About this house rental
Located 25 minutes from Castle Mountain Ski Resort and 30 minutes from hiking in Waterton National Park this amazing accommodation in the heart of Pincher Creek has exactly what you are looking for. Located on a quiet cul de sac next to a green space and park
This spacious, boho inspired upper level home is perfect for families to get away and enjoy the mountains. The large open concept living, dining and kitchen area is a great space to kick back and relax after a day of adventuring.
The kitchen is smart and functional and has everything you will need while you are away from home. Whether you love to cook or just want to toss in a frozen pizza, this kitchen is well stocked with everything we thought you might need from pots and pans, a toaster, electric kettle and even kids plates, bowls and cups. Because we love coffee, we have supplied you with all of the K-cups you can drink.
The living room is bright and comfortable with lots of seating for your group. Stoke a fire in the wood burning stove for some added warmth in the evenings as you enjoy a good book or your favourite shows on Netflix, Disney+, PrimeVideo or SportsnetNow. A sliding door in the living room opens onto a large and partially covered east facing deck that offers great sunrise views over the golf course.
The 2 larger bedrooms are sophisticatedly decorated and each have queen beds with very comfortable pillow top mattresses. The third bedroom has a twin bed and doubles as an office with a built in workspace for if you need a quiet area to get some work done.
The large main bathroom is bright and open. Are you a bath person or a shower person? It doesn't matter because we have both for you. The modern doorless shower has a rainfall shower head and the large soaker tub is located right under the frosted window. A combination washer dryer can be found in the bathroom closet to keep you looking your best during longer stays.
Traveling with kids? This can be tough. Don’t worry we have kids too. We know that it can be a challenge to fit all of their things into your vehicle. Well, leave the high chair and playpen at home and let us provide them for you.
Outdoor living
One of the best features of this house is the location. Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac with mature trees and situated next to a green space with a small park and frisbee golf course basket. The backyard is fully fenced and guests can enjoy the large partially covered deck on the east side of the house that is sheltered from the wind. The largest park in town is located a block and a half west and main street is a few minute walk down the hill to the North.
Traveling with pets
This house is pet friendly. Please touch base with us prior to your stay if you are traveling with your pet to make sure that the house is a good fit for you. Because we do not know your fur baby, we ask that you do not leave the house without them (do not leave them unattended for any length of time).
BOOKING PROCEDURE:
Whether this is your first or fiftieth experience with VRBO, we strive to make this a truly excellent one. We are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have along the way. Please note that we require potential guests to review our House Rules and also provide us with a few details prior to accepting or pre-approving a booking. Some things we like to know include:
- Why are you coming to Pincher Creek?
- Who will you be traveling with (children, adults, etc)?
- Do you have any special requests (ie playpen, high chair, etc)?
We may also request a copy of a photo ID (e.g. Driver's License) which corresponds with the name on the credit card used to book the vacation. This is particularly helpful to us if you do not have any reviews from past hosts or if your profile is lacking in "verification" details from the website provider. Your trip may be cancelled if this is requested by the hosts and not provided.
IMPORTANT INFO:
This house is an upper level -main level- of a house. There is a basement suite with a full time tenant living there who has a tame dog. There is no access to the basement suite and they have no access to the upstairs either. There might be noise transfer from the basement as well as neighbours and traffic in the area.

Everything you need is there, the beds are comfortable and the interior is very clean, except the windows. If you have a dog that needs exercise, there is a good sized park right outside the front door. The back yard is fenced in and also perfect for pets. Unfortunately, while there is a tv, it is not functional ( no signal) which in my case did not hurt my feelings. The host is friendly, but trying to communicate through VRBO is a nightmare. Also, watch your step up to the front door, very dangerous with top plates overhanging excessively to the riser. My wife’s foot go hung up, she fell and hurt herself badly.

A beautiful and clean home for our family vacation. Complete with little touches to make traveling with a child easier.
Close to Waterton (a park pass was available for use too) and other hiking.

We picked this cute little town of Pincher Creek to stay in as we wanted to hike in Waterton daily and it was pricey to stay in the Waterton . The house had a very well stocked kitchen was tidy and had a nice deck to relax on. The host was very responsive and easy to deal with. They even left us a free pass to Waterton National Park which was very much appreciated! Only negative was that the house did not have air conditioning which we knew before hand but Pincher Creek happened to have a record amount of 30+ degree days in a row while we were there making it quite hot in the house. They did have portable air conditioners in 2 of the 3 bed rooms which helped immensely when sleeping. Overall this was an extremely enjoyable place to have a vacation. Pincher Creek is an excellent location to stay if you want to explore Waterton. It’s only a half hour drive and there are lots of little hikes and places to visit around Pincher Creek. 10/10 for sure!

We (4 adults) were very pleased with our stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee and evening nightcap on the adjoining east deck with a view of the golf course and the big open sky’s. Very peaceful surroundings. We would return on our next visit to this area and would definitely recommend this place.

The space is perfect for us, it's cozy and well-maintained, I like everything of the house! It was also easy to get to the Waterton and other beautiful spots around. The tenent was really thoughtful and caring, she responded fast and offered warm reminders. If we want to visit Waterton or Pincher Creek again, I'll definitely come back.

I wish I could give this place 500 stars... or live here permanently! It was AMAZING! The house was super clean and the kitchen had all of our needs for home cooking. The beds were so comfy and the bathroom had a shower from heaven and wonderful jacuzzi tub. The kids really enjoyed the space outside and it was so lovely to wake up to deer in the yard each day. The Epps have excellent communication skills and made the process seamless. I would highly recommend this gem of a VRBO!

This is a perfectly secluded house on the edge of a park. Quiet, easy to find and so nicely outfitted. Top quality linens, towels and accoutrements throughout! The spa bathtub and rain shower sure made a positive splash after a day of skiing at Castle!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean and well equipped.
The yard is fully fenced and was great for our dog. It is child friendly too - kid dishes, books and a stool. These little touches make the stay that much easier for us.
The beds are comfortable and the outdoor deck space is lovely. The hosts are friendly, communicative and helpful.
We hope to stay here again.

A lucky find in a great location
This home is wonderfully decorated, comfortable 3- beds, and can host up to 5 people comfortably. I have to admit while the whole house is quite nice, that bathroom, with the floor to ceiling tile shower and adjacent jet tub is probably the nicest bathroom I’ve stayed in outside of an upgraded suite in Vegas.
Truly appreciated the ongoing communication by Japhia, and her patience with our many questions!
Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Place for an Extended Weekend
I highly recommend! For nature lovers, Pincher Creek is a great home base and this house was a perfect retreat after days of adventuring. We found the house well appointed and very clean with a good vibe. It was perfect for me and my father for a few nights. The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was easy. They even had some thoughtful extras like plenty of coffee pods and a pass to visit Waterton, if we wanted to borrow it. We’ve already booked a property from the same owner for our return next year as we thought her standard of care was high.

Perfect Home Away from Home
This little bungalow is a gem! The location was ideal for us, and we enjoyed seeing the deer on golf course at sunrise. The well equipped kitchen made cooking Christmas dinner so easy and cleanup was a breeze thanks to nonstick cookware.
We hope to return soon.
