Great place in Eastman! Lots of space for kids/teens to spread out.

The property was great, its even more spacious than it appears in the photos. The downstairs bunk bed/entertainment room was perfect for our teens. The kitchen was very well stocked and everything worked perfectly. Nice walking path around the lake.
A great stay and would book again!

I have been on the area before and it is very nice located. The manager of this property Liz was very accommodating for all our needs. The suggestions I have to improve the property is, if not change the BBQ to a new one with gas , have the BBQ really cleaned and make available a chaminé and some charcoal available.
Also only one pan had a lid and would be nice to have a bread knife in the kitchen.
Thank you for having some laundry supplies available.

Great stay at Eastman Lake

This property was very comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen was set up nicely, as far as cookware and spices. The living room area had comfortable seating.
If someone needs the capacity to work remotely, this property easily accommodates that with a separate desk.
The property setting was lovely, peaceful, and safe. My only regret is that we did not plan enough time to enjoy the property, as we were site-seeing throughout New Hampshire and Vermont.
This property is conveniently located. It is less than one hour's drive to Concord, less than two hours to Boston, less than 30 minutes to Dartmouth College, and less than one hour to Vermont and even New York (state), and about two hours to Maine.
We plan to return to the area, and we will look first to see if this property is available.
Thank you for your great communication, Lyn. We appreciate your hospitality.

We stayed in this cozy, comfortable, very clean condo for several weeks as our kitchen was renovated. The location is perfect for exploring the Upper Valley and into Vermont with route 89 only minutes away.
Kitchen was well supplied with appliances, dishes, cooking utensils and basic pantry staples. Perfect for meal preparation with ease.
Beds were already made when we arrived. There were plenty of blankets, pillows and nice linens for the extremely comfortable beds.
This lovely condo was perfect as our home away from home. Many thanks to LYN, our host, for sharing her home and make us feel so welcome.

We enjoyed this cozy condo. My son particularly enjoyed the board games as he got to try two he'd never played before. He even sunk my battleship!
Despite being their for the coldest weather in decades, we were always warm and toasty on the main and upper floors.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lyn's home in Eastman. Great layout, cross country skiing, and walks in the winter weather.

Lyn's condo is our home away from home in Enfield, NH. We use it as a home base when we visit our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. There is plenty of room to play games and enjoy meals together.

I grew up visiting my grandparents in Eastman so I have a soft spot for this location. The condo is located amongst other units on the west side of the lake. No water view but you're a quick walk down the road from the lake and level, flat walking trails. Other trails around Eastman require a visitor's pass to be displayed on your windshield when parking at the trailhead. The Visitors Center gave us our pass so we could walk the Heath trails and Johns Glen trails, both of which were very nice. The condo has a lot of space; the stairs to the lower, downstairs area are steep, for whoever is doing laundry or sleeping downstairs. The kitchen size took some coordination with my husband and I not to get under each others feet but we had all the tools we needed and we appreciated the electric tea kettle!
The living room was super comfortable and the unit has these great quilted blinds you can lower at night for privacy which probably keep the place cozy in the winter and keep the AC in in the summer. The TV had Roku with a great selection of streaming services including Netflix and Disney+ so we didn't need to sign in with our own accounts. The wifi in the unit was excellent throughout the house; we'd be on a laptop, a Kindle, and have the tv going with no problems.
We slept in the upstairs bedroom, the bed was very comfortable and the bedding was really nice.
The surrounding units were quiet and parking wasn't an issue.
Check-in information was provided a couple days before arrival and getting into the unit was super easy. The condo is located closer to a back entrance into Eastman, which is faster than coming in the main entrance and looping all through the front roads. There is a gas station and small market (Rum Brook) about 2 miles from the condo, with another Irving gas station down the road just off 89. As we were driving back to Virginia at the end of our stay, we loved the Dunkin Donuts open at 5am right next to that second Irving.
This location is a convenient jumping off point for great local spots. We went to the Philbrick-Cricenti bog trail in New London, Saint-Gaudens National Historic Site in Cornish, and Poverty Lane Orchards in Lebanon, all within 30-45 minutes of the condo. We also went up to Quechee Gorge and General Store, King Arthur Flour, and The Vermont Country Store in Vermont. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Lyn!

This is our second stay in Eastman and the condo and Lyn did not disappoint. Had everything we needed and walking distance to the beach and great trails. Would be a super cozy place to stay in winter too.
