Treat your loved ones and yourself to a magical getaway in Corpus Christi at this three-story townhouse located in the Los Balcones complex! This retreat is dog-friendly, so feel free to bring your family dogs to your next adventure. The main entrance will lead you to the first floor of the home, where you can find a full bathroom. In order to find the main living space, you have to climb up a flight of stairs. There, you will discover an open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is appointed with a comfortable sofa and sofa chair and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The kitchen has all the essentials, including a full-size fridge and a dishwasher. The dining table has two large benches, fitting four people. This is a great place for family meals and game nights, considering this retreat has board games available. Adjoining the kitchen is a second living area with another sofa and flatscreen TV. Enjoy great views of the complex from a private balcony located off of the dining area. On this level, you can discover a half bathroom for added convenience and a small laundry nook with a washer/dryer combo.
Both bedrooms are located upstairs, along with two full bathrooms. The main and guest bedrooms both have flatscreen TVs and access to a second balcony. However, the key difference is that the main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and a soaking tub.

That house was very nice but was also very hot. No matter what we did or who we tried to connect we could get/get someone to get the house to cool down. Became very uncomfortable and hard to sleep much less just relax without breaking a sweat

The house was very comfortable. We really appreciated the use of the garage. The location is great. We enjoy driving down the beach and it was nice to be close to the middle of Port A and Padre Island National Seashore. Several restaurants are nearby, and the house was very quiet. Will definitely stay here again next time we head to the beach. This was the first time we used Vacasa, the whole process was extremely easy. Overall 10/10 for both the house and the rental company.

The layout is great. Bedrooms on the 3rd floor are isolated from noise in the kitchen/livingroom. Bathrooms on every floor is great for privacy. Parking in the closed garage was very convenient for loading/unloading and security.

The property was just as it was pictured on the app. Very comfortable and spacious for us. It was quiet and easy to get to. For the price it was a great deal!

We really enjoyed the location and how clean everything was. It was so nice to come in at night in the area stayed quiet so we all slept well. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great house overall! From check in to check out our time spent in the home was great! Access to garage, multiple bathrooms and plenty of showers to accommodate my big family and plenty of beds to sleep everyone comfortably. We loved that there were supplies left for us to use such as laundry pods, dish soap and plenty of towels. The space was open concept and great for us. We do plan on coming back in the future.

We had a shower head broke and the dryer vent was also broke they showed up right away to fix it. It was very clean and spacious.

The inside of the condo was very cozy and quaint. Very well equipped.
The outside was just what we needed for the evening breaks from the beach. Being in a canal I expected a lot of noise. In fact it was really queit and relaxing. We not only had the view of a canal, but this very huge, very nice speed boat was across the canal from us. The kids thought that was pretty cool to have there to look at for the duration of our stay.

At check in I noticed the dryer hose unattached. I called the local manager and told her my husband could put one on if someone could bring one. She said it would be a couple hours but she would be there. No one showed up so next morning I called her number again and right away it went to voice mail with a full mail box so I couldn’t leave a message. I called the main number for Vacasa and spoke with a representative and she created a work order but said it would be the next day. Again no one showed up. I chose this property over a hotel so I’d have a place to wash clothes. My calls for a service I shouldn’t have had to be dealing with went ignored. I’m very disappointed in my stay and this was my first time renting with Vacasa and needless to say it’s the last. We were there five days so the amount of money spent was something we saved for. They had two ways of making this right by local manager and Vacasa and both failed.
