A great hotel close to the station.

Close to the station! Great rooms and use of technology. Plentiful resources and the hot spring was a bonus!

Mijn verblijf was rustgevend en fijn

Het hotel zat op een geweldig locatie. Er is veel te doen in Akabane en het is makkelijk om vanaf Daar te reizen naar andere delen van Tokyo of Japan. Het hotel was ook schoon en zeer goed geprijsd vergeleken met de kwaliteit.

Ik heb geen negatieve ervaringen gehad.

とても綺麗でした。チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらったところも良かったです。アメニティも充実しててこの値段で大満足です。 2段ベッドのお部屋でした。子供たちはとってもたのしそうでした！

Frühstück war gut. Personal sehr freundlich. Alles sauber.

Die Zimmer sind für europäische Ansprüche natürlich sehr klein (aber das dürften alle Hotelzimmer in dieser Preisklasse in Japan wohl sein)

Un très bon séjour à Tokyo !

La propreté, le petit déjeuner super et aussi les bains spa en sous-sol jusqu’à 1h du matin, une expérience à ne pas manquer. Le métro est à deux pas avec plusieurs lignes vers le centre de Tokyo. C’était vraiment très pratique.

Very good hotel, great value

The room was clean, people were amazing and accommodating, breakfast was good, and the location is actually very, very good despite being somewhat remote from the city centre. Definitely good value for the money.

There was not enough storage in the room (in fact, there was almost none), which is not very comfortable for longer stays. Also, the noise levels are a bit off, so you can hear when someone else enters a room nearby.

Consigliato e non dimenticate di usare l’Onsen

Ottima residenza/hotel offre un buon compromesso tra economicità e confort. Abbiamo prenotato una tripla che in realtà era una quadrupla con letti a castello. Pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. La sorpresa che ci fosse anche un onsen ad uso degli ospiti dell’hotel ci ha definitivamente convinto della bontà di questa residenza. Ohhhh

Beh, non si può avere tutto, la zona è decentrata ma grazie all’efficiente metropolitana, si raggiunge ogni dove in tempi limitati

地理位置非常友好，附近吃的也多，也有购物的商店，非常方便。晚上还能回来泡汤，很舒适。

关于卫生服务好像日本都有调整了，但真的很不舒服，垃圾每天要自己放在门口，但是房间内无人收拾。

Pode reservar sem pensar duas vezes!

Um dos melhores hotéis que já me hospedei. A cama é muito confortável, o banho é delicioso (de lavar a alma!) - o banho público não tem comparação de tão gostoso -, os funcionários são extremamente gentis, além de mimos como roupão, cremes, loções, escovas, chás que vc pode pegar à vontade. Pra fechar com chave de ouro, o hotel fica há 3 minutos a pé da estação de Akabane e ao redor de comércio, conveniências e restaurantes por todo lado.

Não há nada de negativo para falar do hotel.

Stupendo!

Tutto, pulito ordinato e accogliente. Bellissimo il SENTO al piano -1 abbiamo gradito molto. C'è tutto in camera, pigiama, saponi per lavarsi, bottiglia d'acqua, bollitore, tazze, phon, ciabatte. Le camere vengono pulite ogni 3 giorni, se vuoi il cambio asciugamani basta mettere fuori dalla porta in una borsa e te li cambiano, idem la spazzatura. Alla reception c'è un totem con tutto il necessario: spazzola, coton fiock, spazzolino da denti, lamette ecc... Te tisane caffè zucchero. Non manca niente, anche i profumi per i capelli. La stazione dei treni è dietro l'angolo, comodissimo. Persone molto disponibile. Qualità prezzo fantastico.

今回の部屋は清掃が甘く感じましたが、また泊まると思います。

兎に角快適です。・駅から近い・大浴場がある・お茶漬けが食べられる・アメニティに無駄が無い・シャワー室と独立してるトイレ・2人でダブルベッド使用でも十分ゆったり

5回以上宿泊させていただいていますが、今回初めてトイレの清掃が雑でした。便座が汚れていました。あと布団カバーに髪の毛がついていました。トイレが汚れていたので、普段気にならない髪の毛が気になりました。

清潔で快適でした。大浴場でゆったりとお湯につかれたので疲れが取れました。

部屋が予想以上に狭かったです。朝食のカフェの準備がイマイチでした。カップ不足やお料理がカラだったり。

Amazing hotel, exceptional staff

The staff were exceptional! They helped us with our luggages' late arrival (by calling up the transport company and inquired into the issue), and called a taxi for us when the app we used wasn't working. Most of them were kind and polite. The room itself was elegant and clean. It was a decent-sized room for Tokyo's standard. The station was also quite close. Overall, amazing! We would definitely book this hotel the next time we come to Japan.

El hotel tiene todo lo necesario para acomodar tu visita a Japón, llegamos desde natura Narita directo a Akabane, el metro está prácticamente al lado del hotel, tiene una conectividad excelente para el transporte. El desayuno estuvo ideal.

Só há 6 vagas de estacionamento e são muito disputada. A luz do quarto é muito forte e fica na direção do rosto de quem está deitado na cama.

一部分を除けば快適

正面玄関から入った時から清潔感を感じフロントの方の対応も良かった。お部屋もトイレも洗面台もとてもキレイでした。地下にある温泉にいったので、シャワールームは使用していません。下の温泉もこじんまりとしていたが、とても良かった！お部屋の照明は少し暗めでしたが、朝はカーテンを開けると日も入りも1人で過ごすには充分な快適さでした。

トイレのドア扉に穴が2つあいていた。お部屋の照明が暗めだったからか？視線の少し下だったからか？入った時は気づかず、数時間経ってから気づいてなんだか残念な気持ちになってしまった…。修繕してからお部屋に通して欲しかったなぁって思いで過ごした。

かなり素晴らしい。

ミニマムな部屋のデザイン性の素晴らしさ。朝の女性スタッフの一人の何気ない接客の温かさ。

レイトチェックアウトが1000円/1h だったらリピート間違いなしのレベル。ベッドの足元上部にエアコンが付いているが、どう風向きを変えても体に風が当たり、折角の快適さあまりにがもったいない。

地下の大浴場は綺麗で大変満足したのですが、エレベーターを降りた瞬間、薄暗くてとても怖かった…。朝食の開始時間、もう30分程早くから開いてくれるとたすかる。
