breakfast. The only problem is that Serbia still allows smoking inside restaurants.

Clean, modern and exactly in the city centre

Lack of light in the room. The window is towards an inner staircase. We knew about it, but still, not very confortable to have 0 daylight (we had 3 cloudy days).

La ubicación es excelente, está en pleno centro, pero aún y así es muy silencioso y se duerme genial. Destacar con todas las estrellas posibles la atención recibida por la recepcionista, amable y atenta en todo momento, muchas gracias! Volveremos

We loved everything about our stay at Corso Rooms - friendly yet professional staff, comfort and cleanliness of the entire place, location, delicious breakfast... If we visit Novi Sad again, we'll definitely be staying here!

Overall a great place to stay at.

The hotel is located in the city center with walking distance to almost everything. The rooms are clean, modern and pleasant to stay at. As a hotel guest you get 10% discount at the restaurant that belongs to the hotel which serves good food. The breakfast menu is great, too. Some rooms do not have windows but for shorter stays this is not something to be considered as a problem.

Everything was great except for the waiter who yelled to his colleague that ”I should sit on my ass”, literally, when asking if we could order breakfast and load the car with our bags during the wait. Probably he did not expect me to speak Serbian - but anyway this is not the way to treat the customers and nontheless fellow colleagues who need to be shamed in their favor. Everyone else was really nice and and friendly.

Ideal location! Amazing hospitality! Andriana the hostess - manager of Corso Rooms City Center was very polite and eager to help us in whatever we needed. Bonus: they even provided anatomic pillows as a choice in the room!! Slept better than at home! Will definately choose Corso Rooms again when visiting Novi Sad.

In a very central location, in the middle of the historic center. Many restaurants and bars close by. Still, in the room, there was no noise from the restaurants on the street.

The room was rather small. There was no breakfast buffet but had to chose 1 meal from the menu.

Superb

First time in Serbia and It was amazing experience, the hotel just in the heart of the city...the room was good and clean, they have delicious and variety of bfast menu, in additional the service from Andrijana and Jelena was superb, they are super helpful and informative too and make our stayed more enjoyable.

The best place in the center of Novi Sad. The owners have a restaurant and a bar, the food and the drinks are excellent as well. First time seeing a hotel with HBO and Netflix in the package as well.

Position - excellent

Room had an internal window, made it feel claustrophobic as you cannot open the window and have privacy. Restaurant staff not very attentive.

Great Property!

The property/rooms are very modern and look very good. The reception staff is very nice and helpful and overall it is a great property.

There was loud music playing from 17:00 until 01:00 (stay was during Exit weekend, so may differ during other dates). The restaurant staff is very inattentive, we waited for 10+ minutes for anyone to notice us, even though staff continuously walked by and when asked a question the waiter walked away and never returned with an answer.

Excelent position, in the midle of the center! Good food and good beer at the corso pub!

We don’t have natural light in the room. The windows of the room they open in the coridor of the building not outside. In rest everything ok!

Perfect location, great value for money, excellent food and friendly staff.

Perfect location, great value for money, very clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was great and all of the food at the restaurant was excellent!

The only thing was that we only had one key card for 3 people, which was a bit impractical as you have to have a keycard in the room in order to have the lights and aircon on. Other than that, everything was amazing!
