We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 week stay in Grand Junction at this lovely house! The location was great, and the house had everything you needed to feel comfortable and right at home! We would highly recommend!

Needs deep clear, last year great! Ants in house, broken window, trashed grill, oven mitts and towels in kitchen had food on them. Baseboards filthy with splatter on bathroom walls. Cheap chairs put in living room, to uncomfortable to sit in living room, besides ants inside, bought bug spray to sit on porch. Trinity tried to help. But boss did not. Told they are going to do deep clean, paint walls, new furniture, but no discount on days stayed. Even though we are repeat customers, planning to come every year.

House is wonderful. AC works nice when it was 104, loved the location backing up to the Colorado National Monument park with red rock cliffs and formation all around. 10 minute drive to stores and restaurants, very quiet area.
House amenities were great, well stocked.
Beds were very comfortable, slept well.
Pictures are very accurate.
Would definitely stay here again when visiting Grand Junction area.

Everything about this home was wonderful! Great location to hiking, The Monument and downtown. The home was spotless and nicely appointed. Easy in and out with instructions from the owner, They also checked in daily to see if we had any issues, which we did not. Would definitely stay again!

Great, quiet neighborhood with easy access to Colorado National Monument, Palisade, Grand Junction, restaurants, and great trails for walking, running, and biking. We loved the house - great amenities and easy to see the night sky (gorgeous!). Communication with and recommendations from the host company was great!
There was only one thing we didn't love. All but one of our group struggled with the mattresses. The bedding was wonderful, but the mattresses felt like they were futon style and were too hard for most of us. Also, if you have children, you way want to bring a stool as the counters in the bathrooms are high.
We would come back to this home AND we would bring additional cushion for the mattresses.
