Perfect location for attending a concert at Hayden Homes Amphitheater. Less than a 10 minute walk along the river to the venue. Several businesses within walking distance. Beautiful home with lots of space for the whole family. Definitely going to be back.

We love this area of Bend and this was prime location! Walking distance to many things including a walk along the river. The house was well stocked, a few things didn't work (needs a new wine opener). But with the location, it's likely you won't be spending too much time inside. Would definitely stay again.

This property was perfect for us. We are 6 retired school teachers, friends for 40 years. Property was ideally located and we were able to walk to downtown and along the river and to the Mill District. Perfect for 6 as the bedrooms were all proportioned well with a bathroom for each bedroom. A well equipped kitchen, a large dinning area perfect for us. A very comfortable living room with ample seating. I would definitely rent again.

The house is in a great spot in the Mill District with short walk to downtown and easy access to the river. The rooms were clean and it was pretty quiet. We had a few minor issues including a flickering light in the kitchen, a broken toaster, and a toilet that wouldn't flush in the 2nd bedroom. The host was quick to fix the toilet the next day and the light in the kitchen. There was another toaster on the counter that worked, so that wasn't an issue either. The last gripe I had was that there was a wine fridge, but no corkscrew. So we had to buy one while we were there. Not a big deal, but something I would expect to be there. Overall, we would stay again without hesitation.

Was close to restaurants and shopping. Very clean condo. More stairs than we anticipated so we got some excercise!
6.0 / 10.0
Location size, layout all very good.
Old kitchen everything in kitchen needs replacing. The pans were horrible.
Stove, toaster, fan, burned out lights, not working properly.
The new microwave and refrigerator the only appliances that actually worked correctly. Example, the toaster dead. The burners on stove only lighted half of the circles. The old school home automation, well old school. Cleaning needs improvement.
A suggestion for VRBO. Why not have a standard VRBO kitchen, bedding, bathroom setup equipped? What we find, owners dump their junk at these homes. No consistency anywhere. Would it be nice to have the same dishes, utensils, bedding, towels, just like a hotel. Maybe even add the furniture. This place furniture seen better days. The owners could also use the VRBO package or get their junk out of their storage area when they use the place. Easier for the support staff to see what might need replacing. Every unit would be the same down to the soaps in the bath shower. This place over the top on junk. I would not donate any of it to any charity. Go straight to trash. Just a suggestion. Will we stay here next year, maybe. The location hard to beat.

Overall, the stay was awesome. We discovered on our first night, later in the evening, there wasn't any hot water. I texted the property manager first thing the next morning. A gentleman came and fixed it within an hour. I did text about how to connect the DVD player in the master bedroom, even though I thought I had it connected properly. I never received a response back from the property manager.
Overall the property is beautiful and would stay there again! We had great time in Bend.

me and my mother live in Prineville Oregon and my brother and his family live in Portland. We do a beach house almost every year this year we did Bend because my brother and his wife have gotten into downhill mountain biking recently and Bend has many trails and such. the condo had more room than mom's house and we could be within walking distance of most things such as restaurants and so forth. It was just nice not to have to drive all the way to Bend from prineville when we could be right in the heart of Bends west side. The only bad thing was the Smoke and you guys can't control that.

Nice location! Easy walking distance to local restaurants and downtown. Well maintained property.

We loved it! So so close to the Mill District, you could listen to the music from your deck. It was awesome.
We also loved that it had 3 full bathrooms, that was really helpful. A/C worked great. We will definitely stay here again!

Easy walking distance to Old Mill and downtown Bend. Near the river with easy parking. Plenty of room for all six of us. Great kitchen. Nice bathrooms. Air conditioning blows too hard and is set by default too cold. Shag carpets in most rooms appeared clean but it’s hard to tell for sure. Prefer hardwood floors. Huge garage to store all sports equipment plus cars.

We absolutely loved this place and would stay here again and recommend to friends. It is in a wonderful location near the river, + the Old Mill district, you can hear music from the summer concert series (or easily tune it out if its not your jam). It is a clean and spacious accommodation. We stayed with our family of 3 including 1 toddler and grandparents and had a fabulous time. Communication with management was excellent, check in and out was seamless.

Location was perfect and house was very comfortable. Short walk to Old Mill shopping district and hikes. Very convenient location. Beds were comfortable and house was clean.

Townhouse was pretty much as advertised. Spacious, clean, comfortable, easy access to city and amenities. We would rent again. My only comment is "fully stocked" kitchen is a reach. It's a nice kitchen with all the tools but be sure to bring any spices, oils, etc that you will need...including salt/pepper. But it did have coffee beans for a couple pots of coffee. That was nice.

This luxurious condo adjacent to the Old Mill district was perfect for two families sharing. Communication with the property manager was excellent as we had a small issue with a dishwasher which was taken care of immediately. We come to Bend every winter for ski races and now we have found "the place".

Went with friends and family to ski bachelor for several days. Loved the location of this property both for its proximity to shops/food and SW Century Dr. Also, the property had plenty of room to hang wet jackets and a great common area to hang out with a large group. Highly recommend.

We have visited Bend several times before, and this is by far the BEST property we’ve visited! Wonderful location, easy 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops at the Old Mill. Super clean, spatiois unit… we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time. Close to Mount Bachelor for downhill and Wanoga Sno Park where our dog loves cross country skiing with us. The property is as lovely as the pictures.

property had everything we needed. Loved the location, especially loved that we could hear the Rufus concert.
Plenty of room, the carpet is a bit old, but we spent most of our time outside.

The townhome is well outfitted, well laid out and has a fantastic tandem plus garage. It was a summer stay, so we enjoyed walking to coffee/food/shopping, biking and hopping on the Deschutes all from this location. Neighbors are nice and love the area, too. A great place to stay.
8.0 / 10.0
Wonderful location and building is great. Love the garage and space, and is built very well, so those who get up early don't wake up others upstairs as sound doesn't carry. However...the property was not very clean when we arrived. There was beard stubble in the sink, dirty napkins in pantry, and carpet is fairly dirty and not desirable to walk on in bare feet. The bed linens didn't seem clean either and there was hair in the bed. Yuck!
10.0 / 10.0
Overall great location, excellent property and close to everything. We plan to come back to this property if available in the future. Only issue, which honestly wasn’t a issue was it needed a closer dusting of light fixtures but other than that it was fantastic!

Great location, for a short or long visit.
They were very accommodating on a two night stay. We’ve stay in another unit same area but we’ll be back to this one. Very clean and comfortable. Can’t beat the large garage for bike gear.
Thanks

LOTS of stairs
Maybe I missed something in the description -- I was unaware that there was a full flight of steep stairs just to get into the property (in addition to the stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms) This was a problem for the elderly grandparents and the 9 month old twins in our group. Location was great - close walk to river, mall, and Box Factory. Carpet was very worn and stained. Kitchen had no trash bags. There was hair in the downstairs shower --not ours - yuck! So some good, some not so good.

Wonderful home, wonderful location
8 of us (6 adults and 2 -13 year olds) stayed here for a 4-night stay for a lacrosse tournament. It was perfect for our group. The place is very clean, beds comfortable, plenty of seating and places to relax and walking distance to the river and walking path and all the shopping areas at the Old Mill District. It is very centrally located for almost anything you want to do in Bend. The owner/managers were very accessible and quick to respond to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will keep this on our list for future visits!! Thank you!

This property is stunningly beautiful with easy access to a waterfront walking path that we enjoyed with our dogs. The amenities inside the home are high-end and the beds were comfortable. Everything You Could Want
This property is just steps from the river walk, the Old Mill center, parks and the Hayden Homes Amphitheater. Great shopping and restaurants in the Old Mill but you can also walk or drive downtown for more local flavor. The property is modern and comfortable with some nice home automation tech. The perfect spot to explore Bend!
