This ground floor condo is fully loaded with everything you need to for an all inclusive Bend getaway. Our patio is steps from the numerous trails leading to Mt. Bachelor and the Deschutes River. Seventh Mountain Resort is the closest resort to Mt. Bachelor ski lifts and only a 7 min drive into town. The resort offers a full recreation center as well as an amazing pool area with two pools plus kids pool and four hot tubs, as well as tennis and pickle ball courts, mini golf, frisbee golf and an ice skating rink in the winter. The quiet nights offer heavenly star gazing. It the perfect spot for families to gather or couples to get away from it all.

We have stayed at this resort 3 times now, this was the 1st in this condo. Always a great place to stay, bar, restaurant, disc golf, pickle ball, three pools/hottubs and the list goes on. Close enough to town for events and outside of town for the quiet of nature. Our host was great and always available for any questions, she had the cable fixed next morning and allowed us a late check out on sunday afternoon. Clean, comfortable and they gave us a few beers and white claw seltzers. We always stay here when we visit bend.

We enjoyed our stay … like we have when we’ve stayed at different units here over the years. We did need to call because there was some cleaning that has been overlooked. I think it may have been because we had asked to check in early. They came and got it dialed in. Thank you!

We loved staying here! The space was clean and worked perfectly for us and our two kids. We were also so close to everything - the pools, mountain bike track, mini golf course, trails! Communication was above and beyond and we would love to come here again in any season!

This is a beautiful little condo with all the amenities including, electric grill for outdoor cooking, fireplace, recliners for relaxing and a kitchenette for home cooked meals for longer stays. I mistakenly booked 4 nights instead of 5 and the owner not only responded immediately to my call, but was able to accommodate me for an extra night! Can’t beat that! Thanks again!

A great condo unit within a resort. Unit is updated, comfortable beds, clean and cozy. Walk out patio with great views of the forest and pond below. Walking paths to the pond, swimming pools, hot tubs, disc golf and pickle ball courts. Resort is only 4 miles from Bend. This is a great location. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Location for both the mountain 🏂 and the town. Pool, jacuzzi and ice skating on property! Clean and decorated to the T mountain style. Comfortable beds, easy Murphy bed and pull out couch. Cute floor level back patio with gorgeous view. Great for family or friends. Set up with all kitchen supplies. Will be back again for sure so don’t book dates I need 😉 but for real.

We chose this location because a weekend mountain bike clinic was held on the property, and the ground floor patio side was good for rolling our bikes indoors.This is a small space but great for a couple on a shorter stay, esp in the summer months. It’s beautifully decorated and furnished, immaculately maintained and with an amazingly comfortable bed, really good internet, soft sheets and towels, and a vey compete kitchen. Great service too-We fumbled and dropped the Mr Coffee carafe and it was replaced the next day. I’d stay here again in a minute, and may have the opportunity to do so early this fall.

This place is so adorable. It is decorated beautifully with nice furnishings. The kitchen has everything you need and we loved the forest view. It was so cozy for a snowy January weekend. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay. I was a vendor at your 3 day Christmas Bazaar. Too far for me to drive home at the close of the bazaar each day so I opted to rent one of your condos. Everything was perfect. There was coffee and tea and hot chocolate provided. Only small negative is that people before me didn't log out of their account on the living room TV so it would not work. Bedroom TV was perfect.

We loved it! They have thought of all the little details which helped make our stay fun and comfortable. The layout was well thought out and perfect for us. The resort grounds were fun to explore (pools, hot tubs, putt putt, disc golf, bar/restaurant) and the MTB trails go right there. Being on the ground floor was a huge plus. It seemed quiet in the bed room and then open in the living room/kitchen with big windows and a great view. Thank you for helping us have a memorable weekend!

Initial impression of condo was great! Only 2 of us so we did not use dropdown bed in livingroom. Kitchen well stocked, bed was very comfortable, tv, air conditioning all worked great! Easy drive to Mt. Bachelor, Breweries, Park&Flioat and downtown Bend. Nice pools o property. On our list to stay here again sometime!

We had a great time at this property. The resort is very well maintained and clean. The kids enjoyed the mini golf, pools, and games. The unit itself is fully stocked with everything you will need and super clean. The only thing missing that I would’ve liked is an iron for my clothes, but no big deal. Clear instructions booking, checking in and checking out. Great location to many bike trails, downtown, restaurants and hikes. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and helpful. They had tons of recommendations for local activities and restaurants. Hands down would stay again.

Condo hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. Property manager scrambled to get a crew out to clean while we had dinner and swam at the pool. The beds left our backs aching every morning when we woke up, might be time for owner to spend a few bucks on some quality mattresses. Went 1st night with no A/C in bedroom, thought the unit had one temperature control and set it at 73, but bedroom was hot. Noticed the next day that bedroom thermostat is hidden to left of door by the bathroom (check-in binder should point this out to renters, hard to find or notice). Grounds and amenities were nice, wouldn't take much to get this condo to 5 star ratings with a few improvements and investments. Kudos to property manager for her communication in resolving our initial housekeeping issue.

The condo was cute and the kitchen had everything we needed. I loved using the little outdoor electric grill. We didn't have to drive anywhere to do hiking, since there were several beautiful trails that started in the back of the resort property. Thor, our English bulldog, enjoyed himself, too.

A great getaway!

Wife and I needed a quick getaway from busy life. We’re so glad we found this place! Clean property, friendly hosts and resort staff, lots to do on the resort, and close enough to downtown to make dinners easy. Loved the hiking trails along the Deschutes- the view out the back was relaxing to take in and listen to the birds. We’ll be coming back!

The resort is amazing with lots of things to do - swimming, ice skating, mini golf, etc. The Murphy bed was not super comfortable, but that’s unsurprising. We slept there to keep the kids in the darker room. The room was well equipped with kitchen needs and it was such a nice touch to have a selection of tea. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

We were thrilled when we arrived that it was so well appointed - everything we had forgotten at home was provided for us (ice-scraper, hand lotion, dog dishes!) The condo was perfect for our family with 3 queen beds. The furniture was comfortable, and it was very cozy! This resort is so well located for skiing in winter and biking in the summer/fall. One of our favorite places to visit.I will definitely try to stay in this condo next time we head to Bend.
