We currently own and operate the sister properties at 32 North Forest Beach Drive (VRBO 2020220) and 34 North Forest Beach Drive (VRBO 1659911) as well.

This brand new 6 bedroom, 6 full bath, 2 half bath 8th row home sleeps 18 and is designed for multiple families and large groups to enjoy the easy life at one of the most relaxing areas in the country. All 6 bedrooms are en-suite and all 6 full baths have double vanities. The layout is very versatile:

Our location is very serene, as the house backs up to a forest preserve and there is virtually no traffic passing in front of our property, perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable trip to Hilton Head. The large pool faces East so it gets sun all day and the beach is only a 4-5 minute walk. Our area of the beach is never overcrowded as our area has no condo or resort buildings. Coligny Circle (grocery, restaurants, and shopping) is a 3 minute bike ride or a 5 minute walk.

Enjoy long days by the large pool (28’ x 15’) surrounded by the spacious travertine tile deck where you can enjoy the fun-in-the-sun or relax in the various shaded areas provided by the beautiful palmetto trees. Pull up a bar stool to the covered “Saltwater” bar while enjoying the game on the 65” TV with the convenience of a built-in ice machine. Unwind in the 7 person Viking spa situated under the screened in porch protected from the elements with its own TV and covered sitting area. Bring the outside in by opening the double side garage door and enjoy lunch with the family on the 10 person dining table as well as ping pong and corn hole, all very open and connected to the pool. Finally catch a little serenity at night out by the firepit. There is even an outdoor shower with hot water and a conveniently located half bath so this space truly has everything you need. When you are ready for beach time, just load up the wagon, grab the beach chairs, fill your cooler and make the 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches on the east coast all without having to go back inside the house.

The main floor is designed for everybody to socialize together in the open floor plan: Large fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and 4 seat island counter; large living room with a large sectional sofa and 75” TV; and 14+ person dining table are all connected in a large open Great Room that opens up to a huge screened in porch which overlooks the pool. This space comfortably enables everyone to eat, relax, and recline together. There is a half bathroom on the main floor. And, if you need some peace & quiet, sneak away to the cozy den on the second floor with couch and 65” TV…perfect for the kids or a couple adults to just hang out and watch a movie together.

The huge master suite includes a working space with a desk & chair as well as a couch/sitting area. Bedroom #2 on the main floor is sure to be a popular choice as it has its own screened-in balcony off the front of the house where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful morning sunrise while having your morning coffee!!!

All showers are now fully enclosed.

Packing for your stay is a breeze. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a summer BBQ or Thanksgiving feast for your entire family. There are 10 full size pool/beach towels for all your outdoor needs. We have a collapsible wagon, a cooler, and 10 folding beach chairs so you are all set for days at the beach. For our guests with young kids we have a high chair and two pack and plays so no need to lug those either.

Getting around this house is easy. The elevator runs from the garage level to the top floor of the house to make it hassle-free to transport luggage and navigate this large home. Perfect for grandparents and those with mobility issues.

All TVs are smart TV’s so streaming is always available. The WiFi signal is strong as it is boosted by the home points system.

There is space for 6 vehicles, 2 of which can park in the garage. Hilton Head does enforce limits on the number of cars. No more than 4 cars can be parked in the driveway and cars cannot be parked on the grass or areas around the driveway. Parking off the driveway could result in your car getting towed.

Hilton Head does enforce the 10pm-7am "quiet period” noise ordinance. If you are going to be in the pool, hot tub, or screened-in porch after 10pm, just make sure to keep music down and noise to a minimum.

For our guests we have a discount for your bikes and golf cart. We also have discounts at Shipyard, Port Royal, and Oyster Reef golf courses. Details will be provided in advance of your stay so you can have bikes/golf carts waiting for you when you arrive and tee times booked.

Although pets are not permitted, there are several well-rated pet resorts nearby, including Southpaw Pet Resort, Evergreen Pet Lodge, Dog Dynasty, and All About Pets.
