This property is in an excellent location! Close to stores, restaurants, and parks. Neighborhood club houses are also very nice. I gave four stars because you could definitely see a lot of wear and tear on this property. Also, I couldn’t tell if we stayed at a different property than pictured or if they had just changed a lot of things around. All of the games were in one bedroom and it was very tight with barely any room to even play them and some of the games did not work. The property itself was clean and kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. Overall, we did have a wonderful stay. I would recommend this property just be aware that it is not in immaculate condition.

I have no complaints when it come to this property. It was everything as described in the description. It was clean. It had all cooking supplies, dishes, pots and pan. It was perfect location to everything, Disney, restaurants and the club house was only mins away. My family and I really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be back in 2 years if this this property is available.

Over all, 4 star review. A couple cockroaches, otherwise very clean and reasonably kept home. Biggest issue was the 45 minute wait to get into the property after a long travel day due to the home still being cleaned. The property we actually stayed in was not the home listed in the photos, but it did have all of the bedrooms and spaces listed.

This house was an amazing experience and had everything me and my family of 13 needed. The house was very clean, spacious, well stacked, with all the necessaries needed for our week long stay. It was located in a very nice community which was close to all the attractions. The check in and out process was also quick and easy. I would stay here again!

Property was great. Lots of space. Property pool was awesome. Community pool very crowded but lots of people coming and going so it wasn’t terrible finding seats. Lazy River is a no go! Way too crowded. The gate access to the community is silly. The barcode on the paper they give you never works. You just go in behind other cars. The gate will let in 4 or 5 at a time. Overall the house was wonderful

We had the best time. The house was fully stocked. We could not get the movie theater to work, but we did not reach out to the property manager, so they may have been able to fix it if it were important to us. Other than that, everything was in working order.

We just returned from a week long stay and were very pleased with the house! Everything was clean and as represented in the pictures and descriptions. There really was something for every member of our group! The house was also conveniently located to all the Disney parks. The only small issue we had was late night noise next door on one night. It didn’t last long, and you certainly can’t blame that on the property. Overall a wonderful stay!!

We were a little nervous about this stay since we had read some mixed reviews about this neighborhood....I did not include the overall experience in my rating for this property. The property was large and a hit with all the kids (ages 4-15). The game room was a key factor. The pool heat worked great. The house had a few maintenance items that needed to be addressed but as a vacation home owner - I know how hard it can be to keep up when the house has heavy use over a period of time....none of the issues impacted our stay. The beds were comfortable. The location was fantastic. (We were right near the bridge to walk over to the main clubhouse). We had plenty of Parking right outside the house. As for the neighborhood - it is a little rougher in places....if you are looking for an upscale neighbor - this is not it. Pool was full by 10am... several groups were drinking and loud by 1:00. The security line to get into the pool was long and felt invasive (and not effective considering what we saw once inside). If you have kids - make the pool an early and late event (9-12 and 5-8). The back gates into the property did not work - ever - you will have to drive around to the main gate. To check in on the weekend you will wait in a 30-45 min line of cars to check in at the front gate.

The property was exactly as it was represented in photos: clean, fun, spacious. Our kids had a blast with the game room and the themed bedrooms. We had to call the property manager assigned to our property once but that was only due to user error issues with the surround sound in the theatre room. The property manager showed us exactly how to use it and the response was prompt. Everything worked. I will say, the kitchen supplies are a little sparse. We were looking for larger plastic serving bowls for salad/larger meals and had to compromise with a large pot that was found. Other than that, the experience we had was great.

Overall we had a great stay. Location is close to Disney and Universal Studios. House was very clean. Hard to say if the kids or adults enjoyed the game room more. Had trouble with the pool heat but management was quick to send a pool technician out to fix the issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall pretty good. The house is huge. Multiple games in the game room didn't work right. Also, the convection stove top only works with certain types of pans/skillets, and not all of the provided cookware was that type, which was pretty frustrating. There is an extra charge to heat the hot tub. Wow. It only got up to temp the first 2 nights, then it was only luke warm. Oh, and you only get larger towels for the pool if you pay extra. I'm really not a big fan of the whole nickel and dime mentality. Other than that, we enjoyed our time.

The house is HUGE!! Def needs some updating and fixing of some things but the staff replied timely and fixed the issues we had. The hottub/pool was NOT worth the money to heat it. Took 2- 1 hr cycles to heat the hottub to temp, if not it was just luke warm. We read the detailed pool info they gave but a normal hottub stays hot even when the heater/jets is off, for a time. When the jets go off in this one, cold water is immediately flowing into the hottub thru the jets and therefor it goes COLD fast. Def not worth the exorbitant cost they charged to use the heater. Should be included for the amount we paid nightly. A game is broken in the game room, door handle is falling off of the laundry room door/couldnt open the laundry room door (thankfully a dif bathroom had a washer we could get too) dryer lint guard is shredded but didnt stop us from using the dryer, some pans work on stove and others dont. The stove would shut off when some pans were used. some recliners in theater room are broken. House Def needs some TLC. We were too busy to keep contacting management as things arose. I am contacting the manager about these things and hopefully they will resolve them. Despite these minor things the house is large!! Plenty of space for a LOT of people. The game room /theater room were a hit !! We would stay again ! Main floor ensuites have fabulous shower heads !! Hopefully the upstairs bathrooms get updated shower heads soon! Beds were descent. Overall it worked for our family.

Amenities at the house alone were great. The only thing I would have liked to have seen was the kitchen a little more equipped. We didn’t have a can opener and the cooking utensils were limited but overall a great stay and would definitely stay again.
