At nearby Douglas Beach, you can take a leisurely stroll along the pristine shores of Lake Michigan or simply enjoy some R-and-R beneath an umbrella while lying on a beach blanket. Back to the subject of outdoor enjoyment, at Third Coast Paddling, you can rent canoes, kayaks or paddleboards to spend some wonderful time out on the water. There are also a number of options in Douglas for those who’d like to sail, both private sailing excursions and sailboat charters. As for food and drink, the local area has got you covered, with many superb eateries, neighborhood brew pubs, brewing companies and wineries, and cozy coffee-houses.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

For guests that would like to bring pets we agree that pets are part of the family, and we welcome up to 2 dogs here. All pets must be authorized at time of booking - email us immediately for pet approval if you plan to bring a pet.

The EV charger is Tesla - owners of non-Tesla vehicles will need to bring an adapter to use the charger.

Due to municipal code we are not allowed to have a fire pit at this home.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
