We loved our stay. The 2 bedroom villa was very spacious. We had an ocean view which was a pleasant surprise. Loved it!

Clean and beautiful property
Very helpful staff, was actually two adjoining rooms, which we weren't expecting, but worked great! Pools are lovely. Will definitely be back!

Great location & property
We had a great stay at the Westin Princeville. Property was nice and there was lots of room to accommodate everyone. Check-in was ok but could be improved. I understand everyone is short staffed right now but when we were checking in there was a significant line and the people behind the counter were helping guests with luggage they were holding and someone who lost shoes. Maybe assign one person to deal with all that stuff and one person to check guests in. Especially when people have to wait until 4 to check in and there is a rush of people at that time. Everything else was great.

Why so many negative reviews?
We were very apprehensive about our stay at the Westin prior to our arrival after reading so many negative reviews. I found nothing negative about the Westin and I am a bit of a vacation snob.
Our corner room overlooking the ocean in Building 7 was spacious, well equipped and had a beautiful patio area where we enjoyed sunrise and breakfast in the mornings. Check-in was a breeze and every employee at the Westin was friendly and accommodating. Prior reviewers complained about the geese. Really? They were not aggressive, perhaps inquisitive, gorgeous and they are endangered - I enjoyed when they would visit every morning. This is not a flock of geese invading your space. We would see a pair at a time. I saw no feces in the pool or pool area. The grounds were meticulously kept. Others complained about not having room service. We are in a pandemic. If you needed anything, there was always someone available to bring us fresh towels, etc...
The beach...yes, you have to walk 10 minutes to get to it. It is right below the resort since the Westin sits on a cliff. You are in Hawaii - it was enjoyable to walk down to the private beach area. I saw young and old that were capable of walking the path. Bring smart shoes. Find a walking stick.
My family truly enjoyed our stay at the Westin. This is why I chose to write a positive review.
