1st Floor. Clean and modern space minutes from Delmar Loop (The Pageant), WashU, Forest Park, and Central West End. Conveniently located near grocery stores, Metrolink train, restaurants, museums, parks, bars, etc. Our historic neighborhood is quiet and friendly. You will experience all of what the Lou has to offer and more with this central location.

Great space for work, long-term stay, and a weekend away to enjoy St. Louis festivities.

We are on-site and usually available to help. =)

This was a great experience! Any issues that came up were quickly taken care of by owners. The location is in the heart of all the popular areas. The zoo, popular restaurants, and all the tourist attractions are minutes away! The neighborhood is beautiful! Will stay again if we return to St. Louis!! Thank you for being all stars!!

We are unusual guests, as we do nearly all of our cooking. Kieron and Rahel's property had an excellent, well equipped kitchen, with stainless steel pots and all appliances. He was so responsive and helpful, warm and flexible if we needed something. We also really liked the apartment, with all cotton sheets, comfortable beds and pleasing, tasteful decor. And there is a great sun room with a dedicated work space which is excellent. Very peaceful neighborhood with a great Thai restaurant nearby, and an easy to drive to many places!

Perfect rental for our short stay. Clean, comfortable, and walking distance to the concrete and everything else the Delmar Loop has to offer. Our host was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here with 3 couples for a WashU reunion - this was the perfect place! Great location right off the Loop and walking distance from campus as well. Street was quiet and had lots of STL charm. The place itself is spacious and very well stocked with anything you could possibly need (office, games, toiletries, kitchen supplies). Beds were really comfortable and everything was really clean. Great communication from the host - highly recommend!

We loved this property and this neighborhood! The house was clean and well maintained, the property management had speedy response to questions asked and we’re very friendly. We were only 15-25 min from all the kid’s activities, good decent priced restaurants within walking distance on Delmar Loop. Definitely hope to stay here again in the future!!

This house was amazing and the owners are fantastic. It definitely shows that they want you to feel at home. It’s very clean and there are plenty of games for any age. The location is in a quiet area with little traffic and it’s close to all the attractions. We will definitely use this home for our next trip to St. Louis

We stayed 5 days at this wonderful location. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and made us feel right at home. The home was also stocked with things for a small child like eating utensils, high chair, and play pen! The location was close to all the best restaurants in the loop. Everything was 5 minutes away from the home so it was very convenient to shop and eat out. The host were wonderful and made check in and out very easy. I feel this was the best experience I’ve had with a VRBO place we have stayed at. I Highly recommend this place!

The property was clean and had everything we needed, plus a number of extras. Despite being less a minute walk to the Delmar Loop and the Metro train station, the house and street were very quiet and comfortable. The location could not have been better for us, as pretty much everything we wanted to do was a short drive away. The host was friendly and responsive to questions about the area. 10/10 would stay again.

Charming House and Neighborhood Central to All Delmar Loop / WashU has to offer. Kieron was amazing - great communicator and very attentive! House is exactly as advertised - clean, centrally located and lots of extras! Will definitely return!

Finding some time away to spend with my sisters and Mom: this place was perfect for not only the location (less than 25 minutes) from any attraction we visited but also for the space and home layout. We visited the Zoo, Grant's Farm, Botanical Gardens, Butterfly House and of course the casinos. The rooms were spacious. Would definitely stay again.

The home was decorated beautifully, designed to make you feel at home. It had everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. The home was spacious and super clean. Kitchen was furnished well to enjoy a meal at home, or to save money while on vacation. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. It had a pool/ping pong table which we really enjoyed. Also a large TV with all apps needed to relax and watch a movie after a tiring day with popcorn and a bottle of wine. It had a washer and dryer if needed and a large fenced in back yard with a picnic table. The host's were available to answer any questions you may have or to make recommendations on things to do in the city or the best places to eat. I will definitely be staying here again next time we visit St Louis, and I truly believe you will enjoy your stay as much as we did.
