Covid -19 Triple Layer Bedding with flat sheet, blanket and top cover everything sanitized between stays. Covid-19 team cleaning all common areas and pool areas. The lobbies all have hand sanitizers also.

This property is new to owner so all furniture and appliances are brand new in Vista Cay resort that was just finished in 2007. The best part is the front entrance is Universal Blvd. and the back exit leads you onto International Dr. SeaWorld is 1 1/2 miles away. The convention center is walking distance which is 1/4 mile away. Fantastic location in the heart of the tourism district.

Our stay at this VRBO was truly enjoyable! The location was easy to find and access, which made arriving stress-free. Everything worked perfectly, and the property itself was just as lovely as it looked in the listing—no surprises there. The cleanliness really stood out, and I can’t say enough about how soft the bed sheets were. We felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. There were a couple of minor cosmetic issues, but nothing significant. Upon arrival, there was a slight smell in the kitchen from what we guessed was food left in the garbage disposal by previous guests. We ran some water and dish soap through, and it cleared up quickly. I followed the instructions to notify the property manager right away, and to my surprise, he called back within two hours (at the end of the workday, no less) and offered to send someone over immediately. His promptness and kindness were impressive, even though the issue had already been resolved on our end. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms had ample space, which was a nice touch. The only downside is that the windows don’t open and close, so if you’re planning a fall or winter stay and enjoy having fresh air, you’d have to rely on the balcony instead. Speaking of which, the balcony was lovely, equipped with two rocking chairs and a table—perfect for a morning coffee or evening wind-down. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Place was very nice, very clean, had a small ant problem that appeared to the coming from a palm tree beside the patio but not a problem! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!! Pool area was amazing as well!! Listed as a 3 bedroom but it’s actually 4 bedrooms and fit 8 adults very comfortably! Communication problem with check-in due to being on a cruise and not having an internet connection but calling the number on the booking info and the sweet lady that helped nullified all communication problems!! Excellent stay!!

After a few days of staying here we knew we were going to plan on coming back in the future! The unit was clean and spacious and fit our family of 6 easily and comfortably. Highly recommend!

Property is located in a really great spot. If you enjoy a clean, mold free environment, this is NOT the place for you. As soon as we stepped into this condo, we were breathing in harsh toxic chemicals that were used to clean the place. We had to open doors and windows and use multiple fans just to air the place out for hours to get rid of the smell. Try opening the windows. The panes of glass will fall out or they just don't work. We kept a fan running all week in the master bedroom window just to have fresh air. The kitchen sink base cabinet had severe water damage, was literally rotting and covered in mold. The showers had new caulking, but instead of getting rid of the mold, they went over it. The fans in the bathroom needed to stay on all week otherwise all we could smell was the musty moldy odor. . If you are highly sensitive to odors and mold, avoid this place. It's not worth close to 3000.00 a week to make you sick. We spoke to the property manager as well as the owner. They know about the issues but apparently refuse to fix them as they need to keep the place rented weekly to keep the money coming in. This place needs to be taken off the market so it can be gutted and the mold remediated. New paint on the walls doesn't cut it. The minimum the owner could have done was give us a different place to stay in, or cut my bill in half, as I am still trying to recover from living in that toxic environment for a week.

Our family of 5 and our daughter’s teammate’s family of 4 stayed together during the girls’ volleyball national tournament at the convention center. We loved the space we had, the cleanliness, and the short walk to the convention center!

This was a spacious condo with great pool. It was located minutes from Universal, Sea World, and Ikon park. There was no direct communication with owner, just the property management. We had a leak on our 5th day that we called for immediately but it was after hours. They said someone would be by the next day but no one ever came and addressed the problem. We just kept putting towels down and drying them so we could reuse them.

This is a great property. The condo was beautifully decorated, large and spacious, and all the amenities top notch. The only disconcerting part of our stay was the overly stingy supplies. The welcome email before arrival gave us advance warning of the stinginess, so I can't say I wasn't warned. But, we had 8 people (2 males and 6 females) staying for four nights. We were given only one small roll of paper towels and four rolls of toilet paper. REALLY? We had to purchase an additional roll of each before the end of our stay. (I found it interestingly that the local retailers actually sold individual items!) The cost of these essential items was less than a dollar each! This stinginess on the part of the property management is not consistent with the "luxury" life-style the property proports to offer. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful.

The condo was just as described by the owner. It was very spacious and had plenty of room for 10 guests. The owner was easy to work with and the property managers were very helpful. The property and the pool were beautiful and well kept. We would definitely stay there again.

This apartment was a very convenient spot for 6 of us to stay. It is a close drive to the parks and to the rest of Orlando, and is easily accessible for ride share pick up. There is also a Walgreens, cafe and bakery that is a short and easy walk. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we could need for our stay. The building managers were also responsive - when there was an error with the check in code they were able to get us the updated information relatively quickly.

We had a funeral to attend and this place was perfect for our out of town family to gather and share memories. Having a 4 bedroom condo was a better option than separate hotel rooms. There was plenty of room for all. There could have been more glassware and some needed cleaning but overall I would recommend and would book again.

This unit is GORGEOUS!! There’s so much space and is furnished beautifully!! Clean, decorated, everything you need, in a safe and beautiful neighborhood!! The owner is very nice! You can easily have 12 ppl stay here! There’s 4 bedrooms with king and queen beds, then a sofa bed!! RECOMMEND!

The property worked pretty well for us. It was a 4 bedroom and not a 3 thus we had plenty of room. The location was close to Shingle Creek golf course that gave us free club rentals since we were staying at Vista Cay. We were a couple of buildings away from the community pool thus a short walk. It was close a Publix and other stores / restaurants that we either walked to or took a short drive. I’m glad we had a car as we were able to go places other than just Disneyworld, It was also a short ride to ICON park that has free valet parking and we were able to have a great southern dinner at Brother Jimmy’s as well as, enjoy the rest of the park. It was also close to the fine restaurants at Pointe Orlando. We were able to drive to Epcot and it is a short drive to other parks like Sea World and Universal. We we’re able to get into the condo early which was nice after having an early flight and traveling with a toddler and an infant. I would definitely consider a return visit and stay at this condo or one of the others there owned by this host.

Unfortunately we were not impressed. -dusty blinds and cumbersome to use -dirty floors (feet were gross if we walked barefoot) -handle of toilet broke off in our hand (was replaced same day but the man had one in his truck so it is clear he replaces them quite a bit -rugs were filthy -bathrooms had soap scum and just all around felt old -paint coming off bathroom cabinets -keurig machine didn’t work well (needs replaced) -washer “knocked” with small loads -arrival was tough as the place smelled like the precious people were smokers. Property Mgr brought in an ionizer to make it right. Originally they were just going to place air fresheners around but I pushed for more. The owner of the property did not respond to any of my messages on VRBO. I was told “they have jobs other than owning these properties so they might not respond. However, I never heard from him and I asked for him to call me to discuss an adjustment in price due to the smoke issue. The whole experience was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this property. My friend across the hall had a lovely experience and her place was totally updated. Also, the pool patrol was off the charts. They monitored adults alcohol and wouldn’t allow people to bring their own. They wouldn’t even hand out cups of ice. Won’t be coming back.

Overall, it was a very wonderful property. There were a few minor things. For example, all of the dishes were dirty and there was a lot of dust. Unfortunately, my children and I are allergic to dust, and one of my daughters has severe asthma so that part was a bit of a struggle. However, overall, it was an amazing experience. The rooms were huge and beautiful, amenities were great and we look forward to coming back in the future!
