With a maximum occupancy of 10 guests (max 6 adults), this home is designed to accommodate families and groups comfortably. Please note the weight restrictions for the top bunks.

-Bedroom (2nd Floor): Queen bed
-Bedroom (2nd Floor): Two full-size bunk beds (top bunks are for kids only, due to safety and weight limits)
-Bedroom (1st Floor): Queen bed
-Bedroom (1st Floor): Full over Queen bunk
(Washer/Dryer also located in this room)

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up family meals, featuring:

Relax on the back patio with a cushioned sofa, rocker chairs, and an outdoor dining table for 6. Fire up the Traeger BBQ Grill and enjoy the view from 4 Adirondack chairs by the water—perfect for unwinding after a day of fun.

There is space for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway.
Note: Due to city ordinances, trailers are not allowed. If you're bringing a boat, please make arrangements ahead of time.
**The nearest marina, Lake LBJ Yacht Club and Marina, is approximately 6 miles away.

For the safety of both our guests and the property, outdoor security cameras are in place. These devices provide audio and video monitoring of the driveway, front door, upstairs and downstairs. While we do not actively monitor these cameras during your stay, they are required to remain operational for insurance purposes. Rest assured, your privacy is respected, and the cameras are only there for security and protection.
