We had no issues during our stay. The place was perfect for the 4 of us, very comfy, and we loved the location. Great shops and restaurants in walking distance. Very communicative host.

The house was so nice! There were two bedrooms with additional sleeping options in the dining and living room. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with plates/cutlery and pots. There were also basic kitchen supplies like olive oil, salt and pepper and instant coffee. The bathroom is very small, but meet our needs. A parking permit was provided and we were able to park within a few houses every day of I or visit. The neighborhood was wonderful with plenty of stores and restaurants that we could have spent even more time exploring. We felt safe in this neighborhood.

We left after about 12 hours into the stay. It was the worst stay I've ever encountered in my VRBO use.
Nothing I say here with capture everything and the host will comment and downplay or refute everything, as shown in other reviews.
I would not recommend this property, be warned.

I had a great stay here with my family. The property was very clean and looked as described. We loved all the plants! The location in Queen Anne is what makes this one stand out. Just a very short walk to a little neighborhood with numerous local coffee shops and restaurants. We loved being able to walk to Trader Joe's to get supplies. Seattle Center was about a 15 minute walk down Queen Anne Ave downhill but be ready for the walk back up the hill! The bus stop is right on the corner for longer trips to Pike Place or downtown. Or if you have a car the parking on the street in the neighborhood was not a problem and a parking permit was provided. The owner Hanh was very quick to respond to questions and provided some great tips on places to go and using the bus. Kerry Park is only a five minute walk away with amazing views of the city, even better at night. And be sure to hit Molly Moon's homemade ice cream shop on the walk back from the park. Overall we had a great trip and recommend this property for those who want to experience a nice Seattle neighborhood but still be fairly close to the city.

We had a nice time, walked to breakfast, had an attentive host.

We had to leave after one day because of the intense fragrance on all the fabrics. The smell made us nauseous, gave us headaches, and tightness in our chests. The smell woke us repeatedly at night and attached to our clothing, so even when we left the house we were still smelling the fragrance. This was hugely disappointing and I suggested to the owner/property manager to refrain from using products that have a smell, as many people have very strong adverse reactions to fragrances. She was surprised by this fact and stated she had never had complaints before.
Other problems were the plethora of extension cords snaking along the walls, around corners, and under baseboard heating. Seems dangerous. The check-in isn’t secure, which is unsettling. The key is hung outside because the owner/property manager doesn’t want to get a battery for the keypad lock. The front and back door locks are flimsy. This is unsafe. The front and back yards are unusable, as they are engorged with overgrown plants and are being used for furniture storage.
The owner/property manager admitted to being neglectful of the property, apologized and gave a partial refund, but only after my insistence and a long email on all of the problems we encountered spending one night in the house.

The place was excellent in many ways, but the overuse of air fresheners (and scented plastic flowers) gave me a headache on the first day. I was also not happy to find a remote camera in the living room, aimed at the front door. Finally, I found the backdoor unbolted which left me feeling a bit unsafe. In all other ways, the house suited my needs well. Hanh was very responsive and easy to reach.

This house is a hidden gem with everything you need in walking distance of all queen ann has to offer. The living area in this house was more spacious that we were expecting. the wifi was really good (used for zoom meetings, email, netflix), i appreciated all the amenities you would need for cooking, coffee, tea, extra blankets, fans throughout the house and ac units in case of heat wave. the weather was pleasantly in the high 70's while we were there but this place stayed nice and cool. the host is amazing and really cares that you enjoy your stay.

Very nice stay - I’ll be back. The house is cozy and is in a fantastic location. Thoughtful touches like coffee and tea were very welcome. Bed comfortable. There’s a very nice bakery one block away with yummy croissants and walking distance to many great restaurants.

We had such a great time exploring the neighbourhood around the house and visiting Seattle!

Backyard in front is completely overgrown and unusable. There are instructions everywhere for everything. Host is great but she doesn't keep up with things like her telephone number on Vrbo. The Wi Fi password is difficult to read but she helps willingly. It would help to know separately exactly what goes into each of the three garbage bins in front.

I rented this house not to stay in, but as a venue for a weekend-long event with a small group of friends. It worked out very well!
The house is a charming little place right next to Queen Anne Ave at the southern end of the retail district. It's a great location for walking to food and shops. The house has two common rooms: a sitting/living room with a couch and a dining room. I was able to set up a small folding table in the living room to comfortably seat 10 people at tables.
The owner is very conscientious. It snowed the first night, and when I arrived the next day, she had swept the sidewalk clear of snow and put out a boot scraper for us. She checked in with me through Vrbo throughout my stay to make sure everything was going well. There were nice touches that are sometimes overlooked at rentals like plenty of toilet paper and a full box of tissues.
I can't really speak to the comfort of the sleeping accommodations, because I didn't sleep over. But the two bedrooms, while small, seemed cozy. When we arrived, the place was very cold. I presume that it hadn't been occupied the previous night, and that she had turned on the baseboard heaters shortly before we got there. I was worried at first that it would be too cold. However, the next day it got too warm! The little heaters are more than sufficient to keep the place toasty. I noticed at least a couple of fans tucked away to help keep it cool in the warmer months.
If you're looking for a well-situated place to stay in Seattle, this is a good choice. I don't have anything negative to say about it. However, it's good to be aware of the tiny size of the house. With a fold-out sofa bed and a makeshift lounge/bed in the dining room, you could accommodate a group, but it's good to know that there is only one teeny bathroom to share. Be sure you're sufficiently intimate with your fellow travellers!
All in all, give this charming little place a try!
